Excellent work management and planning system.
I've been using it for over 5 years in a variety of different ways and it has never ceased to be useful in whatever situation. Fantastic, easy to use piece of kit.
Pros
Fantastic for project management at any scale - from personal to-do lists to full fledged department planning Monday.com can do it all. It's easy to use UI and both built in and plugged-in automations really do the most to support with whatever you need across multiple workspaces.
Cons
Down-time is unfortunately higher than in the past, but it's usually very brief.

Tracker's Paradise // Don't sleep on this one.
Love it! I use it personally in my own office for management of Lead to Client following. It keeps accurate and beneficial timed markers. I'm still fine tuning some of the better options available. I have another referral company using this and their interaction with it is much better than mine. Dashboard views are by far the easiest to track projects you have in development.
Pros
Monday is a powerhouse of templates. I loved going through to see all the options available to me and decided to edit one of the existing templates that met most of my needs.
Cons
Cost is the only thing I was bummed about. I know it is not that expensive for what you get but for a small operation like mine it was just a bit out of my comfort zone.

Promising Software, but Lacks Some Basic Functionality
Reputation has a lot of promise, but it's lacking a layer of polish and integration that allows for it be extremely efficient for power users. It's clunky to handle if you use it for a lot of tasks/projects.
Pros
Great way to process and handle numerous tasks for whatever project may come up. It has the ability to hand numerous tasks and provides a great overview via the calendar view that allows you to see all upcoming tasks available.
Cons
Despite being able to create separate tasks and sub-tasks, it's hard to be able to create some slight automation or have consistent variables across the board. Instead of being able to open up a new sub-task and have the content be auto populated, like date or text, it comes up with a blank slate that you have to go in and fill manually, piece by piece. This is frustrating when you have dozens of sub-tasks that you have to go in and create individually. Also, the calendar view has some restrictions and makes it clunky to actively work on the content while in this view mode. For example, there's no way to view notes on the project from the calendar view actively so you have to go into another area of the app to access notes. This is super clunky.

Monday.com - moving in the right direction
Our team has really started to get into sync, improving efficiency and productivity while learning as we go. It's definitely an improvement over where we were before we started.
Pros
Earlier this year, our agency transitioned to Monday.com to enhance our workflow and simplify our daily operations. Although there was an initial learning curve, the overall experience has been positive.
We've managed to save time when creating new tasks and preparing for our weekly management meetings, while also cutting costs by efficiently tracking project progress and boosting our overall productivity.
Cons
There is a learning curve - especially since we have an international team, and the language barrier makes it challenging to convey some of the intricate details. Also there are limitations in using the platform on the go - mobile is an issue.

For our research project, it can improve efficiency and optimize workflows by integrating easily with a variety of other tools and applications, including Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack.
Pros
As a project director, I find it effortless to navigate and efficiently manage projects with Monday.com's visually appealing and intuitive interface. It can improve teamwork for my research project by providing powerful collaboration features like file sharing, real-time updates, and communication tools.Project directors can more quickly evaluate the status of their work and spot possible bottlenecks thanks to Monday.com's visual features, which include color-coded boards and charts.
Cons
Performance problems, such as sporadic glitches or slow loading times, have been reported by some users and can reduce productivity.
Advanced time tracking and comprehensive resource management are two examples of advanced project management features that might be absent or call for extra third-party tools.

Basic to Intermediate Functions are Intuitive
I like Monday for what it does well. I hope to encounter it throughout my career, especially since I'm already familiar with it.
Pros
Monday has a shallow learning curve that actually increases as you get deeper and deeper into the various functions and customizations. Learning how to use it as a board-user was instantaneous, and learning to manage a board using standard features was simple. But there's a lot more beyond that, if one has use for features beyond the basics. We haven't integrated other platforms into our Monday but the option to do so is helpful.
Cons
There are occasional outages. Some lasted over 12 hours but most ended within 2-3 hours of a coworker noticing.

An easy to use tool for everyone, but just lacking a bit of focus
Pros
It's an intuitive work management platform. The ease of use and visual simplicity were the standout feature for me.
Cons
As with most tools in this category, I dislike the lack of focus. It offers a ton of features by default. It's everything to everyone, and I prefer tools that work for niche use cases without the bloat of trying to appeal to everyone.

A robust project management tool for every need
Monday.com helps team collaborate and manage projects of any sort and size easily, with fully customizable dashboards and task lists.
Pros
Monday.com is almost too good to be true. It's flexible, it comes with a ton of customizations and automations, and it lets you manage any type of project in whatever way you please.
We're using it daily and it makes our lives so much better.
Oh, and their support is superb.
Cons
First off, pricing. Monday is not cheap, and they charge by sets of seats instead of individual seats. So if you're a team of 6 - you have to pay for 10 seats, which - on a software that isn't too cheap - can be pretty annoying.
On top of that, their Android app is sub-par, and I find myself using the mobile web version instead of the dedicated app.

Almost perfect!
I loved using Monday.com with my own project management and when I was working on other teams. I can say it is just about perfect for larger teams and large projects. If I was to build a project management system it would be very similar to Monday. Can get over complicated as it gets deeper and deeper. Sometimes things got lost because they were so deep in the project. Having subtasks is important but they need to be managed well or they get lost.

A huge assistance in keeping us on track with our job
As a group, we're making use of Monday.com. I had no idea what to anticipate, but I was pleasantly surprised right away. You should use this program if you want your team to be able to communicate and keep tabs on their progress. You may set up a "dashboard" for each project, assign individuals to each job, set a due date, and so forth.
Pros
Our company made use of Monday.com. I've had a wonderful time with monday.com. Personal and business endeavors alike benefit from my usage of this tool. Using it, I'm able to get things done. Depending on the team's progress, each assignment might be given to one or more persons. It's the go-to tool for getting things done in general since we can do so much more with it.
Cons
When more than two persons (3+) are involved in a project, a payment plan is required. A larger crew means a higher price tag. If you know how to utilize the tool effectively, taking a plan is in your best interest monday.com.

A fresh air for project management tools
A happy comeback for me. With an affordable pricing list, you can get the best essential features to run your business or organization, work in teams or go for a solo adventure. Monday makes easy the creation of flows, at least for me; this was a great addition and works great with the most used tools out there.
Pros
I always believe one of the usual problems you can find in project management suites is their cloned user interface. They think we all need to stay classic to understand how to use one of these tools. Monday breaks that door and launches with a fresh and new type of user interface and experience. You can find the same classic tools, but all with a new look and a new way to create flows in the same app without using external apps (for important actions).
Cons
I have to say I'm a comebacker to this tool. When Monday launched, I was there testing what they could offer, and I was very pleased with the UI and the easy way of using the tool's features. My problem was their pricing table for starters. So, after many months, I returned and checked (after being bombarded by advertising on a social network) if something was different from the beginning. It was a pleasant surprise they were still developing and changed some of the pricing tables.
Reasons for Choosing monday.com
I was looking for a more integrated solution. In general, that type of solution has a high learning curve; in the case of Monday, you can learn how to do things just by exploring, and if you have experience with tools like Zapier of Ifttt, creating some flows and increasing the tool functionality is easy.Reasons for Switching to monday.com

Great functionality in the Free version and worth paying for if you need a bit extra
Really great, it's been a big help for us in onboarding a new team member and making sure we all know what we are meant to be doing.
Pros
The fact that it's so funcational when it's free and easy to see what you get for your money if you do pay for extras. That makes me more likely to upgrade to a paid account at times when we need it.
We love that its a really visual tool and this works for a 100% remote team running multiple complex projects. the ability to automate a lot of the processes also helps us and reduces our workload doing the silly little jobs that hold up getting into the real work!
Cons
The only thing I don't really like is the way the messages stack in the tasks and I haven't yet found a good way of having a space we can workshop in but we have other tolls for that which we can add links to so that's alright for now.

Monday.com: Web-based Project Management for Ultimate Teams Centralization Support
Very good experience in this leading Web-based project management interface. Would definitely recommend it for small to medium sized projects. It has a smoother learning curve than that of Oracle Primavera.
Pros
Definitely the Web-based interface provided by Monday.com is the most motivating feature that is instigating the increase in the customer-base of this project management suite. I use Monday.com in managing my students development projects. Great tutorials and online resources make the learning curve extremely smooth. Being Web-based doesn't compromise any of the advanced project/tasks management features provided by Monday.com. With more than 15 years in the Software development arena in industry and academia, I haven't witnessed a better customer service quality and response time. I highly recommend this project management suite for small to medium projects.
Cons
The integration with collaborative tools and other project management tasks is a bit intricate. I'm sure there are streamlined processes to achieve this but it wasn't easy for us to track it and find the needed resources to use it effectively.

Very flexible and customizable project management software
Monday makes our project/task management efforts a lot easier. It's given us a platform to keep our team's tasks in one place and be able to collaborate on cards in real-time. The interface is designed very well, and overall, I think it's probably far better than most other project management tools out there
Pros
I love how it has dashboards for so many different things. Without having to use other tools, you can manage your tasks, projects, ideas, and documents all without having to step outside Monday. I also think the data connectors are plenty and a good addition for when we need to push our actions to other tools
Cons
It's kinda hard to get to grips with it in the beginning. Everything's a bit all over the place until you put some time into it. I think it would've been better if there were more guides placed within the product

Making Repetitive and Manual Tasks More Efficient
We had a lot of manual (repetitive) tasks that we had to manually track/update. With Monday we were able to eliminate a lot of those and allow us to onboard more people with less staff.
Pros
I really like how we can build automated emails/actions based on a variety of things (either when a date arrives, something else gets done or somethin gets updated). It really helps to still get the emails out that we want to, when we want to, without having to wait until that day and copy and past templates into Outlook. It also gives us visuals on where things stand and what the team is working on
Cons
There ALOT of options and things to choose from with the integration/automation lists. Sometimes it is hard to find exactly what you want or have it do what you want without some research. But, once you get used to looking at it differently it makes it a little easier.

Monday Improved Our Business In Ways We Never Imagined
We initially selected Monday to plan and manage a large project that we were starting. As we became familiar with it, we found that is was a much better way to manage, track and plan nearly everything we do. The ability to allow guest access to specific boards, to automate notifications, and to collect information via web form has greatly improved our day to day processes and our capacity to responsively interact with customers. Using a combination of the web, mobile and windows 10 apps, we use monday throughout the day, in the office, while traveling, and during onsite projects.
Monday has also helped us eliminate siloing of information. Like many companies we used to have a combination of spreadsheets, text documents, emails and texts to store and communicate project information. With monday we have nearly everything in one place that we can access from anywhere. This has made us much more efficient and helped us do a better job of keeping up with the many small tasks and deadlines that go into a successful project.
After you use monday for a while, every problem and job begins to look like a monday board to be created.
Pros
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements. Through interactions, automations and integrations, monday can interact with many external products and can automate a lot of the routine steps and notifications in our workflow.
The best thing about monday is its flexibility. Once you start using it, you find many different approaches and tools to manage projects, workflows, customer interactions, data storage, tracking and analysis.
Monday is colorful and appealing to work with, making using it a pleasure.
Cons
Many of the items I would have listed as missing from the software have been added in the time we have been using it. For example, many users requested subitems and before long it was rolled out as a new feature and has evolved into a very useful aspect of monday.
For some of the more in depth features, there is a bit of a learning curve. But that is to be expected with software that can do so much. This is mitigated by the learning resources and very good support that the company provides.

Monday.com Is Like Having A Personal Assistant That Remembers Everything
At Modernized Mobile (MoMo), we rely on Monday.com to keep everything organized and on track. Each morning, our team checks the Monday dashboard to see which tasks need to be completed for clients such as [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. Monday allows us to easily delegate tasks and monitor progress, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Monday also helps us communicate with clients seamlessly, allowing us to provide updates and gather feedback in real time. Overall, Monday is a crucial component of MoMo's daily operations and project management process. It allows us to consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients. Thank you Monday for helping us stay on top of it all!
Pros
One of Monday.com's top features are its customizable workflows, which allow users to tailor their boards according to their specific needs and tasks. Another standout feature is its time tracking system, allowing team members to track the time they spend on each task and project. Monday.com also offers integration options with different programs such as Google Drive and Slack, making it easy for users to share and access important files and information. And last but not least, Monday.com offers mobile apps for both iOS and Android devices, so users can stay productive even when they're on the go. These top features make Monday.com a go-to tool for teams looking to increase their productivity and efficiency.
Cons
Monday.com is a popular project management tool that allows you to track tasks and team members' progress. While it offers a user-friendly interface and helpful features like calendar integration, there are a few drawbacks to consider before committing to Monday.com. First, the pricing structure can be confusing and expensive for larger teams. Furthermore, Monday.com lacks robust support for file storage and version control, meaning that important documents may become scattered and outdated as your team continues to add new updates. Additionally, the mobile app can be glitchy and lacks some important desktop features, making it difficult for remote team members to stay on top of their tasks. Overall, Monday.com can definitely streamline your project management process, but it's worth weighing the cons before taking the plunge.

One of the most robust project management platforms out there
Project management is so much better with Monday.com after we moved away from spreadsheets and emails in general. Everyone is kept up to date with the latest updates on tasks and projects, and there's a activity log, which makes it easy for everyone to know who made what changes, so there are no disputes.
Pros
Robustness of the platform in terms of project management. Our team also likes the pretty confetti animations whenever we mark a task as done. The latest Christmas-themed confetti was a very nice touch and we had a lot of fun updating Monday.com, which is the whole point of project management - keeping the team up to date with the status of tasks and projects.
Cons
There is not "mark all as read" in the notifications and inbox area, which can be annoying at times when you're back from long leave. Having that feature will significantly improve the UX and notification hygiene practices.

Simplified project management
Monday.com has made my life so much easier and more efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a work management platform that is easy to use, customizable, and powerful.
Pros
I've been using monday.com for over two years now, and I absolutely love it. It's the most user-friendly and customizable work management platform I've ever used.
One of the things I like most about monday.com is its flexibility. You can customize your boards and columns to meet your specific needs, no matter what industry you're in or what kind of work you do.
Another thing I love about monday.com is its automations feature. Automations allow you to automate repetitive tasks and workflows, which saves you a ton of time and energy.
For example, I have an automation set up so that whenever a new lead comes in, a task is automatically created in my CRM board. This way, I never forget to follow up with a lead.
I also have an automation set up so that whenever a task is completed in my project management board, an email is automatically sent to the client to update them on the progress of their project.
Cons
I'm generally very satisfied with monday.com; however, you may not receive perfect service every time. Additionaly, the pricing is a bit high.
