Essential app for business with proper sequrity
As a free communication tools, quality of Viber is very higher than other software.
Calling , chatting feature is very updated and easy to use. Besides we feel quality of communication during calls is loud and clear.
We can make a group and follow up activities easily in Viber.
Pros
For personal and professional use , Viber is a interesting tool, I can easily communicate with co worker and share files and do conversation with maximum privacy.
For considering friends who stays abroad ,normally I use Viber to contact them, it came free for me.
Quality of video and audio call most of the time is very good.
Cons
Right now I don't have any complain about it, most of the problem they continuously updating, last time we face bad network during calling, but last couple of month , I didn't experience it.

Customer service
Using the App was great. However, the fact that a recent update suddenly locked me out of my account and effectively required me to re-register has created major problems; I can no longer access my chats and contacts even though they are backed up on icloud. Not only is there no alternative way for me to access my account, (the sim card on which I registered the account is no longer active) customer service is very poor. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone and the staff answering the emails do not seem to listen to the specific problem and to actually provide assistance or a work-around. In short, the app works well as long as you don't get locked out or need support from customer service.

Cons
The App updated and locked me out of my account, effectively cutting me off from my chat history.

We were able to easily solve our communication problems with our clients and partners. Through viber we can easily send messages, files and images necessary for reporting.

What I like most about viber is that the resolution of images doesn't downgrade when sent and downloaded from the app. Not like most apps, the image or file's resolution gets downgraded. Also, what's new in viber is that it has caller ID for calls which are unregistered number in my phone.

It keeps notifying about news of certain banks or any affiliated online shops I have visited or has an account with.

It is very good I am enjoying using viber anytime. It is very easy surface for me or with the people i am in contact with we preferred viber for our chats and call.

I mostly use Viber for chatting and calls to my special ones and its been do much long that i am still using it.

Seen time can be updated more like when a contact number deleted their Viber or they just not cheking it for months or the app getting deleted from the phone thats what i mean, can the viber team update it along with that situation.

The best and easy to use Chat App
Pros
Groups are the very easy to create and effective to communicate with colleagues and customers in each project. Ability to transfer calls from mobile phone to PC or PC to mobile phone is a quite fantastic feature. Last but not least, My Notes is a very useful feature to transfer some of your data such as pictures, documents and videos from my mobile phone to PC (vice versa).
Cons
Although all of the features are free and useful, some Ads are annoying. And media and files that we sent can only be accessed within some sort of time period.
