Excited to develop our processes

Covering automation, emails and social media it has been an incredible useful tool when used in conjunction with contact data. There could be improvements as some features are limited or long winded.

Pros

The ability to manage individual campaigns from a single area and also track the effectiveness relative to contacts.

Cons

A high price point and the need to manage contacts to stay within price brackets. Marketing emails could be better along with the ability to use deal and contact info together.

Alternatives Considered

Zoho CRM, iSAMS, monday CRM and Salesforce Sales Cloud

Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub

Overall it offered the best value of money against ease of implementation. The integrations were extensive too.

Hubspot isn't all good (or all bad) it's a Goldilocks fit (for some)

HubSpot Marketing Hub has a comprehensive suite of tools and easy interface. However, its expense, steep learning curve, performance issues, and limited customization options can be drawbacks for some.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub's easy interface and comprehensive tools were a breeze to navigate and implement strategies with. From email marketing to content creation, the CRM integration was particularly helpful in tracking lead generation and nurturing. And, the automation features saved significant time and effort in repetitive tasks.

Cons

Expensive! I found that it can become overwhelming for small teams and anyone with limited marketing budgets. Another thing is the steep learning curve for advanced features can be daunting. And the customization options can sometimes feel limited. Additionally, for the price I was frustrated with performance issues and bugs, especially during critical campaigns.

Overall happy, there's a value coming from an all-in-one platform.

It's still better than other all-in-one enterprise marketing/sales suites, but it feels like each feature is basically worse than cheaper providers.

Pros

You can have the entire picture in a one platform. You can easily see your marketing efforts becoming leads and opportunities in the CRM. The integration with Ad Platforms is pretty handy, and then the value that comes from that attribution. Although, what's a bit wack is the lack of support for new types of ad campaigns like Google's Performance Max.

Cons

The WYSIWYG (drag and drop) marketing email builder is terrible. The styles are a mess. Sometimes the editor doesn't work at all, and I have to edit elements directly in the source code. Actually even tough it's way more expensive than alternatives, it's way worse, and it takes much more time for sending our marketing emails in comparison to cheaper alternatives.

Balanced Review of HubSpot CRM

solid CRM choice that combines ease of use with powerful features, making it a standout option for organizations looking to enhance their customer relationship management and streamline their sales processes.

Pros

HubSpot excels in many areas, some users might find its pricing structure and advanced feature sets to be on the higher side, particularly for smaller businesses or startups. Additionally, while the core functionality is strong, there may be a learning curve associated with leveraging more advanced features or customizations.

Cons

Depending on the service plan, but we experienced longer response times for customer support, particularly for those on lower-tier plans.

Internal or External - Solid Email Management, Data Collection and CRM

It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.

Pros

It made using all of the elements under one brand/UX easier to manage. The email portion was effective and tied in with the landing pages we created which then sorted our B2B CRM. It was an effective tool.

Cons

It has a bit of a learning curve and there are plenty of features we haven't used simply because they appear to be complicated and not self explanatory.

Professional Marketing Hub - Great But Very Expensive

Good, user friendly, automated, and appreciate being able to integrate with almost all (if not all) of the other tech stack elements we use.

Pros

All in all--Hubspot's Marketing Hub (Professional suite) is fantastic. you can integrate landing pages, blogs, social media, email marketing and campaigns, and design / track your SEO strategy all on one platform. It's relatively user friendly (once you have your team trained to use it) and Hubspot's industry status means that it can be integrated with *most* other apps, platforms, or services.

Cons

It's wildly expensive. We're currently leveraging a great startup discount for the Marketing Hub--once that discount is finished, we may not be able to justify the great all-in-one solution for the cost. Instead, we'll look to hack together a similar solution with varied 3rd party apps. A headache to be sure, but Hubspot's full cost Marketing suite is really only designed for large-scale enterprise use. (The cost is astounding.)

Klaviyo and Mailchimp

Powerful, but not affordable for micro/small businesses

Very positive, but the pricing model doesn't work for us.

Pros

HubSpot has a great balance between features and user-friendly interfaces. Almost anyone can set it up to do what they need to, without training or expert help.

Cons

While powerful, HubSpot isn't exactly friendly for micro and small companies. Advanced features cost too much for businesses with just a select few clients/customers. It's only suited for companies with large volume/very high ARR from each clients.

Spending few hundred, and upwards of 1,000 per month is not feasible for most. I would much prefer a usage-based pricing, rather than "feature gating". A company with a dozen of clients using advanced features doesn't "cost" HubSpot nearly the same as a massive company using the same features.

Pricing is relatively similar whether you have 10 or 1,000 contacts, and that made us stop using HubSpot as a micro company focused on relationships, not volume.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a Good Investment

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful platform that stands out for its user-friendly interface, extensive integrations, and scalability.
The platform's emphasis on automation, analytics, and ease of use makes it a top choice for marketers looking to increase efficiency and drive better results from their marketing efforts. However, pricing tiers and feature availability should be considered based on specific business needs and scale.

Cons

The cost is a big factor to consider when making your decision. The complexity for beginners is something to consider; it could be overwhelming to learn all the capabilities and fully leverage all ins functionality.

All in one Marketing tool

Overall a superb tool for marketing activities. Mostly hubspot has almost every feature required for a marketing software but lacks some small things also like in their email tool they don't have ''Paint brush'' option like you have in word and this makes it difficult to adjust the formatting of a written email in one go, they are massive company and integrating such a small thing should not be an issue for them.

Pros

Hubspot is the market leader in terms of marketing automation software, I have been using it for 7 years now. I like the their landing page tool which is super easy with drag and drop feature, other thing is super easy to create web forms for your website , and you can use this forms anywhere with just a help of link.

Cons

It is indeed a very good tool but very expensive and difficult for small companies with small marketing budgets to accomodate Hubspot in theri marketing budget.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Review

My overall experience has been a positive one because it delivers real-world results with improved customer satisfaction and customer acquisition. I would recommend it to media-centric organisations.

Pros

I liked its ease of use most because it made it usable by all our editorial team without needing extra training, saving time and costs.
Other features I like include the automation features such as automated scheduling and AI-aided content suggestion which significantly improves the quality and relevance of our content.

Cons

What I liked least about HubSpot is its high costs which make it relatively unaffordable for small enterprises.

Simplified my work in so many ways!

Pros

What drew me most to Hubspot is how user-friendly the interface is and how intuitive the workflows are. With so many software products are there, it can be overwhelming (and time consuming) to have to learn everything all over again. But with how easy this was from the very beginning, it helped me feel at peace with my decision and hopeful for how it would change my business. I have been able to easily to create targeted campaigns and track performance.

Cons

I have not had the best customer service experience which is not an indicator of the product itself (that has been wonderful) but more so the company. I can see how that would be a deterrent for someone to renew any contract, even if the product is incredible.

HubSpot Marketing Hub increases lead traffic

The most profitable and simplest tasks to use are those that generate reports and studies. Incorporating Hubspot marketing into our company was very comfortable. Specifically, Hubspot is the most extensive 360-degree marketing source for information gathering and lead generation, storing specific information about audience and leads and assets, and actually taking action on that information.

Pros

It was always a delight to work with the Hubspot support group, who were always willing to clarify any questions we had. Thanks to you for your collaboration with our institution, this gives us the security to continue working together with them. The flow of visitors to our site grew due to the contribution of Hubspot to launch it quickly, this is what Google requires from websites. Also, Marketing Hub gave us the opportunity to generate forms through a quick and easy way, this made it easy for our marketing staff to interact with consumers by phone or email. The powerful integration capability that Hubspot has is among the fundamental parts of the platform. Most feasible, you are able to amalgamate Hubspot with certain most popular online marketing solutions in the market in order to generate a powerful marketing tool that is actually particularized for the trade.

Cons

It may possibly be restricted the moment the company is complicated or you have a large marketing group. Offers a simple CRM solution. Only one company offers email support, which is relatively rare for a service of this type. It is the action of manually entering data and rectifying data entry mistakes. Scores can be occasional and it is complicated to climb to manage the more intricate feeding procedures.
