The most desirable feature of using Vantage Circle is its simplicity or ease of use - the products are all divided into various categories like food and dining, fashion and accessories, electronics and gadgets, etc. The moment I click on a category of my requirement, various e-commerce websites, etc. open up that offer those products, services and which you can choose from. The cashback offers section proves beneficial too as I get discounted prices for the products/services in terms of gift cards. The integration with e-commerce apps like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. is very swift as well. For instance, during the ongoing Flipkart, Amazon Big Billion Days sale, I redeemed certain vantage points as gift cards which were instantly delivered to my mailbox and which could be used instantly, without any delay.

Vantage Circle offers so many benefits to an end user like me that I can't think of any undesirable, missing feature.

1. Ease of use - No Knowledge curve is required to use this website. 2. Wide variety of options to choose from - Almost all major outlets are covered.3. Easy redemption - Redemption of Vantage points is super easy.4. Highly responsive customer service - Customer service is excellent.

1. Festive day deals - Exclusive festive day deals can be brought (Something like Big billion days of Flipkart) where employees can make better use of their vantage points.2. Better communication of offers - Exclusive and attractive offers can be communicated to employees when available.3. Some offers are of no use which could be removed- For E.g. I see bookmyshow 1+1 offer where I can avail one free ticket. But when availed, it is the same of what is already there in the bookmyshow (Even for Nonemployees).

the tracking system of ordered good done through gateway of vintage circle is not effective.
several time we don't get points for the product we ordered, post chasing the customer care we get points, that to the customer-care executive ask for the shipment date of the product, which is not easy and possible on the web site like Flipkart & Amazon post delivery of product.

Availability of vouchers and offers. App is more useful and made ease of usage. Employee engagement rewards are more beneficial and converting them to vouchers are much more advantageous.

I have been using the Vantage circle for more than 8 years. It was easy to Reward and Recognize Peers/ colleagues in Vantage circle. Also, we can post the Appreciation Feed so that all the people in Vantage circle can view, like and post their comment. One more advantage of Vantage Circle is we can redeem the Vantage Points received in the form of E- gift card which can be in any Online website like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. We will be getting Offers and deals with respect to corporate specific which we can use and get benefit out of it.

The number of offline stores accepting Vantage points can be increased. Currently only very few stores are accepting Vantage points. Also, it would help if numbers of vendors offering deals can be increased. Currently limited vendor deals are available.

The most useful thing about this software is the ability to reward employees in a streamlined fashion. There are multiple ways for a manager to reward the team using this software. It is easy to track and record the details of the recognition given to the team members. It is also very easy to redeem the accumulated points in the form of vouchers or gift cards. The best thing is there is no expiration date for the points, so the user is free to accumulate the points and be flexible about redeeming them.

I really liked the rewards catalogue and the value of each reward. it ranges from smaller denomination to higher denomination. reward vouchers are so flexible to use and can be used real time on the vendor apps. I purchased something on Amazon through vantage circle and received cashback points within few days. The purchase was linked automatically. the integration between Vantage circle and Amazon was seemless.

I cannot think of anything at this point in time. as i have used so many other apps which gives vouchers and cashback rewards etc but we always face lot of limitations. in Vantage circle, i have not faced any such hurdle till date.One feature i would like to see is integration with UPI or Wallets. not sure if current business model supports it. just a thought.

Vantage Circle stands out among its competitors in terms of support. I have contacted them multiple times with several issues and they have all been resolved with utmost patience and clarity.
For all the items, there is range of vouchers from INR 250 to INR 10000, which is super useful when the balance is low. Their UI design is fairly simple and amazing.

Unavailability of Vouchers - My experience is that sometimes when I search for a particular voucher such as Amazon or Zomato they won't be available for some time, which is frustrating.

Pros

This is an excellent platform to Reward and Recognise the peers and employees in the reporting structure. They get very motivated when they receive Vantage circle points which they redeem later to purchase items of their choice. Awesome
