Great customer service and good value for money
Good value for money. Quick and nice customer service. They respond within the same day and are very solution minded.
Pros
It is relatively easy to get started setting up assets etc. in the system. As with most (all?) platforms it takes a while before your are 100% comfortable how to handle the different situations in the system. We use the QR scanner app which works flawlessly.
Cons
It is OK intuitive to use - but not perfect. The UI is not a big issue - but it can be improved.

Inventory Management made easy
We have replaced our old spreadsheet with EZOfficeInventory and the result has been satisfactory
Pros
It has a great UI and it is really easy and fast to use. It has the features you need for tracking and renting material
Cons
It does not have advanced features such as better integrations with other systems. Filters could be improved as well

Very user friendly tool had good experience using EZOffice inventory
Over all I had very good experience using EZOffice inventory where I can allocate assets to new users as well as able track the inventory in warehouse so that’s based on info I can take necessary actions and at the time of I audit I can show the report very smooth

I can have live inventory data so that I can manage accordingly and I can have live updates

It has less admin control rights due to that there is a data disturbancy

Just works well. Definitely recommend.
Pros
Very easy to use. Can generate QR codes to stick on equipment. One scan shows you the unit and all of its repairs or services.

EZO for Inventory Management
Pros
I like that I have the ability to create a bar code sticker in the moment. This feature allows me to streamline the checkout process and helps me to quickly find asset availability.
Cons
My least favorite thing about EZO is the limited navigation. For instnace, I dont like that I cant return to the page I was on when I delete an asset. There are a few other navigation delays like this that cost me several seconds. It doesnt sound like much but those seconds add up.

Some parts of the software are difficult to use and some features are hard to find on the website. App also gets glitchy.

Usable warehouse tracking software, with some quirks
Overall the software fits the need, with a few usability tweaks, it could go from good to perfect.
Pros
The UI is quite clear and easy to use with very short learning curve. Overall good software and seems actively developed. Most of our use is checking commonly used tools in and out of warehouse, and to monitor their locations. Fits our purpose.
Cons
Bugs are present, check in and check out functions are sometimes confusing. Checking items in is not straightforward enough.
