Great customer service and good value for money

Good value for money. Quick and nice customer service. They respond within the same day and are very solution minded.

Pros

It is relatively easy to get started setting up assets etc. in the system. As with most (all?) platforms it takes a while before your are 100% comfortable how to handle the different situations in the system. We use the QR scanner app which works flawlessly.

Cons

It is OK intuitive to use - but not perfect. The UI is not a big issue - but it can be improved.

Pros

The software is intuitive and keeps everything organized. It's easy to use and saves us time.

Cons

The reporting features could use some improvement, and it would be helpful to have more customization options.

Inventory Management made easy

We have replaced our old spreadsheet with EZOfficeInventory and the result has been satisfactory

Pros

It has a great UI and it is really easy and fast to use. It has the features you need for tracking and renting material

Cons

It does not have advanced features such as better integrations with other systems. Filters could be improved as well

Great Asset Tracker

It's easy to navigate and fill-up; no difficulties encountered along the way.

Pros

They are up to date in tracking borrowed assets and well-organized as well

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any issue with EZOfficeInventory yet. So, none.

Great for organizing

Pros

Made it so easy to know what materials were available. I could even reserve in advance to make sure I have what I need for work!

Best Product

I think they are phenomenal with the inventory and all of the equipment are really well provided

Very user friendly tool had good experience using EZOffice inventory

Over all I had very good experience using EZOffice inventory where I can allocate assets to new users as well as able track the inventory in warehouse so that’s based on info I can take necessary actions and at the time of I audit I can show the report very smooth

Pros

I can have live inventory data so that I can manage accordingly and I can have live updates

Cons

It has less admin control rights due to that there is a data disturbancy

EZO Review

Pros

easy to use to keep track of everything. Can set up multiple users so people can manage their own product without constantly contacting the warehouse

Cons

Sometimes you just can't get everything filtered down in a search and have to edit a spreadsheet

Asset Management Tool

Overall experience is quite good because the way of managing and tracking the assets is quite easy and convinient

I like the feature of asset management and tracking inventories with quite friendly user interface

Cons

The import process is a bit slow and you have to request one task at a time due to absence of the cart feature

Excellent work tool

Asset Management

Just works well. Definitely recommend.

Pros

Very easy to use. Can generate QR codes to stick on equipment. One scan shows you the unit and all of its repairs or services.

Cons

There was nothing that I did not like about it.

Learning how to use the Ezo system

Learning curve on how to complete task requires increased time to search for items.

Pros

Streamlines all inventory allowing for improved awareness of items.

Cons

To find an item you have to have specific detail in the search bar. Confusing on ordering from an outside source.

EZO for Inventory Management

Pros

I like that I have the ability to create a bar code sticker in the moment. This feature allows me to streamline the checkout process and helps me to quickly find asset availability.

Cons

My least favorite thing about EZO is the limited navigation. For instnace, I dont like that I cant return to the page I was on when I delete an asset. There are a few other navigation delays like this that cost me several seconds. It doesnt sound like much but those seconds add up.

Solid System for Capital Asset Tracking

Pros

EZO provides great customer service that will walk you through any issue that you have.

Cons

Some parts of the software are difficult to use and some features are hard to find on the website. App also gets glitchy.

Great for Property Management

Usable warehouse tracking software, with some quirks

Overall the software fits the need, with a few usability tweaks, it could go from good to perfect.

Pros

The UI is quite clear and easy to use with very short learning curve. Overall good software and seems actively developed. Most of our use is checking commonly used tools in and out of warehouse, and to monitor their locations. Fits our purpose.

Cons

Bugs are present, check in and check out functions are sometimes confusing. Checking items in is not straightforward enough.

Easy to use

Pros
