A+ for Lead Docket
Overall, my experience with lead docket has been extremely seamless and I would highly recommend it.
Pros
I really enjoy how we are able to keep everything in the system. From texts, emails and even documents we send out to our clients.
Cons
The only thing I would change about Lead Docket is the fact that there isn't an auto-update feature.

Intake Coordinator.
I have had a good experience working with Lead Docket. It has improved my production and automated some of my tasks.
Pros
It can be customized for our specific needs. It also works well with File-vine and Vine-Sign.
Cons
Not much to talk about here. We do need to automate other contact tasks.

This site is a great integration to collect and connect us with our clients and get them into our system.
Pros
Al l of your communication is in one place.
Cons
There is not a sales tracking feature to use to track sales from different sales members.

I love Lead Docket - I think it's a program with lots of potential and lots of excellent out of the box features that can help law firms leverage their existing marketing tracking capabilities.
Pros
Easy user experience, useful automations, and the ability to connect with different CRMs.
Cons
Inability to change core "built in" sections (Marketing Details) or have custom fields be contingent upon those responses; loss of the Usage Column in Custom Fields, limited custom reporting capabilities.

Personal Injury Law Firm Intake Review
Lead Docket has been a game changer for our Personal Injury Intake Team. It is extremely user-friendly compared to some of the competitors. We wanted a software that we could train employees on quickly and efficiently.
Pros
Our team loves the task and message automation. It streamlines our workflow to ensure no leads are overlooked.
Lead Docket has also increased our marketing tracking. Being able to set up source rules based on click IDs and UTM parameters ensures that we know where our leads are coming from.
Cons
If I could fix one thing about Lead Docket it would in-depth rules on custom fields. Having a field trigger based on more than one conditional logic would change the game.

It has been excellent. Only been using for 4 months but it has made my job so much easier

As my coworkers and I work from home, it is very easy to keep updated with each other on potential leads and the status of potential new clients.
Cons
One thing I have an issue with is sometimes when doing intakes, if you do not save the information before moving to another tab, it will delete everything so you have to be very careful about this.

Lead Docket Amazing Program for Intake
Excellent. Still getting use to using it, but easy to understand, use, and modify to firm's needs. Despite some lag time, the program is immensely beneficial to the intake department at CLAW.

Very simple and does not require lots of training
Cons
Still getting use to using it, but some confusion when leads received but via email and opportunities. There is a some lag time. I usually get my email fist then see it in opportunities.

I love the features that lead docket offers. I love that you can assign the lead to different departments and that it reminds you to follow up which is so important.

Only cons is that it does not auto sync when you use it with other case management softwares.
