Luma's patient engagement communications can be as complex or as simple as you wish, but the ease of use and their customer support is top notch regardless of how deep you dive. > > **Cons**: A more in-depth workflow analysis during implementation would have been helpful, but the small hiccup we ran into was easily resolved.
