Orchestra saved my soul
Simple and easy, fantastic support and has made my life with multiple entities and groups of investors so much better from myself and their perspective.

Orchestra - great tool for the job.
Outstanding. As per above, we would have struggled to do the complex international share transactions without Orchestra. I have a special commendation to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the success team. They have been superb. Nothing is too much hassle for them.
This is one of my favourite business tools.
Pros
We adopted Orchestra at the time of raising our first round. Orchestra enabled an easy way of managing the Cap table and investor interest as we completed the A round and te ESOP. I cannot imagine doing these complex processes without Orchestra. Brilliant. It is clear, simple to use and well integrated. It has saved us hours.
Cons
The functionality overlaps with other Governance tools (we use Boardpro as well). So things like document storage/sharing can be done in either system. It would be great if these systems integrated more and duplicated less.

Orchestra Review
Good, we just don't make good use of it
Pros
All information is stored in one place with easy access and control options for different user levels
Cons
We don't use it as much as we should as it might be better for larger businesses that have specific staff to manage this sort of thing, nothing to do with Orchestra but we probably need to set calendar reminders to do specific things to keep it updated more often or to submit reports into it for shareholders.
Maybe some sort of reminder scheduling would be a good idea?

Greatly Improving Platform
Easy to use. Responsive team and impressive progress re functionality to date.
Pros
Orchestra is generally intuitive to use. Even with a few issues early on we found the support team very responsive, issues were addressed quickly and permanent fixes were subsequently rolled out. The pace of development and addition of features that greatly enhance its usefulness has been impressive. We now distribute all investor reporting via Orchestra and maintain the cap table which I previously maintained on a spreadsheet.

File uploading had some issues but has now been resolved

Easy to Use
Great, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and her team are just brilliant.
Pros
Easy to use (on the admin and employee side) portal. Very atheistic too, integration with the companies office and the ability to customise view, documents and features is fantastic too.
Cons
Reporting into excel/csv is a little rudimentary still - it would be awesome to have the ability to run more customised reports.
Additionally a solution to share option forfeitures would be super helpful too!

Great Service for NZ Entity Management
Great company willing to go the extra distance to support their clients.
Pros
Orchestra gives you the tools to manage shareholding and options, while also facilitating annual compliance and document storage. There are plenty of features we didn't leverage, but overall the service and especially the support staff are top-notch.
Cons
As part of the initial group rolling out the options features, setup was manual through support staff. I'm sure they'll probably automate this in the future though.

An easy, intuitive product that is going places
Love it.
Pros
I love the intuitiveness of the product, the ability to store company artifacts within the application and the reporting.
Cons
It is a little immature in a couple of areas, but even in the short time we have been onboard, the features and functionality have increased significantly. I really appreciate that the Orchestra team take on feedback and rollout new and improved features regularly.

Orchestra has made my life so much easier!
It's a fantastic product and the team were amazing to deal with when it came to onboarding and any ongoing questions.
Pros
I love the way I can more easily manage things like new investors and share transfers in Orchestra and it automatically syncs to the Companies Office. ESOP management is a huge positive change for the way we communicate entitlements with our staff and they have online access to the latest status.
Cons
I believe share price scenario planning is coming to ESOP management which will be highly motivational for staff.

Bring company compliance and secretarial together in one place
Pros
Easy to use, and information well displayed. Good to have information and tools for a number of companies to manage in one place .
Cons
Nothing to dislike really. Not a frequent need to access, but of value when I do.

Simplifies our cap table and esop process
Pros
The ability to manage the cap table and esop in a simple and streamlined way is amazing. Saves so much manual work and trying to keep track of what is the most up to date source.
Cons
It takes a little bit of time to get to grips with the features and capabilities - there's definitely still more features to explore.
