The interface is not very intuitive for freelancers and managers are often spending large amounts of time walking freelancers through every step of the process, even if freelancers have been through the process in the past. For example, on freelancers' dashboards they can see all assignments where the onboarding workflow has been completed, but it's not obvious where their 'in progress' assignments are. On the manager side of things, I have to click through several different screens to get to the 'full details' of an assignment, which is one of the things I look at most frequently.
