The best in business
With Google Analytics 360 I can do a lot of things for my business. For example, I can check key metrics in built-in reports, I can monitor real-time data, I can compare data ranges and apply filters, save any reports to my dashboard so I can easily come back to them.
Pros
I like that I never lose sight of my website and app performance.
Cons
I don’t like that doesn’t exist an filter that have as a default 24 hours data.

The thing I liked most about Google Analytics 360 is that there is a feature to see live statistics on the website. The website is very good. I use it daily, and it really helps me track my return on investment.
Cons
I think the thing I liked least about Google Analytics 360 was that it was not very beginner friendly. One has to spend time navigating the platform to get a hang of it. I recommend taking courses to help acclimate to the platform.

If you need any data about your website Google Analytics 360 is the app that can offer. That are not much to say about it, it just offers all available data about the website.
Pros
First of all, is easy to setup, connecting Analytics to my website was a piece of cake as I use WordPress with Google plugin. Reports are very complex and easy to get as Google made an easy to navigate. When connecting with Google Ads it can offer great insights about your campaigns.
Cons
For the reports I need and get I did not encounter anything I can say I like less.

Good experience overall, however, I spent a lot of time learning the tool and I'd say I'm pretty advanced. Some people might be overwhelmed by the number of options the tool offers and Google is not super helpful with the support.

I like the range of metrics and dimensions that Google Analytics covers. It is easy to implement on the website, however, you need development resources to do it. However, it's probably the best tool you can get to track web and app performance.
Cons
I'm not the biggest fan of the latest changes on the platform and how different is GA4 from UA. However, I appreciate that GA4 is more powerful than UA and also more accurate, so it's a change for good. However, the resources, courses and communication about changes could be better. Also, you can expect that the metrics are 100% accurate due to privacy restrictions.

There isn't much capability for segmentation and advanced analysis. Connecting to other non-Google products and extracting data from GA 360 are undoubtedly problematic. Sampling data is still another major problem.

It's extremely helpful and makes you look like a champion in front of others who have never heard of it. I have it integrated into my shopify accounts, my websites, and a few other random things I want to track data for. Its great.
