Versatile and reliable merchandising software with excellent support
Quant has proven to be a robust solution for managing both stores and planograms. Although it may initially seem somewhat complex to learn and not particularly user-friendly, the introductory video training was very helpful in getting acquainted with its features. Once past the initial learning curve, the software shows itself to be extremely versatile and capable of meeting a wide range of needs.
A notable strength is the customer support, which is constant and immediate: whenever I needed assistance, they were quick to respond effectively. Additionally, I greatly appreciated their openness and speed in developing software improvements based on my requests, showing particular attention to user needs.
In summary, despite some initial difficulties, this merchandising software has proven to be a reliable and valid choice for those seeking a comprehensive and customizable solution.
Pros

Fast to implement solution with many features to still discover
We can quickly professionalize the way we set up our planograms and distribute these to our customers and sales
Pros
During setup we were able to create a planogram with our own products and displays within the first hour of getting to know Quant. This thanks to the very personalised customer service. So we could cover the basics very quickly and are looking into gradually setting up more and more features of quant in the coming months.
Cons
Because Quant is so customizable there are a lot of buttons and menu's that can sometimes be a bit overwhelming and confusing.
