Good program for the management of social networks, highly recommended.
The process of programming using Agorapulse is quite streamlined. In particular, I adore the calendar view since it gives me the ability to envision my content strategy for the upcoming month. Even during peak hours, our material is reliably delivered to our audience thanks to the sophisticated queuing system we have in place.The platform provides in-depth analysis that is more than just a simple presentation of the numbers. My ability to optimize my strategy, better understand the behavior of audiences, and most crucially, demonstrate ROI to stakeholders has been facilitated by information that is both detailed and straightforward.

I've used a number of different social media management software, and Agorapulse is far and away the best of the bunch. Even if you have no prior experience with social media marketing, you'll quickly feel at home with the platform because to its user-friendly layout.The digital landscape is constantly shifting, so businesses need tools that can stay up and give them a leg up. That's exactly what Agorapulse does. This is a must-have for companies of any size!Finally, I want to give respect to the Agorapulse help desk staff. They are swift, thorough, and helpful, and they always find a solution to fix the rare problems that arise.

When I last used the service, not all social media were supported. This could be a problem for brands that use complicated or specialized distribution channels.Their web platform is reliable, but I've found their mobile app to be buggy and less user-friendly than I'd like.

AgoraPulse is indispensable if you are managing multiple accounts.
AgoraPulse really has been integral to my day to day workflow. While I have minor complaints, I'd recommend this tool to anyone needing to manage and schedule social media.
Pros
I like that this product gives me the number of social profiles I need (35) without having to piece together multiple accounts with a product. It lets me have one dashboard to manage everything that is going on with our social accounts as well as who is mentioning us on their own accounts.
Cons
I don't have a lot to complain about with AgoraPulse. I really have two main complaints. 1. They develop tools that I don't feel are helpful at an enterprise level-such as their integration with Canva. I'm sure Canva is great for a lot of people, but at the agency level, invest in a designer or the correct software to follow your brand guidelines. 2. They have introduced some new features recently that require you to upgrade your account. I feel like I am already paying at the higher end of their offerings and these teasers are just that if I can't access the new functionality.

The customer service is out of the world and remarkable. It is very stressful running a business in general, however, if you lack social currency, you lack any growth potential, so start and up your game today! We love you Agorapulse, thank you for taking our team of students under your angel wings!
Pros
Agorapulse is absolutely amazing. We have been using them for several months for numerous social channels and groups that we have scaled from ZERO to HERO. If you get the premium version of Agorapulse they open up access to an educational academy that is valued at $1K. This has saved us money and time. Many of our students at Assuaged.com have been able to find and secure jobs because of this advanced social media training. It takes time, trial, and error to figure out what works, and what does not work. Agorapulse is truly the answer to all of your social media needs, especially the advanced reporting and ability to post in GROUPS, not many social media platforms support the type of features that Agorapulse has. If we didn’t have this software, I have no clue where we would be, it is simply a life-saver and true golden investment that you won’t regret.

Best in class by far
I've tried dozens of other social media apps and tools. None of them come close to the combination of features and support. Agorapulse is, without question, the best in class social media marketing software.
Pros
The unified product features are a life-saver for my team and I. Being able to plan/schedule content, monitor/respond to mentions, and gain valuable insights from analytics all in one place makes our jobs so much easier. The UI is great to look at and intuitive, and the team behind it is responsive and extremely caring about their customers.
Cons
There are a few areas in which I think the content scheduling workflow could be faster or more efficient.

One of the Best Social Media Scheduling Platforms
I am very happy with this tool and recommend using it.
Pros
AgoraPulse is one of the best Social Media Scheduling tools I've ever used - and I've experimented with many platforms.
Some of the features I like about AgoraPulse are:
Listening - Most platforms do a bismal job helping you listen (or search for key words related to your organization) on social media. Not only does Agorapulse do a fantastic job of this for us, but they have also integrated the ability to comment on posts through your company's Facebook Ad Account. Usually, this isn't the case. Usually, if you want to see those comments, you have to visit Facebook's Ad Manager and navigate your way through menus and options - PER EACH AD - to get to the comments. Exhausting, right? Agorapulse brings it all into the platform and even allows you to filter those comments in or out of your "listening" dashboard or routine. Magnificent!
Automation/Queues - Queues allow you to post content at different times on different days. The beauty of a queue gives the content creator freedom to stay in the creative mind without having to worry about minor date and time details. We want all of our posts to reach as many people as possible but it's hard to switch from left-brain to right-brain thinking every 2 minutes. With a queue, since you've already established the best dates and times per social platform, all you have to do is churn out creative content and allow the queue to works its magic. Again, this makes life so much simpler!
Cons
Unfortunately, the Calendar View does not have the ability to "drag & drop" posts from one date to another. It may seem useless or insignificant but when you load your calendar with 20-40 posts per week across three different social platforms, editing posts 1x1 is rather cumbersome.

My favourite of them all 🤫
Pros
I use Agorapulse on a daily basis multiple times a day for various reasons. A big pro is managing the different social platforms I manage from replying to comments, checking the listening tab, uploading content and looking at the stats. I also value have a great customer support network who will always respond and get back to you in a timely manner. That alone sets it apart.
Cons
I have used Agora for a very long time and it is hard to say what I dislike. Sometimes it can just be a bit slow to load and I have small issues from time to time.

Helpful and straight to the point
Pros
Agorapulse's scheduling tool is incredibly intuitive. I can plan and schedule posts for all our social media platforms with ease. The calendar view is a real time-saver, and the ability to bulk-upload content has been a game-changer for our team.
Cons
Honestly, it's hard to find any major drawbacks. The only minor issue we've encountered is that occasionally, there's a slight delay in real-time notifications, but it doesn't significantly impact our workflow.

Makes Social Media Management a Breeze
AP has completely revolutionized the way we approach and manage social media. It provides us with one simple and easy to use platform that stops us wasting time jumping between various social media platforms to schedule and pull in analysis. This allows us to be more agile when responding to customers.
The multiple users allowed also allows our support and marketing teams to seamlessly collaborate and ensure every customer is paired with the right person to answer their questions. It also saves zillions of emails flying back and forth.
It is also worth mentioning I'm always very impressed with the rapid customer support and continuous improvement to AP product proposition. It has made staying very easy.
Pros
The scheduling tool made the normally unmanageable task of scheduling the same post across multiple social media channels incredibly easy. It is intuitive and saves a serious amount of time. It also allowed us to schedule everything a week in advance meaning we spent less time scheduling and more time interacting with customers and analyzing and their engagements. Meaning we are able to keep getting smarter.
The assign tool is excellent for collaboration and saves us having to send an email to a colleague who may be in a better position to get back to the customer.
Cons
I would really like to see an extensive media library. The ability to reuse images and videos that have already been uploaded would save a lot of time.
I would also like to see functionality similar to Later's 'Link in Bio' functionality. If this is possible (Instagram API dependent I know) then we would have no reason to ever leave the comfort of Agora.
For us the one feature we never use nor understand is the publishing list.
I would also love to see a 'landing page' feature so you can send customers directly to bespoke LP from social media posts without having to get IT involved.

Easy to Use, Incredible Support
They are a great solution for a marketing agency like ours that is servicing hundreds of businesses for social media posting and management!
Pros
The platform's interface is great, easy to find what you need and quick to learn. Additionally, their support is incredible - very responsive, fast to fix any issues, and always willing to help. Very impressed with that!
Cons
My only complaint is that you can't add one social channel to multiple groups - they have a workaround for this using tags that sort of gets the job done, but I do wish that I could use groups instead. That said, we've still been able to fulfill all of our needs with their platform!

(Not sure how upgrading would have helped considering the package we were on was supposed to support the number of channels we were managing). Best User Interface and Good Value
Overall, I'm really glad we switched to Agorapulse. I used to go cross-eyed every time I opened our old tool. The UI is a step above and makes managing your social media a lot easier. We're a small company, so we found it the best value as well.
Pros
The user interface is excellent. Easy to set up and very intuitive.
Inbox and social monitoring features are excellent. Well organized in a single Inbox or Listening "Box" and easy to keep track of what you've reviewed and what needs to be acted on. Blows away the competition on this front.
Easy drag and drop functionality if you need to edit unpublished content. I love the tagging and labeling features. Makes it easy to categorize your content for future use.
Cons
Embedded analytics are intuitive and informative but the free analytic tools are very limited. If you want a "year in review" summary, can't be done without buying the Power Reports which nearly doubles the price. Just don't have the budget as a small business. On this aspect, Agorapulse loses to the competition.
While it's super easy to schedule posts, I wish all of the apps allowed you to tag in Agorapulse so you didn't have to go in after it publishes to update the tags. Twitter works seamlessly, but LinkedIn does not. Sort of defeats the purpose. Not Agorapulse's fault, but it does diminish the value of the tool (or any other tool like it).

Amazing value for publishing & analytics! Excellent customer service
Pros
The best part is the amazing customer service! They are responsive and generally have a good response for everything - including an idea to workaround if needed. The interface is nice and user-friendly. It was easy for team members to get used to the publishing and analytics tools. The crowd favourite is the ability to publish to (and edit for) multiple channels easily from one place. The price is incredibly accessible, especially for a non-profit like us! Love the system for addressing clients' wishes - we can vote and comment on them, and get updates when they're being worked on or the opportunity to consult with an AP team member on them. Overall I feel more efficient using AP.
Cons
I had to add all 40 social accounts myself, which was long. I believe this is being fixed soon (if not already). They really need to add a draft option and/or option to add notes to the calendar to address the lack of ability to plan social posts using AP. Again, this is something that seems to be on their radar. There are other, smaller limitations, like not being able to schedule (or upload a carousel) from the app. Social listening can definitely become more sophisticated, and I'm confident it will.

Very user-friendly and efficient to use with some minor weaknesses
Simple setup, very easy and efficient to use, even for non-digital-affine people, many easy-to-use functions and many channels are supported. All in all, it makes working in a company with many pages and many users much easier. The calendar overview of scheduled posts is also very useful, you can easily move posts by drag and drop.
Only the display of comments under ad-posts is missing. And great would be a built-in advertising option (i.e. automatic boosting or similar). But new functions are constantly added.
Pros
We looked at many tools for social media management. The price-performance ratio was by far the best at Agorapulse (even if the name is a bit bulky to pronounce ;-)
The tool supports multiple channels, has an efficient and easy user rights management, has extensive and very easy to use approval processes or processes to assign messages and comments to other users. The built-in translation function is ideal because we work internationally and this makes the work much easier.
Another advantage is that you can schedule Instagram Stories, which has proven to be complicated in the past and with other tools.
The tool itself is self-explanatory, a long training is not necessary. The reports are useful and complement the information from Facebook Insights very well. In addition, you get Instagram reportings, which you miss with Instagram itself.
All in all, I can recommend the tool because of its ease of use, the variety of functions and the good price-performance ratio.
Cons
The tool has some weaknesses, e.g. it does not support all features of the different platforms, such as Facebook carousels. In these cases the use the platforms themselves is necessary.
And what is also missing is that comments on Facebook/Instagram ads are displayed. Agorapulse only shows comments on organic posts.

Great Social Media monitoring platform
Overall we did an awesome experience with this tool, but since we handle thousands of pages via facebook we did not consider this as this tool for a small e-commerce business only. But it is a great experience!

When our company tried this for our social media marketing and monitoring we did a trial for this one since we aim to make out work more efficient and easy, we did test this out for quite some time and I can say that this is an awesome platform if you want to jump into an easy drive when it comes to managing your online business as an e-commerce company.

The software and the usage are a bit confusing, I think they need to simplify the platform so that everyone will consider getting this as their tool for their business.

Effective management and accurate tracking of accounts on social media
Agorapulse enabled us to have more control over our account on social networking sites, where we can schedule posts as well as monitor comments accurately, and as a result, it increased the viewership and interaction rates by our customers, and we were also able to increase our ability to reach new customers.
Pros
Agorapulse is great because it allows us to post content to social media on a schedule that we set up in advance, and it's great because it makes us available on all our accounts at the same time. The dashboard is also great because it let us view calendars and catch up on colleagues' updates, too. Agorapulse direct sharing with contact lists is also great for boosting engagement with various posts and promotions. I also appreciate that Agorapulse provides us with sufficient flexibility to respond to comments, as well as like or block unwanted comments, and the ease of filtering and searching in these processes helps us with high efficiency. We are able to present our findings and analysis in a unique way thanks to the powerful reporting tools at our disposal.

Sometimes I have difficulty uploading photos and posting videos. As for the subscription prices, they are somewhat reasonable, but I would like to reduce them so that we can include more colleagues.

Great for Transparency and Team Collab
Overall AgoraPulse has helped us show accountability and transparency.
Pros
We use this product because it allows us to show exactly which team member is responding to comments and how long it takes them to respond to comments. This is critical for our business since one of our services is community management. Being able to show a report on this to clients is HUGE.
Cons
I wish clients could connect thier own social accounts (like cloudcampaign) or that you could invite Clients to the account (versus buying new users) so they can collab with inbox responses not just scheduling.

Makes my life easier
Overall, AgoraPulse has helped streamline a big job - multiple social accounts. I like the reporting but I wish it could be separated into organic and paid more clearly - I realize that is probably an issue within the platforms themselves. At a big company like ours, there is a separate agency that manages paid so when I have to report on organic, I am still going through and having to do math and cobble things together. I would like the content report have a totals column - I have to export that to a csv, then add the columns in excel to get those organic numbers.
Pros
I like that I can schedule posts out and see everything in a clear monthly format. I like that I can resize images as I am scheduling and it's easy to manage multiple accounts.
I love the assign posts for approval and the shared calendar feature. Means I can have as many eyes on my posts as I need without any steep learning curve for the people who need to review.
Cons
I don't want to use the H word but I kind liked how I could visually see all the posts scheduled at a glance. I know the publishing lists do this but I would like to look at a weekly view and see the posts and images in a grid view as opposed to scrolling. Especially for something like Instagram where I am trying to picture what my images are going to look like together when posted - I like to make sure I keep certain images apart. Helps with our customer care team although we do have problems with it when ads are started or stopped because then all the old comments come flooding back in.

Best in the Business!
Since we switched to Agorapulse, our overall experienced has been fantastic! Their entire team has been supportive, and always there to lend a helping hand. Another great thing they do is reach out to he end users like us. They are always asking for feedback on what and where they can improve. This means a lot to an agency like us who depends on their platform for a great deal to make sure we are satisfying our customers needs.
Pros
Some of the features that are critical to our agency and customers is the ability to have multiple users managing multiple accounts without seeing every other account we manage. This leads to less confusing and just a better overall experience and work environment for our entire team. Another HUGE feature is the ability to group several accounts together as nearly one. Meaning when we manage social accounts for a franchise brand, we don't have to go through and schedule for each individual account. It can be done in one click of the mouse which is GREAT!
Cons
Any Cons that we have encountered have actually been addressed by the Agorapulse customer support team and were either resolved or we were told they were actually in beta testing at the moment and to look for them in future updates.

Overall very user friendly service
Overall it has been a real asset to the company.
Pros
Once you've worked your way around the software it's very easy to use and accessible for everyone. The data is displayed both visually with graphs and charts as well as numerically which makes it easy to interpret the data. This has made my life as a social media manager a lot easier.
Cons
What is becoming a challenge for me Is the inability to schedule in the form of REELS and Youtube shorts. This is an incredibly popular feature and most of our content is now created in these particular styles. This means we can neither schedule or track analytics for a large amount of our content.

A great social media product with many features
Agorapulse has been my favourite tool so far when using social media schedulers. I would highly recommend it!
Pros
Agorapulse is awesome when it comes to finding one tool that does it all. Reporting to scheduling and social media monitoring - I used to have separate products for each one but I love that Agorapulse has it all!
Cons
I think the reporting can be more detailed, especially when it comes to clicks and profile visits on Instagram

Excellent Tool for Social Media Customer Support!
Overall, my team's experience has been fantastic! We really love using this tool for communicating with our customers.
Pros
There's so much I love about Agorapulse! Comments come in very quickly, are very easy to read in the context of the original post and surrounding comments, and it is also very easy respond quickly to customers and close out the comment.
Form and function blend really well in the tool, it's easy to use and it's not cluttered so it doesn't overwhelm the eyes and brain while working. I enjoy the reporting tools and that I can have them automatically generated for me once a week and emailed.
Cons
The thing I like least about Agorapulse is that I can't easily apply one saved reply to multiple social profiles. I want to see a toggle where I can choose which pages the Saved Reply will be applied to. We have quite a few profiles where we have the same replies across, and it's frustrating to have to recreate it for each one.
I also find that customer support can be very confusing if you don't have a technical understanding of what they are explaining. Some of the time, they will let me know that something is going on with my integrations in such a way that is difficult for someone who is not in the field to understand.
I'd also like to see the team performance reporting feature to be beefed up a bit. It would be great to be able to click into what each individual team member had reviewed that day/week right in the report so I could review for QA.
