Great check in/out system
I use the app to check students into an aftercare class. I can bill parents for the hours their student is in the class. It is very easy to edit times when a missed punch happens.
Pros
The software is very user friendly. It allows you to use an iPad to check kids in or for a business to clock employees in/out.
Cons
I wish you could export a report using the free version. I get they want you to buy the full version.

Jibble, making life easier when owning and operating your own Business!
Excellent experience with Jibble. Highly recommend!
Pros
Jibble is user friendly and has so many features that it hard to pinpoint what I like most about it, because I like all of the features allotted. If I had to pick one, it would be the location service, where you can set up a perimeter for your employees that reduces erroneous check ins and only allows check ins within that radius, as we operate a construction company with different job sites and cannot be at all of them at the same time to ensure honesty in our employees check in. This app allows for us to ensure that our employees are indeed on site when they check in for work!
Cons
The thing I like least about Jibble ( but is with any software) is that in the free version you are limited for features and uses. However that is very much expected. Even having said that , we will continue to use Jibble as we have found it to be an amazing resource for our business!

Good, but can improve
Well I usually have problems when I clock in and out he says I am not able to do it and sometimes I do it, but when I come back to the page it is like I have done nothing and I have to refresh to show all the history
Pros
it is easy to use, you don't need a lot of training
Cons
the technical problems are the worst, the idea is great.

Highly Satisfied with Jibble's Efficient Time Tracking
My overall experience with Jibble has been positive. It's an effective tool for tracking time and attendance, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to use for both managers and employees. The integration with other platforms and the ability to generate detailed reports have been very helpful for streamlining processes. While there are occasional issues with the mobile app's responsiveness, the benefits far outweigh the minor drawbacks. Overall, Jibble has significantly improved time management and attendance tracking in my workflow.
Pros
I am satisfied with Jibble. What I like the most is its user-friendly interface, which makes tracking time and managing attendance effortless. The ease of integration with other tools and the ability to generate reports efficiently are also features I really appreciate.
Cons
The aspect I liked least about Jibble is that sometimes the mobile app can be a bit slow or unresponsive, especially when there are connectivity issues. Additionally, while the features are great, it would be nice to have more customization options in certain areas, like reporting and notifications.

Required App for Field Canvass Management
Fantastic. It's the only service that's made it possible to track door-to-door sales people without actually having to physically be there and check in on the. The combination of Jibble and actual results (such as appointments set with customers) speaks for itself. You can eliminate people who aren't a "good fit" much quicker, and keep the strong ones on.
Pros
I love that it pings people every couple of minutes or so. I have been able to weed out employees who are milking the clock, and doing personal things on company time. It's impossible for me to manage a door to door (hourly + commission) team from my office, but with Jibble its been made possible, and even easy.
Cons
I really can't think of any cons at this time. The only minor inconvenience for me and it's not a big deal at all - I just forget to change it - is when I print off weekly time cards its automatically set at a different setting (hours wise) and I always have to re print them. I use hundredths to two decimal places for employee hours. If it was in company settings that would be cool and then i'd not have to change it each week to print off the report. Again though this is a ME issue not jibble - the app is great.
When I first got it some employees were saying the facial recognition was not working or letting them clock in - I am not entirely sure that's all true though. Due to the features of the app that allowed me to see where people are in real time - it ended with those two employees no longer working here. SO I take their comments about that with a grain of salt - worked fine on my phone.

Great experience. I would recommend for startups.
It's been great. It is top tier in comparison to others on the market. It has saved lots of time and generally quite easy to use.
Pros
The fact that you have a strong quality base product which can be used for basic time tracking and allow a period to try out all the features. It doesn't have lots of bloat features that over complicate the product.
Cons
The time off tracking is not that intuitive and that an admin has to set this up and approve, it would be good to allow staff to request their holidays and receive a notification. This would tie in well with HR vacation management.

I love Jibble
Overall, I love Jibble and how it shows me all the tasks I've been working on all day and how much time I've spent on each. This makes it super easy to enter billable time into our firm's invoicing system.
Pros
Jibble allows me to efficiently and effectively track my time on tasks. I'm a lawyer, so timekeeping is super important. I love how Jibble gives the option to run a time, update the timer, or submit an hourly time entry.
Cons
The fact that timers only run based on start time is a little frustrating - because sometimes you forget to stop a timer when you switch to a new task. You've kept an eye on the actual time lapsed, or you have a call timed on your phone. But when you go back to Jibble, you have to recall what specific time the task started in order to accurately reflect the time worked/spent.
I also don't like being asked why I updated a time entry description - I'm a professional. That step feels completely unnecessary.

Great for Individual Tracking Time
My experience has been very positive, and I am glad I found a tool to meet me needs.
Pros
I am only using the free version, but it meets my needs. I work at home a few days a week and in the office a few days, and this really helps me keep track of my time no matter where I am. Before this, I was just tracking my time on a pad of paper, and wasn't doing a good job of tracking each project.
e best part is that you can just enter your time manually, or you can track the time you are working on a project with the timer.
It's pretty comprehensive, and as someone that managed staff, I would use this for keeping track of staff time.
Cons
Can't think of any real Cons except there are a lot of features I am not using right now because it's just for my own time tracking. I'd love to use the other features and see what they can do, but I don't have a need to - my loss!

Excellent for Small Businesses!
Jibble is an excellent software for small business owners, very affordable and does exactly as you need it. It's very easy to schedule, to edit hours, and has the report functions I need as a small business owner (with 3 employees)
Pros
The tablet kiosk option works very well for my employee's clock in and clock out system.
Cons
So far there hasn't been any red flags for my function. We use it as a timesheet software to help me run payroll for my hourly employees

Jibble: The learning curve is almost none, easy to use and intuitive
All time management features required under one platform. It is an essential tool for our team.
Pros
To begin with, Jibble is free of charge which places it on the front line in boosting smaller businesses. Has easy, non-intrusive time reporting. It is also accurate in tracking billable work hours which increases our profitability. Absolutely great!
Cons

Effective and easy to use!
It's been very useful for tracking actual volunteer hours. Our center volunteers have come to be very familiar and adapted to the app quite easily.
Pros
It's free, which is the most meaningful to our non-profit. It's easy to use for on-site volunteers using our hub tablet and for off-site volunteers to track their time using the app.
Cons
I wish the free version would total the monthly hours. It's one simple feature that would be the cherry on top. If that was added the free version would be perfect for our tiny organization.

Jibble, a tool to connect competent workers all around the globe
It seems like the app offers several advantages for remote workers, especially in terms of flexibility, ease of use, and integration with other tools. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, especially regarding the Chrome extension. While it is a useful too it lacks the immediacy and smooth functionality that some users might expect for quick clock-ins and clock-outs, with occasional delays or lag impacting overall efficiency. Despite these minor setbacks, Jibble remains a strong option for remote teams due to its comprehensive time tracking.
Pros
With its mobile and web-based platforms, Jibble allows employees to clock in and out from anywhere, making it easy for managers to monitor working hours and productivity across different time zones. Additionally, its automated reporting, real-time data tracking, and GPS verification, making it a reliable choice for remote teams who need a robust solution to manage time and attendance effectively
Cons
While Jibble’s Chrome extension offers convenient time tracking capabilities, it does have some limitations that can impact its immediate usability, particularly when it comes to clocking in and out quickly. One key issue is the reliance on a manual interaction with the extension interface, which can create a delay in clocking in or out compared to a more seamless or automated system

Such a Time Saver - Desktop is Much Easier!
I'm very happy with the user-friendly desktop version of Jibble. It's such a time-saver & makes filing payroll paperwork a breeze!
Pros
It is super easy to use! I like being able to log in each pay period and see how many hours to include on payroll for each employee. I also like that employees can clock in from working remotely, as well as clock out for breaks, lunch, to take care of personal matters, etc. then log back in when ready to work again.
Cons
The functionality of the app is not as great as the website.

Would Definitely Recommend
My overall experience with Jibble has been positive. The platform is reliable and offers a seamless way to track time and attendance, making it easier to manage work hours and productivity. The mobile app and integrations are particularly useful, allowing flexibility and automation in time tracking. While the setup requires some effort, once configured, the system runs smoothly. The customer support is responsive, which adds to the overall satisfaction. However, some advanced features being locked behind a paywall can be a limitation for those looking for a fully-featured free solution.
Pros
What I liked most about Jibble was its intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy to track time and attendance. The mobile app is particularly convenient for clocking in and out on the go, and the ability to generate detailed reports helps in efficiently managing team productivity. The integration with other tools also adds a lot of value, streamlining workflows.
Cons
What I liked least about Jibble was that the initial setup and customization could be a bit time-consuming, especially for teams with specific needs. Additionally, some of the more advanced features, like detailed analytics, are only available in the paid versions, which might be a limitation for smaller businesses looking for a more comprehensive free solution.

Best Attendance Tracker
Amazing. Truly the best attendance tracker I’ve used.
Pros
I like the simplicity but also the integrations of it. It’s simple to use and easy to understand but at the same time there’s some customization.
Cons
Some small features are locked and only available if you upgrade from the free plan. This is a bit off-putting. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying to get better or more intricate features, but maybe features such as disabling employees from editing their time entries on the free plan would help with avoiding inaccuracies and conflicts. This is a simple feature I believe should be available on the free plan. Besides that, other features marked for the pro plan is understandable. It would also be great to have features that fit with a remote company/organization. Basically a company that doesn’t have a physical office. Most of the features cater to physical location offices, but as a suggestion maybe you can add some features for remote companies! It would be amazing to see that.

A Strong, Affordable Option for Streamlined Attendance and Time Monitoring
Our staff has benefited greatly from Jibble, which makes time tracking and attendance management easier with its user-friendly, intuitive platform. Its worth is demonstrated by the fact that 85% of consumers utilize the free version! It's simple to set up, works well with the tools we already have, and offers powerful reporting capabilities that simplify payroll and productivity insights. I heartily suggest it to other companies searching for a productive, affordable time-tracking solution.
Pros
1. Even for remote and mobile workers, our team can easily log time and attendance thanks to ibble's simple, user-friendly interface.
2. With its many helpful features, the free version enables small firms to efficiently track attendance without incurring any up-front expenses.
3. Payroll and project management depend on Jibble's reporting features, which offer insights into productivity, time allocation, and attendance trends.
4. GPS feature in the mobile app aids in precise time tracking for field and on-site staff.
Cons
1. Even while the free version is quite useful, subscription plans are the only way to access some more sophisticated features and customizations, such as automated overtime calculations.
2. Even if the GPS feature is helpful, there may occasionally be inconsistencies in position tracking, particularly in places with worse connectivity.

Efficient but Needs Improvement with Login
Overall, my experience with Jibble has been positive. The platform is user-friendly, accurate, and efficient. If the login issue could be resolved, it would be even more reliable.
Pros
I appreciate that Jibble works seamlessly on both the laptop and the mobile app. The accuracy and ease of use across different devices are definitely its strongest points.
Cons
The only downside I’ve encountered is the repeated login issue on the laptop. It can be a bit frustrating to have to log in multiple times during use.

Intuitive and Accurate Time Management
Overall, my experience with Jibble has been positive. While I encountered a bug once where the app kept tracking time after I clocked out, the intuitive interface and efficient time management tools outweighed this issue. Jibble's features have greatly helped in streamlining my work hours and boosting productivity.
Pros
The intuitive "Time Tracking" feature in Jibble is user-friendly and accurate, helping me efficiently manage and administer my work hours, enhancing overall productivity.
Cons
One drawback of Jibble is occasional bugs that can result in time tracking inaccuracies. Once, the app continued tracking time after I clocked out, leading to confusion in my records.

Love this app!
Jibble is fantastic and has made things much easier with tracking employee time and running payroll.
Pros
It is very easy to use, is incredibly user friendly, and allows for a lot of customization to make it functional for our individualized needs.
Cons
Sometimes it has a hard time recognizing people's locations so we have to have a back up with the kiosk for people to clock in and out.
