Easy to Use and Reliable Customer Service
Pros
I'm really impressed with the inventory syncing, a sit pulls data in real time from both our eCommerce and POS channels to make sure we never have an issue with overselling stock. The customer service has always been reliable, fast, and effective, and they communicate really well.
Cons
I wish there was an easier way/more options to bulk edit items, but it's only a small part of what I need to do, so it's overall not a big issue.

Great Product for any small Business
SKU IQ is a great instrument for any small business needing to get their products online. Plus their customer service team is great too! Our inventory to our store is connected to our Shopify account and is working great with little or no issues.
Pros
I love the Support and how well it works. I used other software that always had problems with syncing my products to shopify.
Cons
Nothing I can say at this time. The service and software is working great with no problems for the last 2 years that we have been using SKU IQ

Why your small business needs this
My overall experience has been great. I appreciate the service they provided the call they made with me the ease of use for the website as well as the mobile use. I’m very pleased with this service.
Pros
What I like most about SKU IQ is that they have the functions that I need inventory management inventory control, and inventory. Tracking allows me to create the IDs for my product and then also communicate between my website and my POS. It also tracks my inventory to let me know if I need to get more inventory or if I’m low on inventory I just love the features it has to allow me to run my business, smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
Cons
I think the only thing I at least liked about it Was having to wait for my SKUs to upload and download isn’t to reach 100% in the system but we live in this world of instant gratification, so it’s just something I need to work on personally

Everything done in 15 minutes and super fast help.
Cons
Sku Iq has to be contacted to disassociate the account from sku iq. Company support hours are 2 hours behind.

It was easy to synch with our Shopify product feed for the initial setup and thereafter. The dashboard is easy to use and gives micro and macro views of our data.
Cons
Transitioning from the trial to the paid version took longer than anticipated.

Great support!
Overall, it's been easy to learn and I feel support in it!
Pros
The customer service was amazing - it was so wonderful to speak to someone, to walk through my obstacles, and have tips given without asking for them.
Cons
This is less about SKU IQ and more that TikTok Shops doesn't integrate directly with Shopify meaning I need to use a third party at all.

Easy to use, friendly tech support
I was disappointed to learn I needed a third party app to sync Tiktok with Shopify, however it doesn't feel like I'm using a third party app. The integration was flawless.
Pros
The easy of use is the most important to me. The integration with Shopify and Tiktok was seamless. SKU IQ provided an easy to follow instructional video. I recommend you watch the video before proceeding with integration. I also like the user interface.
Cons
So far this app is really good. It's easy to navigate their website.

Must Have Add-On For Our Business
Very positive. Overall, it makes life so much more simple. We are thankful to have it!
Pros
We couldn't run our business without SkuIQ. It constantly syncs products we enter to both our POS system and our website. It's easy to add new products, images, and descriptions and have them seamlessly added where we need it. It makes inventory management easier. When we sell an item online, it removes it from our inventory, and when we sell a product in store and removes it from the website.
Cons
We have times where our products don't sync properly, and throws off our inventory.

Sku IQ Is the Inventory Software You Want
Excellent overall experience that does what it needs to do!
Pros
If you run a small business that has an eCommerce shop that is on a different platform than your in-store POS, you need SKU IQ. It's software helps sync inventories between both platforms (for us, BigCommerce & Square), and allows us to maintain accurate inventories on both platforms, avoiding most accidental overselling of items that aren't actually in stock.
Cons
As with any software, there have been issues every once and a while, however SKU IQ's support has always been top notch and worked diligently to fix any issues we've ever had.

So far so good!
Pretty good. I am having issues with the items once they push to Tik Tok Shop but that is not on your end so once that is taken care of, I will use it more.
Pros
I could contact one quickly when I had questions s out setting up and any errors.
Cons
I wish the product category would automatically go through and I would t have to go through every item categorizing it “Necklace”, “Bracelet” etc. when the category in shopify is already there.

Great product for my retail business
We've had a couple of issues with integration, and customer support was immediate and effective.
Pros
I appreciate the ease in which I could set up the software to work with Square. Compared with other products, it really is end-user friendly.
Cons
I wish it was more consistent with what it brings over from Square. Sometimes pictures are there, other times, they're not.

First time user and very basic
I like knowing that the SKU IQ system works so well with the Clover system and the customer knows what our product inventory is at all times. If there is a mistake it is usually my manual mistake, not the systems.
Pros
My website was put together by someone else who taught me how to upload and take care of my own site. So, being a novice at this I found that it was straight forward and easy to use and works well with my Clover POS system.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about this software with the way that I use it.

Great experience. Their support is really helpful and fast. Love the product.
Pros
Their software is very easy to use and implement. Furthermore it gives me data on top products and brands which can be easily compared with POS and Ecommerce. This helps me in building online strategies.
Cons
In the beginning there was a problem which took a while to be figured out. Caused some malfunctioning of the software and a lot of false inventories.

Great customer service, though the programing of the system could use a few more features.
Pros
Its the easiest way to get your POS system talking with your eCommerce site!
Cons
Lack of filters and batch actions, making you have to manually go through and filter products, select each one and connect/delete.

Great product, better service.
We are launching ecommerce for the first time and this solution has allowed us to do so with limited hiccups.
Pros
This is a great solution for us as a small business. We do not have the bandwidth to support a custom solution, so this out-of-the-box software was perfect for linking our inventory systems.
Cons
The initial set-up process was a little lackluster, but their support team has been very helpful along the way.

FINALLY an app for individual products!
Very helpful costumer service. I was extremely pleased they were compatible Shopify. the costumer service has been helpful and pretty fast.
Pros
The nature of our inventory is every item is unique. there is no restock of inventory items, just new items being added daily all individual and this app is able to sync, organize, and stay up to date on new active items. It work well with Shopify.
Cons
Set up is not totally straightforward and does require a phone call with the team for walkthrough setup.

Works alright, but a lot of 'jank'
Pros
Customer service has always been quick to respond. Software has been working fairly well since launch a couple months ago.
Cons
Very unintuitive to use. Would probably work very well for simple applications, but any sort of complexity and things get very confusing and difficult to use. If customer service gets elevated to a technical team, has taken a week or more to hear back. Have run into bugs in the software that have resulted in bad inventory counts that has caused items to sell twice
