It is an easy to use software where you can access other computers remotely without problems.
Pros
I find fast and efficient how fast I can connect to a computer in another continent with safety.
Cons
It happens rarely buy some internet problems, but I think it was my provider and not the software.

Maybe best remote connection and support software
Just to say that I am using this software since 2018 and continue to use this for providing technical support on our customers.
Pros
Ease of use
Customazation according to company needs (branding, logo, disclaimers, network parameters and many others)
Cheaper than closest revival
Good dashboard with also history of connections
Address book with common connections
Option to create web connection, without the need of software.
Cons
Some years ago, this was way cheaper. Unfortunatelly, latetely they have changed charging policy, however to be honnest, it's still in very competitive price.

Tool in assisting clients online
My overall experience about this application is that this ease my time and transportation instead of going to onsite, in online and if the client is not possible to meet its a reliable tool in supporting clients

This is a great help when it comes to remotely assisting our clients or anyone that needs assistance without going onsite. This application reduces workloads and transactions needed to go onsite such as a permit to go onsite and health declaration form. This helps us supports to assist customers and friends that needed a help through online.
Cons
I'm not being biased on this application but it really is a good thing to have this application.

Our first choice for remote connectivity and technical support
We use it to manage all our desktop and laptop devices in the office and at home. We mostly transfer files. and we connect to our customers for technical support.
Pros
The wake on LAN feature and the automatic connection feature with a defined password are very good. It is also preferable that there is no connection time limit in the free version.
Cons
Wake on LAN setup may be more practical. It would be more practical if the defined computers are selected with the select box from the ID entry screen.

AnyDesk, AnyTime
Anydesk allows me to give assistance or simply doing maintenance task to remote computer comfortably from my office desk, so I save time and money.
Anydesk runs smoothly and never hangs, little hardware requirements. Just be sure to have a stable and fast enough data line.
Pros
I use Anydesk for work every day, and it helps me to remote connect and diagnose/troubleshoot/fix a lot of software problems. The program is small and quick to launch. Every AnyDesk user has a numbered ID. When you want to connect to someone just write the peer ID and wait for connection to be established (your peer has to authorize the connection).
Next you will see remote screen and you will be able to interact using your mouse and keyboard. You can also transfer files. Free sessions last for 60 minutes.
I highly recommend Anydesk. It's a light program, easy to use for everyone. Thumbs up!

In principle, it is good software, but because of the breach you have one less customer because of me. I also think the licence is definitely in the higher price segment.

Good, but critically flawed.
We had a short trial to evaluate the software over Teamviewer. Communications were friendly and polite and we had regular check ins to see how we were doing and if we needed any help. The app itself is fast and easy to use when using it across some test devices, but the app builder is terrible. Genuinely I don't understand how someone signed off on that part of the deployment process. Seems to be a common theme from some Reddit reviews.

The app is fantastic and super easy to connect remotely to machines
Cons
The app builder for deploying an app to remote devices using your own settings is quite possibly the worst thing I've ever used. It's slow, it's buggy, it almost always forgets settings you've ticked/applied, and remote access is painful.

Great Remote Desktop Solution with Robust Features and Some Caveats.
It has been a good experience using AnyDesk, as many customers who use laptops are not that technically sound, therefore guiding them to troubleshoot errors is quite challenging, getting remote access to their laptops/PCs eases the process leading to quick resolution. Also, I have used AnyDesk to fix my parent's mobile issues directly from my laptop which was the best experience.

It's cross-platform compatibility for remote sessions or technical support because it supports multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS.
Cons
It starts lagging and the frame skips if the internet is not high-speed which I faced in the village.

Anydesk, anytime, anywhere
I use Anydesk at work but also during my free time when I need to remote connect to another computer to give assistance.
Never hangs and requires very little resources, plus it's very easy yo use for everyone and makes my work easier and faster as i can fix many problems without the need to be "on site".
Pros
Among the remote connection softwares Anydesk is the lightest, really easy to use for your peers, they just launch the executable, tell you the number ID and allow remote access.
The interface is simple and easy to understand, with latest connections below and your ID in the top. To connect to a remote machine just fill the white upper blank field and wait for connection. Be sure to have a good quality line on both sides. Once connected you will interact as you were physically in front of the computer, with your keyboard and mouse. Of course you can also transfer files. The free connections last for 60 minutes.
A really good program, you should have it on your pc.

I use Anydesk a lot to connect to my coworkers and quickly collaborate on tasks within the project. Anydesk is very easy to use and quite affordable.
I like that I can access anydesk on my phone. That has come in handly a couple of times in my work life so far.
I also like that I can transfer files between my computer and the computer that I am connected to. This feature is quite useful.
Did I mention that I can connect to more than one machine at the same time? Another one of my favorite features about Anydesk.
Cons
Anydesk used to be completely free for use but nawadays they have started charging. The good thing is that the price is affordable so this is not really much of a disadvantage.

The remote Support Software, i prefer
because of Corona Virus we switched to remote work rapidly, to support my colleagues, i installed anydesk on every laptop. Since then - when a file is "missing" or software needs to be installed, or "the camera doesn't work", i can remote control the laptop in seconds to help them.
Pros
-all my clients are on one uncluttered screen showing me their online status and even their Screen-there is practically no konfiguration nessesaryit does exactly what i want it to dothere are more features (filetransfer, recording, ..) which i can deny or lock /disable when i don't neet themworks on many Operatingsystems (Android, Windows, Mac)its has the most value for my money
