Not an ideal option
Overall it was an expensive option in terms of rates and it was not ideal because each terminal showed sales reports without the ability to put a security lock on that function.
Pros
Very quick and easy to set up. Anybody can do this to start taking payments in a non complicated way.
Cons
When handling large volumes sometimes we found our account limit had been hit for the day which we weren’t made aware of. All terminals showed key sales information without ability to hide that data.

PayPal Zettle Advantages
As I’m an admin, I’m very stressed in managing many stuff such like meetings, organizing tournaments, visas issuing, reports, staff follow-up and so on, and this app made things easier to me at the time I was checking and reviewing the lot of bills, payments and receipts, which reduced stress on me and saved my time.

PayPal Zettle is great for on the go
I was worried at first when PayPal transitioned to Zettle but the process has been smooth overall. It works great and I love the customization. Haven't had a problem with it yet.
Pros
I love the reader and all the simple reports it entails. It's perfect for on the go sales. It's super small and easy to use.
Cons
Biggest con is that it has to be charged. The older readers did not so this takes some getting used to.

Don't Settle, Get PayPal Zettle!
Overall, PayPal Zettle has improved our payment processing and we highly recommend it to other small businesses who are looking for a POS solution.
Pros
Zettle is a replacement and an improvement to the old PayPal Here. Zettle allows me to accept more types of payments, has same day availability of funds in our business PayPal account and has been a game changer for my business, especially processing payments at pop-up markets.In addition to the many payments accepted (Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, ApplePay, GooglePay, VenMo, etc), Zettle makes accounting simple by automatically creating daily sales reports of each employee and providing the ability to keep track of inventory. Paypal has done a great job creating Zettle POS and app.
Cons
There's not much to dislike about Zettle, but I will say, our biggest challenge was getting acclimated to a new system after using PayPal Here for years. That said, the learning curve was not that difficult.

Easier payments for all
I plan to keep using it for my sales and will recommend it to others who are doing similar sales

Capability to print receipts. Most do not care for receipts anymore but there are handful who do (older generation). Minimal processing fee

Perfect for non tipping businesses
It was okay. Had a little issue purchasing at discount for the first device but eventually resolved.

Worst Purchase Ever
I bought the Zettle Terminal at the beginning of July, only to have it show up broken. No big deal, I certainly understand that things go wrong and accidents happen; however, ever since then, trying to deal with customer service to get a refund has been nothing less than laughable. I first spoke to a woman who said she'd get me some shipping labels printed and sent within a few hours so I could send it back. A couple of days later when I inquired as to why I hadn't gotten them, they suddenly showed up and I was told that they can take up to 48 hours to print. Okay, fine. So after sending the box back in sometime near the latter part of July, it's now almost the middle of September and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've sent several emails (to which I've gotten the auto-responder saying they've been received and assuring me I'll have a response within a couple of days) to which no one has yet responded, and I've managed to get through to someone on the phone one time who ASSURED me that he would get to the bottom of it and have me a response emailed out within a few hours, and, surprise, I never heard back. Today I called the same Zettle number I've called every time so far and spoke to a woman for about ten minutes before we figured out that she doesn't even work for Zettle but in fact for Paypal, which is technically different. She helped by giving me the Zettle number which was in fact the number that I had just called, lol.

I never got a chance to use it to see if there was anything likable about it.
Cons
Customer service is a joke. I've been trying to get a refund for the broken equipment they sent me for two months now and haven't managed yet. And it's not because there's some kind of dispute, they just stopped answering my emails and when I do manage to get someone on the phone they don't do what they say they're going to. I'm looking at you, [sensitive content hidden]

Great payment platform!

Zettle shines amongst a huge range of POS systems on offer
Zettle offers everything we need from a POS, we are a small business offering events and as such it works just fine for us.

Zettle offers a cost effective solution for small businesses seeking a basic or more comprehensive POS system. It can be used easily from a mobile device meaning it is ideal for businesses seeking POS at multiple venues.
Cons
Having been a PayPal user for a number of years we first started with PayPal here which we found to be just fine. We were forced into switching to Zettle as PayPal no longer supports their own Here system . Whilst Zettle is better it would have been nice to have been given the Zettle readers and not have to buy them as we were happy with the previous here POS.

Reliable POS system
Pros
I am the bookkeeper for a company that recently switched to Zettle so I do not use the app directly but the POS system integrates pretty well with their e-commerce site and payments are transferred timely. It is less expensive than other POS systems.
Cons
My customer complained of a confusing set up and that though they don't often use the hardware, it does take a while to boot up and occasionally loses it connection, making it less reliable than the online options.
