Pros

I liked the platform's flexibility. First, I can set up gift links for one recipient or many. Second, I can select one gift card option or have the recipient choose a gift from many options, including eateries, travel, and retailers. Third, I can fund my account via credit card, bank transfer, wire, etc.

Cons

I wouldn't say I liked paying the convenience fee to fund my account with a credit card but this was not a dealbreaker; it is business. However, there are options to fund your account for free.

We were seeking a straightforward platform that would allow us to easily share gift card options with recipients. Our goal was to provide flexibility, enabling individuals to choose gifts that align with their personal preferences. We weren't interested in a complex engagement platform; we simply needed a tool to facilitate gift-giving.

Pros

I like being able to reward colleagues and thank them for their contributions. I like being able to send to multiple folks simultaneously and the functionality of splitting funds when sending them out.

Cons

The interface to redeem is not super user-friendly. I once tried to redeem $65 in amazon gift card and it never went through to my amazon account. When I followed the instructions, Amazon system said the code had already been redeemed and when I followed up with Guusto, they said there was nothing they could do about it. So it was just lost in the ether.

Pros

Guusto is a great and easy way to recognize someone in a matter of minutes and a matter of seconds of them receiving it. It is also good for a large corporation to recognize someone who may not be in the same building as you.

Cons

I wish Guusto has more of a range of gift cards besides just Walmart, Starbucks and Home Depot. Which they were more region specific.

This platform makes rewarding employees seamless and easy. It allows employees to use their rewards in ways that are meaningful to them, and their families. Also, the customer service I have received from Guusto has been incredibly quick and always helpful. I also love that I did not have to set up individual accounts for all of my employees - just email them a reward!

Overall this is a great platform that we love to use. It would be great if there were more retailers to choose from but the current list is really good.

The dashboard interface seems like it needs a fresh coat of paint and the shout out function could use some kind of integration with Teams to allow more people see the recognition others are getting to better celebrate as a company!

Since the implementation of Guusto, many of our local leaders have been able to easily and consistently provide positive recognition to all our users. It takes just a few minutes to make a post and share it with that person and their leaders if not one of your own. We have definitely seen an improved work environment and healthy competition to get more recognition and rewards.

The admin, when setting up birthdays, is defaulted to be the top person every month for recognition so no one else can be number 1.

The GUUSTO gift giving system is so simple and convenient to use. Recipients always appreciate receiving their awards which they can collect, accumulate and use at a location of their choice. No gift cards in the mail - plus confirmation when received. Great system!

Nothing really accept the worry that some recipients that may not be as tech savvy may find redeeming their rewards confusing.

Guusto is an excellent platform for rewarding team members. We used often when our team members go above and beyond in their roles, and it is such a delight for them. It is very user friendly and allows the recipient to select what gift card they desire, which is such a treat for them, instead of receiving one for something they don't like. Customer Support is also a great help, I once had an issue and it was resolved within 1 hour tops.

I don't like the fact that if someone CC's you on a Guusto gift, it makes it look like it is coming to you, and you can redeem it. Especially when most people do not look at the CC/To sections in an email.

It's easy to use and there are a lot of retailers to choose from. It's so much better for businesses to utilize because they aren't limited to a retailer such as Starbucks. Maybe someone isn't a coffee drinker. Choice is always better!

Because you are locked into a retailer once you've selected it, I've waited until I know that I'm going to go there to spend my gc. On several occasions I have selected a retailer from the list, then it said the retailer I selected was experiencing issues. One was Safeway, the other was The Home Depot. That's been frustrating.
