Cons

The Vantage Circle gateway's tracking system for ordered items is ineffective. We frequently don't receive points for the products we order, but after contacting customer service, we do receive points.
At that point, the customer service representative asks for the product's shipment date, which is difficult to get on websites like flipkart and amazon after the goods is delivered.

HR System needs improvement, which would provide a better user experience. Sometimes, links provided for some websites do not open which leads to couldn't earn the points

Nothing much. Somtimes few giftcards got cancelled immediately after claiming, but it was then resolved by support from vantage circle. Its better to prevalidate and display only valid ones in catalogue

It's the fact that it consists of all the brands that I use and it's so simple to have it on my phone. There is always a peace of mind that I can use it anywhere and everywhere and I don't have to get into the hassle of carrying those traditional physical cards. Everything is just a click away on my phone. I dont have to hop on from one app to another to see their respective offerings. I have all at one place in Vantage Circle.Also, it is certainly secure!

There have been many instances wherein I am the 'Food' or 'Fashion' section of the redeem tab and while scrolling, it freezes. I have noticed it when the list of brands is big, the page freezes and becomes irresponsive however I can still move onto the other tabs and sections.This is probably an app bug and needs to be updated.Also, if we can have dark mode for this app that would be really appreciated. I have dark mode on my phone and that is my preferred mode to reduce eyes strain. :)

What aspects of Vantage Circle bother you? I've seen that customer service isn't always accommodating or helpful. The reporting capabilities aren't as good as I wish they were. It might be challenging to use the platform, particularly for first-time users.

There are often scenario where Engineer feels that they are not being recogonised. Vantage is one of best thing to recogonise them and use it for personal use on commercial sites(flipkart/amazon etc).

Vantage Circle has made rewards and recognition easier. The vantage points can be redeemed into gift cards from a vast pool of vendor collection. After ordering the gift card it takes less that five minutes to get the gift card delivered. There are no hidden charges for any of the transaction and the exchange value of 1 vantage point to 1 rupee is what makes Vantage Circle standout.

I have not faced any major issues while using Vantage Circle, however it would be nice if the points can be redeemed into cash, with or without some chargeable fee. And please do add some more gift cards like, smytten, Ajio, JioMart etc.

Have been using Vantage Circle for many years now and my experience has been nothing but positive and pleasant. The app is easy to navigate and purchases are auto tracked which is a good thing and most of the time this works well.

For certain apps on Vantage circle, the purchases aren't tracked on mobile apps and they need to be on the web. For someone who isn't aware of how to change the url redirects in mobile from app to web, this could turn out to be a useless app.

Vantage circle helped getting the best coupon and deals running on various eCom platforms. It helped getting the best price for the products and also rewards the points on successful order.

Vantage circle gives flexibility to an employee or user, to buy vouchers from multiple vendors for different denominations. The vouchers can be bought instantly and gets delivered to the inbox within a minute or two. I haven't faced any issue in the past and haven't used customer service so far. Have had a wonderful experience.

Cons

The only thing that can be improved is more transparency can be made available to the user in terms of earning cashback or vantage points on the transactions that are done on third party vendors website. Maybe lower denomination such as Rs. 50 can also be added in the current section.
