Very happy with Mission Control!
Overall, Mission Control is a very effective tool that supports our delivery team with execution and our leadership team with insights.
Pros
I love the Gantt chart and the overview tab, in particular. Also, it is the Salesforce platform, which is our one source of truth for the business.
Cons
Some functionality is a little clunky or requires quite a few clicks, so maybe some minor improvements in UI and UX.

The product is simple to use and comes with a comprehensive user handbook.
It was difficult for us to tell which of our projects were profitable, since we take our games extremely seriously at iQlance Solutions, so we wanted to keep an eye on how much time our team members spent on certain activities and arrange chores that were a big pain in the neck using email and chat. All of this was made possible thanks to the assistance of Mission Control.
Pros
The answer was largely selected with my input. I appreciated [SENSITIVE CONTENT] assistance in helping us understand how Mission Control may help us work more efficiently and connect to Salesforce data.
Ability to manage project deliverables, timeframe and staff allocations. Moreover We also appreciate the ability to set our own budgets as well as the option to sign long-term contracts.
Cons
It took some time to get acclimated to the fact that certain functions may be accessed in multiple locations. Some formulas (particularly those relating to P&L) can be confusing for regular users because of the interconnected nature of the information. However, we didn't come across many restrictions on what you may do (for example, setting a column in the Expenses section to be defaulted checked is not possible).

Mission control is a powerful project management tool for team collaboration and workflow...
In conclusion, Mission control online project management software system can be a powerful tool for teams looking to streamline workflows, collaborate more effectively, and track project progress more efficiently. Overall, Mission control software can be a valuable asset for any team looking to manage complex projects more efficiently.
Pros
Mission control software allows team members to collaborate, share project files and communicate with each other, even if they are located in different geographic locations. This feature ensures that everyone on the team is working towards the same goals. The tool helps teams to work more productively by enhancing collaboration. The software provides a central hub for tracking project progress and identifying any delays or roadblocks. This allows team managers to quickly respond to issues and keep the project moving forward.Mission control software allow teams to create customized workflows, automating repetitive tasks and making it easier to manage complex projects. The tool is a web-based application. It is accessible from anywhere, making it easy for teams to collaborate while working remotely.
Cons
I do not have many dislikes for Mission Control. Here I will mention the only shortcoming I consider for the tool. Mission control can be complex and require extensive training to use effectively. The novice users might find it hard to be familiar with the tool in the beginning. This may be a barrier to adoption for some teams, especially those with limited technical expertise.

Project management
Pros
Mission Control is actively improved and they listen to their customers. I am always impressed by their amazing help support and their willingness to go the extra mile to improve their product and keep us happy. It is an easy to use project management system and I also find their Gantt chart really easy to use and understand and moving the deadlines is super flexible. I am looking forward to their latest release offering which is a retrospective board so we can reflect on our learnings from that project that has just finished.
Cons
I have no complaints, it's a managed package, but we still have the flexibility to add fields. Bug fixing is dealt with straight away.

Mission Control gives me more insight into managing my teams projects
Prior to Mission Control, we didn't have a handle on our overall projects. These were handled by sharing collaborative documents. Since Mission Control has been implemented, I'm able to oversee all projects, understand what is overdue or coming up, handle recurring meeting agendas, easily add time in the timesheet tab, and add costs associated to projects to keep track of time and budget. My team is more easily able to work together on projects and understand who is assigned what actions, when each action is due and how they are tracking. Mission Control customer service is also fantastic.
Pros
Ease of setup being native to the Salesforce platform. Easy to create Projects/Milestones/Actions and allocate required resources. Timesheet is an excellent resource to help with team management. Whiteboard makes project tasks easily manageable. Meeting Manager is great for recurring meetings and agenda management. Program Planner is great for roadmaps. Ability to build some of our own functionality to work with Mission Control.
Cons
An overall project screen which shows all projects with expanding areas for Milestones and Actions for each project for overall project discussions would be great.
