YouSacn lets us pay close attention to our audience's opinions and popular discussion topics. It's handy for spotting trends that come and go with the seasons and how these trends affect what users say online. The Audience Analysis feature helps us catch any shifts in the audience's interests. Thus, we can adjust our communications based on fresh, real-time data.
Cons
We haven't run into any significant issues. It would be great to see even more flexible customer dashboards.

Manually sifting through feedback was not just time-consuming, but it often led to the discovery of already escalated discussions or situations that could have been readily averted had we been able to react more promptly. Yuscan became our ally in this, illuminating even the hidden corners of forums where feedback was left. It has also allowed us to spot untagged posts on social media where our company's name was simply mentioned.Also we use Yuscan alert system, any mention of key words or phrases triggers an immediate alert, which keeps me constantly informed and primed for action. With this tool, our awareness is heightened, enabling us to respond swiftly to potential crises or opportunities.Yuscan is not only invaluable for tracking customer feedback but it also offers allowing us to monitor our competitors. This has opened a window into understanding their communication topics and the channels they utilize, giving us deeper insights into our market landscape.I also liked their customer service. Great mentions collection, still to improve with analitics
Overall after we've built social listening ecosystem, where YouScan role is just data collection -- it is fine, excluding the pain of manual downloading of several thousand hundred mentions when one download is limited to 10 thousand
Pros
Switching to YouScan from one of the international players helped us to gather much more posts in Russian. Also the software is better suited for local social networks.
Cons
However, it is not designed for multi-branded and multi-category business, where you would like to track SOV of over 100 brands in 3 categories. The software doesn't provide such ability from the box, so it is used for data collection and analytics are done externally.
Data transfer via API is available only at the most expensive plans.
Stories are not captured.

I managed to change the company I work for, but not the monitoring service. We have been working for more than 5 years. I am satisfied with the product quality, the pace of development, and the customer service.

The quality of data collection, the quality of support, a variety of analytics, and the ability to use the service by different teams.

Working with Facebook. But this is not a problem specific to any monitoring service.

We enjoy working with the YouScan product and team.
We appreciate this collaboration because YouScan meets all of our monitoring needs and the YouScan team offers superb assistance at all levels and plenty of educational content (including articles, webinars, and certification).
Pros
With YouScan, we can easily identify and track influencers, identify customer needs and market trends, keep an eye on metrics, and even occasionally find new leads, although that is not the primary use of the tool. We appreciate the tool's comprehensive monitoring capabilities, the organization of the data, and the ease with which we can create dashboards and reports. The AI assistant that analyzes the data set and responds to our queries is another excellent feature.
Cons
We're pretty happy with this choice, so I have nothing to add here.

We use YouScan to monitor our brand mentions and our main competitors. The product is easy to use and has a lot of useful features, so I enjoy working with it. But even more, I enjoy working with the YouScan team - everyone from sales to support does their best to help me solve my tasks and provide me with top-notch service.
Pros
YouScan covers a wide range of online media, including social networks, blogs and channels, so we get mentions in all languages and from every country where our business has a presence. The data is all shown in a way that makes it easy to follow and use. Also we can customize dashboards and create reports.Recently, we started using a new feature - Insights Copilot Assistant - and it amazes us every time as we get very smart answers to most of our questions instantly.

Easy and smart monitoring

We like that we only have to set everything up when we get started, and the system does the rest for us. Anytime we need, we can see real time analytics, also we've set up automatic sending of reports and alerts in case something may require our attention. Aspects in comparison with our competitors is a super valuable info. We were also impressed with how the system detects logos in the images.
Cons
For us as a startup, it used to be a relatively expensive tool, so we're glad YouScan has introduced smaller packages for SMBs.

The system allows filtering data by pre-existing categories, as well as creating customised tags and automation rules that can be applied separately or in combination with each other. Using YouScan’s Analytics section, we can visualise media trends within the system’s interface and then export these data into our graphs. Additionally, the system works with historical data, which makes it fit for retrospective and long-term media and narrative analysis.
Cons
It took us over a week to set up all the categories for analysis and add the outlets of interest. But the support team was helpful along the way and facilitated the setup.
