Good Employee Engagement Application
Overall, it's great to send as well as receive appreciation post and rewards to a member or the entire team. The UI is very modern and easy to use

Vantage circle can be used to send digital appreciation posts to team members and receive any digital rewards from coworkers as an appreciation for teamwork or individual contribution
Cons
If post an appreciation post to a colleague, the team the colleague is working with doesn't receive any notification. This needs to be fixed. Notifications should be sent to all the team members if a particular member in the team received an appreciation post

The amount of options the user has with Vantage Circle is their favorite feature. The most significant being diversity in food, fashion, lifestyle, and e-commerce.
Cons
What aspects of Vantage Circle bother you? I've seen that customer service isn't always accommodating or helpful. The reporting capabilities aren't as good as I wish they were. It might be challenging to use the platform, particularly for first-time users.

A Big thumbs Up. I will definitely recommend anyone to use this for rewards claiming.

It is so useful to claim rewards and convert points to giftcards
Cons
Nothing much. Somtimes few giftcards got cancelled immediately after claiming, but it was then resolved by support from vantage circle. Its better to prevalidate and display only valid ones in catalogue

Pros
With Vantage circle I am able to appreciate others and receive appreciation as well. It also provides feature to redeem gift cards. Entire process is smooth and easy

There is nothing major I can add as part of cons but it would be great is subscriptions for some apps are also provided as part of redemption points.

Availability of vouchers and offers. App is more useful and made ease of usage. Employee engagement rewards are more beneficial and converting them to vouchers are much more advantageous.
