Excellent for hospice and palliative care
Pros
E-prescribing is the only feature that I use and it is excellent. It makes EPCS easy and allows my staff to assist me with preparing the prescriptions for my review and authorization.
Cons
The web interface could be better as well as the process to add and administer users.

Krogstad Review
I rank this software very high overall compared to other billing and EHR software systems and the support as well as the chat process is very highly rated
Pros
The ease of use and the ability to work within the system without having to move from a lot of different screens. Your support staff is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable, I really appreciate that
Cons
1. I think the billing processes are overall good but there is a lag time in processing as the day goes on.
2. posting payments has been slower lately.
3. need to indicate in the EHR what office you are in on the header.
4. please add the date of birth next to the patient on all screens.
5. Customized preferences do not always save as defaults, you have to keep selecting them. An example is the insurance payments screen. The payment amounts are way to the left and I have a customized view and select default but it never saves. When I go back into the screen it has reset.
6. Custom preferences are sometimes overwritten or do not save
7. In billing, if I save a claim from a different location other claims after it also default to that location.
8. Custom reports are difficult to create and are not as easy to create as they should be. Also, the options needed for custom reporting are not always available

Buyer Beware
It was absolutely awful. From the start it was clunky, pt feedback on the experience signing up was terrible. Customer Support was non-existent. I have met with them multiple times and they have been unable to fix any of the issues (consent forms not working, Telehealth not working). I created multiple tickets. Their response was "we said we are looking into it". They promised me a functional program they DID NOT deliver. Worst of all they are still making me pay monthly! The contract says they will provide a functional program and they can't do that!!! I went the KAREO. A bit more expensive but worth it. I am sure they will respond to this (although they seem pretty clueless). They DID not deliver any promises in the contract PLAIN and SIMPLE.
Pros
They make it seem like its low cost but they then add on fee after fee. I actually liked nothing. Even the interface is sloppy
Cons
Telehealth is external to RXNT, Customer support is terrible. They seem to know nothing about their own program. Had to figure out all on my own.

Great prescribing solution for worldwide use.
Overall experience is positive. I would recommend this platform to a colleauge
Pros
It is easy to use this platform from countries such as China.
Cons
The patient demographics input is a bit clunky and sometimes erases information. The e-consent can be tricky, if you press the wrong button it deletes the patient.

A guarantee
I think that RXNT has everything you could need. The staff is always on board to help if you have any problems.
Pros
We love how it is easy to use. You can also customize what you would like to see on your screen so you are not overwhelmed. They are always updating with the times. They use a lot of colors but for someone who is color blind, they still make sure everything is in writing, unlike some other users. We love that you can use it anywhere and also offer a phone version so you can be out of the office and still get what you need sone.
Cons
I do wish that the 3 tabs talked to each other better regarding notes
I wish in the insurance option we could add if they have a deductible, co-insurance, and or copay and not just in the EHR option.

RXNT work or not?
Pros
rxnt was a very good website for making appointments and creating new patients, however it had many errors when it came to sending the forms to new patients, and it was very difficult to continue giving papers to everyone
Cons
I don't like that it is not easy to use, the first days with this application it is very difficult to adapt, it is very confusing.

Wonderful Experience with RXNT
My experience has been great. I enjoy the fact that there is always someone available in the rare event that I require assistance with anything.
Pros
Medication entry and tracking is very simple. Re-ordering medication is made simple. I appreciate the fact that other pharmacies are easily accessible as an option for narcotics.
Cons
I really like everything about RXNT. I do not have any complaints, concerns, or questions at this time. I believe it is an awesome program.

Love the product
I use it for my small business, and it works well. I do not use any of the software that deals with billing. I am a concierge provider, so it is cash only. So I can't expound on that facet. However, for charting and prescribing it is the most approachable I have encountered.
Pros
It allows me to chart easily on a patient, then run through and prescribe what I need too. I like this software because it allows me to set up my templates easier than other EHR's I have used in the past. Ease of use.
Cons
Nothing, compared to the 5 other software EHR's I have used this is easiest. I am trying to think if there is anything I would improve, but can't at the moment. I complained for years about the other software options I was forced to use.

wonder why there were no current users!
The best way to describe is the sales team doesnt talk to implementation team and so sales happily tells you everything you want to hear but the implementation team calls you to say "I'm sorry I have to call sales to let them know they were wrong". non stop hurdles in training and ultimately not able to use the product. a waste of time being trained in modules when your templates/patient info/ super bills/fee were not put in because they are short staffed.
Pros
seems to be up to date with some EHR eatures
Cons
issues with onboarding and length of time. you would be trained on how to open patient files but ur files were still not updated...trainings were very robotic and if your info wasn't in system they recorded the training so you could go back and train yourself. the purpose was basically to just "check" the box that you were trained whether or not you got anything out of it. reps not always available I go the impression the company is very understaffed. some bait and switches when you sign up so be careful. This is not what I thought and I will look for another company.

LOST PRESCRIPTIONS & DELAYED SUPPORT
Hate it. Maybe if someone could fix one of our issues or actually call us it would be a different story.
Pros
I like that the program is cloud based and can log in from anywhere.
Cons
Misled into thinking RxNT would transfer our existing patient information and health history. After we signed on, we were told it would be an additional $3k. Our compounded scripts aren't being received by other pharmacies. Live chat stopped working for us after the first few weeks. We kept receiving "too busy try again later" notices. Our prescription issue still isn't resolved and have been waiting for [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to respond/solve via email for over a month. We are basically overpaying for e-script service because we cant successfully use the other functions.

Makes charting easier
Rxnt so far has been a great experience for our office.
Pros
Our providers say that it is the easiest they have found when it comes to charting progress notes. They love the option of having check boxes.
Cons
More steps for the office girls then what they had with practice fushion, was the only con we had.

RXNT is an amazing EHR/EMR and e-script software!
Overall, RXNT has been great and I don’t plan on switching to any other software.
Pros
The features that are most impactful are the east to use patient templates and the easy prescribing with a hard or soft token
Cons
I don’t feel RXNT is missing any features that I needed.

AVOID this EMR
Overall experiences zero out of 10 please do not make the mistake by signing up with this organization
Pros
There is actually nothing that our practice went through with RXNT that was a positive
Cons
Patient migration, encounter formation, sending prescriptions, customer service
Response from RXNT
Hi Tim, we're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with RXNT. We do everything we can to meet the unique needs of every client, and we have procedures in place surrounding setup, migration, points of contact, etc. Setup and migration are a collaborative process, and they require an active role to ensure our customizable software will meet the required needs of your business. Unclear or ineffective designation of responsibility by the client for system setup and transition from another software will result in setup delays. We can assure you that our training and support staff work very hard to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and effectively, and we are 100% committed to your success. While we understand that this situation may be frustrating, we prefer that feedback be communicated directly and professionally. Multiple members of our team have already been in contact, but please reach out to [email protected] if there's anything else we can help with!

Cheap, but functional
Pros
Customization of the template. The copy of the desired template was submitted and it was implemented by RXNT team
Cons
Frequent outages, can not insert physical exam once the template is chosen, can not make “cpt cluster”. Can not loft template. The EMG TURNS OFF EVERY DAY AT 12.21 am and it has to be restarted. It does not save info instantaneously and on multiple occasions you need to retype what was typed before because it did not save info
Response from RXNT
Hey Gene, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with outages, templates, and autosaving. I'm sure that's been frustrating, but we're here to help! Please reach out to [email protected] with more details on your current issues or if there's anything else we can help you with.

Nothing that can't be fixed
Any issues I have had was easily fixed by contacting RXNT, and they always followed up to ensure the problem was fixed before they closed a ticket. They are prompt and courteous on handling any issues that may arise.
Pros
The software is very easy to use and there are minimal glitches in the system. There are many helpful topics that can aid you on your way through the system. I love the way you can actually chat with someone online rather than have to call and wait for hours before someone finally picks up the phone.
Cons
The only real issue I seem to notice is the way it will duplicate a patients information making the patient have two profiles. If the patient has a profile in the system and this rarely happens, and you try to update their information, it will sometimes duplicate the patient making them have the old information in the system and the new information. Also, it seems as if the patients phone numbers get altered some sort of way without us touching them. Again, this rarely happens.

Dan Rash's RxNT experience
Pros
I absolutely love this app, and it has been an integral part in improving our patient care and management/delivery of medications. My favorite part is the integration with our physician team, where the nurse can enter an order for a controlled substance and the doctor can sign electronically in real-time. This is especially helpful for patients with urgent needs who need local pharmacy fills.
Cons
I don't like how the new setup passwords are only good for a short period of time. This makes the onboarding process a bit difficult.

E-Rx : Easy to install, easy to use
Our experience has been excellent. Easy to install, easy to use, very good customer service. My Project Coordinator [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been very very responsive and a huge help with big and little issues. She always responds to me.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] is the best!
Pros
Easy to install, easy to use. I am an admin who takes the messages off our Prescription Refill recorded line and enters them to the four doctors' pending Rx lists. I use RxNT E-Rx every day and almost all day! There have been a few small glitches, but RxNT has worked quickly to resolve them.
Cons
As the person who enters prescriptions for multiple MDs, I have run into one issue. I you happen to forget to change the 'writing as' doctor before entering scripts for a particular patient, you cannot change the name and keep the info you have already entered. It's not a big deal for one script, but if you have entered multiple scripts or dose changes or new medications, and then realize you have done so under the wrong doctor, you lose all that info when you change the 'writing as' doctor.
I have sent my idea to the RxNT development team and hope they are able to change this.

Only use for cloud storage
Poor. Implementation was clunky, the templates still are not correct, and customer service has been apathetic at best and generally unresponsive to customer needs. Would not recommend. Looking in to switching, which will be onerous to switch over all chart records - but this is clearly not designed for ease of use and client support.
Pros
Should - in theory - be easy to use, however, there are many flow problems and steps that make it not entirely user-friendly. It's a glorified Cloud storage solution.
Cons
Do not expect your needs to be met efficiently or any problems addressed quickly. Customer support has - by far - been an arduous experience using this product. The faxing system is frequently broken or down, thus crippling practice flow. No care on the part of the support team, still has not been resolved in over a month, leading my practice to find another solution for faxing chart records - as we can no longer fax directly from the patient chart. Support does not reply and does not send updates as to when we might expect a resolution, thus leaving the problem in limbo.

Billing Module
Pro: customer support is very responsive. Con: several times emails have been sent with screenshots of the issues and the tech's response is basic user instructions that do not actually resolve the problem and feels condescending. Would rather it take a little longer, do a screen share with the the tech, or whatever it takes to make sure the actual problem is understood by the representative so that they can give a proper resolution the first time.
The billing portion of the software is easy to use once it is set up. However, RxNT partners with Change Healthcare which can be difficult to communicate with of you are not tech saavy.
Pros
The ease of billing once the product is set up is nice.
Cons
The reporting feature is less user friendly than other software I have used.

Ripoff Artists
Reasonably good program while I used it. Worthless when I needed help.
Pros
Software works well - a few glitches, but no major troubles.
Cons
I used the software for over a year and found it useful. I then had a practice change and no longer needed to use it, but forgot that it was an "auto renew" payment system. When I was informed it had renewed I contacted the company immediately and was told I was out of luck - that they don't issue refunds. I had to pay them over $700 for a program I no longer used and had no intention to use. Customer service was of no help. Unethical, unreasonable.

RxNT
Overall, satisfied.
Pros
Easy to use, available for mobile use--helps with after hour requests.
Cons
I cannot get the technical department to contact me. The font in the software is too large and I am unable to see a full prescription in the panels for Pending and Pending Requests from the Pharmacy. They are now telling me I need to contact an IT person because changing the font under settings in my computer does not affect the font in RxNT!!!
Need more reasons for voiding a prescription--the ones given sound like the patient is at fault which is often not the case.
Way too easy to have two profiles for one patient (when a pharmacy sends in a request vs. when we enter the patient) over a minute discrepancy--i.e., one has listed the home phone and the other has listed the cell phone, but address, name, and birthdate are all the same. Trying to figure out the discrepancy and getting the two files merged is sometimes impossible!
