I have been using Google pay for a few years now, It has a user-friendly and various digital payment options. It provides detailed transaction history and rewards for frequent usage. However, occasional processing delays and the lack of in-depth spending analytics are areas for potential improvement. Overall, Google Pay remains a convenient and secure choice for everyday digital transactions.
Pros
Google Pay has a nice user-friendly interface. which simplifies bill payments and recharges of various types. Shows a detailed transaction history and Provides option for many different payment modes. Also, we can send money using phone numbers instead of GPay ID and we can use autopay for recurring payments. Not to mention It provides good rewards.
Cons
Transaction speed can be a bit slow at times. Additionally, It does not provide analytics for how much we spend on different categories.

Scam foreign company stealing money
Was told my signing up for Google workspace was unauthorized then they sent me to Google pay who will not refund. Messed up company!!!!
Pros
Nothing, I will never use again and do NOT trust with my banking info.

Account Suspended last 15 days google pay earing interest on my money 60000 rs
We are very frustrated from your service I think you have to close shut down your company
i am taking follow up from last 15 dasy my 60000 rs stuck and gapy earn interest on my money , very poor service , very disappointed , my account suspended
here i am attaching 5 complain number, everyone give same answer 24-48 hrs your query will resolve we have escalate the issue, but i think they dont have right pawer to solve query on same day
now my waiting period almost 15 days, dont know how much they will play with me , every care person said once your account will active there side money will come in 24 hrs

Cashless : Easy to pay method
Overall experience with Google Pay is good but if they look for something which allows us to use it even without internet then it would be great.
Pros
I have been using Google pay for more than 4 years now ...with these kind of services you don't need to worry about carry change and cash and also money can not be lost plus it gives rewards or some cashbacks on making payments .
Cons
Although this online paying cashless service is very useful but having internet all the time is kind of concern ....there are areas where internet is connectivity is low or not present ....in that scenario you cannot rely on it.

We like this app and it needs some improvements which can make it even better.
Pros
Well, Google Pay has many such features which we like very much and it is a popular payment system. Being produced by Google, it gives us confidence in data security. Our data is safe. Its biometric authentication process also works properly and it keeps the financial information of the users safe. This also motivates us to use this app. There are many reasons to like it, in which the second reason is that it can also do international transactions, which makes the users feel good and they are able to transfer payments across their borders. Another reason is that on using it, rewards, cashback and many types of offers are also available, by taking advantage of which the user gets a lot of benefit. The fourth reason is that due to NFC technology, contactless payment facility is also available. By using it, we easily overcome the shortage of cash by paying our friends, family and shopkeepers. Along with this, there are other positive reasons due to which we like to use it as a payment system.
Cons
Google Pay has many positive aspects, but there are some drawbacks too, which we are talking about, such as charging for many types of transactions like mobile recharge and charging for credit card transactions, we do not like it, another reason is that it does not work properly in old devices or devices with old operating systems, and sometimes the code scan fails, we also do not like doing transactions only up to a limited time, sometimes the payment gets delayed due to the server not working properly, and sometimes it gets stuck in payment processing, the reason for not liking it is that the layout of the app should be attractive and in the right way, its layout is not good compared to other payment apps. We have to make a lot of efforts to reach the customer support center, and another reason is that it leaves a traceable record after the transaction, this is a matter of concern for the users, who like anonymity. Many times when we call for help, the help center people keep the call on hold for a long time and later disconnect the call after giving some other reason or issue, many times the payment process becomes very slow. And the payment gets stuck. And instead of cancelling the payment, it continues for hours to process it, and due to this problem our money gets stuck, and we have to face a lot of trouble, and later the payment is also made again. The company should consider these basic issues

If you love Android, you have to love Google!!!
Google Pay has always taken care of me while using for purchases and payments that I received. I will continue to use until I see otherwise that it is not safe to use. Especially when it comes to shopping at the store and not needing to pull out a particular card that I might now have with me. I always have them in Google Pay!
Pros
I really don't have anything but great things to say about Google Pay. The way my data is secured and kept virtual always makes me feel safe and know that I am backed by a reputable company. Plus my information is one step further from hackers and that is always a plus when using Google Pay.
Cons
I really can't think of anything negative to say for this. Being an Android user primarily, this company has kept all my information secure, allows me to create from a range of apps and so much more. I have never had an issue with any payments in Google Pay, so for now this one will keep all its stars.

Overall experience with Google Pay is spectacular. With just a tap you can do payments with ease and the mode of using this is so easy. I can save my credit/debit cards and do transactions with just one step without having the tension of forgetting card details.

Pros
Its quick, safe and efficient! I really have enjoyed Google Pay more than other pay apps Ive used. Its quick to do the job and Im able to access it alot more efficiently and pay more efficiently!
Cons
The lack of mobile alerts and the complicated way that my cards had to be uploaded and updated into Google Pay. It sent me on an infinite loop of calling my bank prior to adding my card, rather than asking what my CVV code was or even activating it in other means. It took me about 1.5 hours to set my VISA card on my google pay.

GPAY Review
GPAY transaction history helps you go back and check and keep a track of your monthly expenses. Also it is the most secured payment without any stress of getting duped in a scam. The ones who refused acceptance of credit card payments due to its surcharge happily accept GPAY and GPAY is used by everyone from street vendors to big brands which has made our lives easy.

Have not withdrawn cash in ages; the risk of carrying cash in bulk for personal usage is resolved due to Gpay.
Cons
The rewards could be also some amount off on mostly used sites for monthly groceries like Blinkit, Big Basket, Star , Reliance , Amazon etc rather than only sites mainly used for clothes, cosmetics, accessories etc.

Pay Attention Google Pay
My overall experience with Google Pay is an okay one, even with the Google service not being able to detect that an app is fraud. Google just needs better service and to update all the flaws it has.
Pros
I like the fact that Google Pay can link to all of your apps on your phone and account.
Cons
What I dislike about Google Pay is that they don't realize or notice when apps are fraud. That is really irritating to me that Google doesn't recognize when an app is fraud or not. I'm just very disappointed in Google.
