East to create payment links and send it via mobile number & Email and option to check notify button. Easy to track Settlements and easy to monitor the day Current balance, Settlement due today, Previous and upcoming settlement.

There is nothing to dislike but sometimes it's difficult to track payments on real time basis.

They cheated in the name of pricing plan they offering you can get up to 75000 free payment after this plan but still they are charging.One reach to support they response in 2 weeks and saying this not applicable on business card but all our customer using personal cards. Very bad service they cheated small business.

I have paid 4899 rupees to VLE Baazar Pvt Ltd via Razorpay Gateway on 3-10-2024 for Motorola Moto One refurbished but i didn't get my product and didn't get my refund back.

There customer care service are responded 2-3 days and always said that your product will be delivered under 24 hrs . But it didn't happened.
Now there customer care service are not responding.
I have contacted to Razorpay, because payment was done by Razorpay gateway, but Razorpay said they can't help me to get my refund back bcz there have insufficient amount in merchant account.

So never do payment online using Razorpay bcz they never help you if there will be any kind of fraud.
And there client are fraud.

I had raised support ticket many times but nothing happened.

Please help me someone to get my hard earned money.

I have already complaint to Consumer court Service also.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this company's customer support team. Despite contacting them multiple times about an urgent issue, each new agent I spoke with seemed to have no knowledge of the previous conversations and described the problem as if it were brand new. Furthermore, I felt that my case was not being taken seriously or prioritized appropriately, as the support team kept giving me generic assurances that they had raised the issue but provided no real solutions. Overall, this company's customer support is among the worst I have ever encountered, and I would caution anyone against doing business with them.

Having an ecommerce store used to be a headache without razorpay. Razorpay solves all the hurdles you name your painpoint and razorpay is the solution. Be it online payment using phonepe, paytm, upi, netbanking, credit card or even an emi payment razorpay has it all. The most amazing feature we are waiting for is the CRED pay. Also they recenly launche their ThirdWatch integration to convcert COD payments into Online payments is a life saver. The most fun fact is that they have ZERO annual maintainence cost. It is just pay per transaction and that too is really nominal.

Razorpay Team need immediate focus on this for mass adoption..

The features are amazing. This is what keeps me going away from Razorpay.
Few of the products are really worth the pay and easy to use.

Horrible support. It takes a few days for support to reply for a single query.
Usually the first reply would be another question and then it takes another few days for it to get back.

On an average to solve anything, you might have to wait for weeks.

Another big issues is account activation - It says 8 to 10 working days for account to be activated. That is approximately 2 weeks ( assuming weekends and a holiday). Post that they might ask unreasonable questions and documents. Its really tiresome sometime to open an account with Razorpay.

I asked then to update my payout cycle and they did it without any questions asking.
Also Razorpay is very easy to integrate with platform like WordPress and there UX is good.
