Essential tool for any audio producer
I am switching between various Adobe products (Photoshop, Premiere, Adobe), so the overall experience is very consistent. You know one, you know them all. That's a huge advantage!
Pros
Easy to learn, intuitive, and works well with other Adobe products (Adobe Premiere). Once you learn one tool, you will be fine with the other.
Cons
Sometimes I have difficulties finding the tools I need. Luckily, most solutions are on Youtube.

The observation
Adobe Tryout is strong, cross-stage sound altering programming that is in its very own class. For instance, Tryout has specific devices for tidying up or reestablishing sound and offers accuracy, nondestructive altering for corporate and business video, just as webcasts.
Pros
Solid sound reclamation, sound-expulsion, and clamor decrease instruments.
Great sound system waveform proofreader.
Helpful representation devices.
Sticks to film and transmission guidelines for sound.
Cons
Needs MIDI help.
Just accessible through a costly month to month membership.

A DAW for the Adobe devotee
Audition is a great addition to your suite of Adobe apps.
Pros
Audition is a stable DAW and the standard DSP is all good quality, particularly the time based processors.
Cons
It takes quite a while to get used to using and the structure isn't as intuitive as other audio sequencers. Also, it is only audio as full MIDI sequencing isn't yet supported.

Adobe Audition Leads the Field
Pros
I have been using Adobe Audition (and its predecessor incarnation, Cool Edit Pro) for decades at this point. I have used it to record half a dozen indie rock albums, make music mixes for radio programs, and record multiple podcast episodes. Adobe Audition can transform anyone's computer into a powerful, fully featured recording, mixing, and mastering studio. It is easy to use and has all of the features industry professionals expect: waveform editing, waveform manipulation, multitrack recording and mixing, mastering filters, and more. All of these come wrapped in a fairly easy to learn, easy to use palletized Adobe format. What's more, Audition's synergies with other software (both within the Adobe family and through plugins) means that users are never working in a "walled garden."
Cons
Over my two decades using multiple versions of Adobe Audition, I have found little that I don't like. In the early days, I encountered some stability and performance issues with the software, but those don't seem to affect the most recent versions (from the past decade). I could nitpick and wish that some functionality present in plugins was in-built into the software, but that is obviated by the fact that plugins are easy to find and integrate. Probably my biggest gripe with the current iteration of Adobe Audition is its shift to a subscription, software-as-service model. This expense can put this powerful software out of reach for many aspiring recording engineers.

AudacityReasons for Switching to Adobe Audition
In looking to move on from an older version of the Adobe Audition, I considered free options like Garageband and Audacity. While those look like capable pieces of software, my familiarity with Adobe Audition, along with the sheer depth and power of its features made the choice easy.- Industry: Marketing & Advertising

Adobe passed this Audition
Someone told me that she couldn't belive that I have the audacity to speak very highly about this program. She felt it was too hard to use. To me, I probably don't have too much audacity though, because I switched from the open source sound editor, Audacity, to this work of art.
If you're a user of the Adobe Creative Cloud package, this is a simple, natural choice. You can take control of every aspect of your sound experience, without much work. I love the way that you can monitor, edit or do so many things using different methods, and the noise reduction? Magnificent!
I've also used this for multitrack recording for a podcast as a test, and while I haven't published the podcast as yet, I could easily have used this to do it SMOOTHLY.
I think this should be called Adobe Sound Show, because they already passed the audition. (See what I did there?)
Pros
There are several methods for editing audio. This is the best I've experienced for noise reduction!
Cons
Ok I want to be fair, I've never done a tutorial on the use of Audition. I'm a kind of open-and-use kinda guy. But it took me much longer to figure some stuff out, than other packages. Do a tutorial, read a manual or a blog post, and get up and running much faster than I did.

An Excellent DAW
As I said, I found the interface perplexing at times, and the dull, dark design puts me off. That being said, it's still a fully professional product, and you can use it to expand upon Premiere's pitiful audio editing tools. Well worth a visit.
Pros
Adobe Audition has been around for a very long time (remember Cool Edit Pro?), and it's come a long way since then. Adobe Audition features a staggering amount of features, and Adobe Creative Cloud users would be remiss in not trying out Adobe Audition as their editor, with its tight integration with Adobe Premiere and Adobe CC products.
Cons
The interface may be confusing for some. Adobe Audition opens in the style of a simple audio editor, like Audacity, and it can be hard to find even the simplest of tasks, such as adding plugins or basic edits. Even more confusingly, the multitrack mixing interface is hidden, and I find myself googling every time how to switch to that mode. All in all, a pointlessly confusing interface.

Adobe Audition: The best Software for Recording
This software has made it possible for my media team in church to make ready all sound recordings Immediately after church meetings, three days in a week. We are able to generate different audio formats for all kind of devices especially for Radio programme and podcast.
Pros
Awesome! l kind of like the fact that I am able to capture, record, mix and master audio sounds excellently. At the same time I have access to over 10,000 sound effects and lots of plugins, this is fabulous.
Cons
I think the fact that it has lots of tools it can be difficult for a new user to easily grasp, but with patience and consistent use that can be overcome.

Excellent audio recording and editing workhorse, from beginners to advanced users
I record the voice overs for my audio projects (audio books, narration, commercials etc) and easily mix them with music and sound effects. The plugins integration helps me finish all the editing work in one interface , rather than using multiple ones.
Pros
1. The punch in recording feature ( a huge time saver). 2. Seamless integration with Izotope RX plugins. 3. A very handy and huge time saving feature to clean/lower all breaths in one audio file with the push of a button. Careful not to overdo it, experiement and check your file, to make sure you do not lose audio data.
Cons
I am not fond of the monthly subscription. I prefer to have a lifetime license (like before). In terms of interface, in the beginning Audition looks quite intimidating; there are many little options and bits and pieces everywhere to discover and understand. But, with patience you can figure them out in a few projects. The more you practice, the better you get.

Professional software for audio professionals
I tested this software and I was impressed by its operation and its various features. Even if its handling is not easy, this software is excellent for audio and video pros
Pros
Adobe Audition is the top level. It's one of the best in the business. For amateur use, I advise you to use another software, because Adobe Audition, it's a pro. Audio editing, mixing, recording, restoration, etc. It's all there. A really complete software, with an intuitive interface. In addition, it allows you to work on almost all audio formats. Also, it offers a wide range of filters and audio effects to improve sound quality. And for those who, in addition to audio editing, want to add video, this is possible with this software. It integrates easily with Première Pro and Photoshop. I will simply say that it is software like Adobe
Cons
- Software is a bit expensive, especially for those who do not want to use their full potential- Getting started not easy for beginners

Pros
What I liked and really impressed me the most is the artificial intelligence that distinguishes this program in many features such as mixing sounds, mastering and sound recording, which brings you the work in the way you want and that you wish without requiring a lot of training to use it

Adobe Audition is a professional tool that delivers the goods
I use Adobe Audition for all of my voiceover and podcast recording, mixing, and editing. It's always been a top-notch professional audio software that delivers the goods every time. It's intuitive interface makes it easy to edit, mix, and create podcasts from start to finish. I would recommend Adobe Audition to anyone who is looking for a great audio software
Pros
There are so many good things to say about this software. I have been using Audition for over 3 years and I have noticed that it has really accelerated my overall workflow. I am really pleased with how easy it is to organize my tracks, edit, rearrange, and/or modify them. The ability to work between applications like After Effects and Premiere in real time is also a game changer. Audition is an amazing tool that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is looking for an audio editing software!
Cons
Audition has a lot of features that I like, that the price is worth it for me. But it isn't always easy to find where I need to go. I do lots of voice-over work and want to use Audition quickly and efficiently while doing other things at the same time, but often I get lost as to where I need to go and have to keep using the help features or repeated experiments to get the desired outcome.

How powerful is Adobe Audition for audio editing?
At the beginning of my learning of Adobe Audition, I felt difficult to learn it and how to apply effects, but after practice and learning, it became an integral part of the program
Pros
If you upload audio clips to podcasts or YouTube clips, you should care about the audio quality, here I must remind you of Adobe Audition.
Adobe Audition helped me a lot with this, delivering high quality audio with a very professional fidelity.
Adobe Audition stands out from all the other audio programs because it combines all the features in one program, which is such a nice thing that you don't need to go from one program to another.
I liked the clip selection feature, which makes it easy to display the correct frame to the user in order to make accurate audio edits.
I loved the library of audio and effects that Adobe Audition has such as removing noise and background noise, adding echo and FFT filters to enhance and increase audio quality, waveform editing, waveform processing and much more.
A very powerful feature is to apply each feature individually, so that if you want to delete or modify a feature you have applied before, you do not need to re-work again, but there is a box for the effects and filters you used that you can control.
Cons
Just as there are many positives in it, I must mention the negatives that I experienced.
Adobe Audition has a difficult user interface, you will feel confused when using it for the first time and you need time to learn and master the effects and how to apply them, because the program is not intended for beginners in the world of audio production

Adobe Audition passes the Audition!!
Audition solves the problem of "time". Who doesn't want to save time?! Import my files, quickly work out my arrangements, cut and paste at will, add plug-ins seamlessly... what more could you ask for!?!?
Pros
I love the ability to import audio tracks from my DAW and then mix in Audition. The process is seamless and much easier than staying in my DAW. I also use Audition for theater productions. I load up audio tracks and set queues which I can then access just by pressing a number and hit play. It's a great way to have a complete theatrical soundtrack at your fingertips and then be able to play it live.
Cons
Literally nothing. There is just nothing to complain about with this software. I've had it forever and I'll use it forever. Make it cheaper? :)

The solution to audio production stress
Audio production, mainly in advertisment jingles e.t.c
Pros
The features that I love most in Adobe Audition is the compressor, how it allows you to adjust to your best desire. I should also mention that you can also save presets for your work so that in the next project you find it easy to add your effects just in one click.
Cons
I haven't seen or met any problem with the software ever since I started using adobe audition and am not quite sure of what has to be added.
