Ease of use with unique features
I am satisfied with Accel and find that it is responsive to user feedback and regularly adding in new features!
Pros
Accel makes it easy to analyze data and make data based decisions. The web application is user friendly and it is simple to and manage programming. Some unique features are very useful, such as ease in making paper data sheets, setting up program based for different contexts, and personalized user settings. Accel is regularly making updates to improve the system!
Cons
The mobile app is a little difficult to navigate if there are many programs for a client. Some features would be useful, including baselines and IOA data collection.

Review of Accel
My experience has been positive!
Pros
I really like the idea of having a mobile app version to collect data and it is very easy-to-follow and collect data. I also really like the category feature for data collection. As a clinician, it makes anecdotal abc DATA easy to collect when it is at the touch of a few buttons rather than short phrases/sentences required each time, which can be time-consuming for a busy clinician.
Cons
I don't know if it was fixed but I started a session with the wrong date on the mobile app and there was no way for me to cancel the session/log out of it. If it is not fixed, I think it would be good to be able to have a log out of session function without having to save or collect data. I believe there is a 1-hour inactivity log out but the error would need to be resolved immediately.

Accel Review
Improving, but still needs more improvements.
Pros
I like how easy it is to make domains, programs and targets. I also like the ease of switching between clients. The data page is nice to be able to view all programs at once trial by trial. I am glad lines and annotations were added
Cons
I do not like the graphing/ analytics page. The graphs are hard to organize and I wish there was a way to combine specific targets- even from different domains/programs rather than just one or all of one program. For BTs I wish there was a way to organize and keep that organization of programs.
Also for the programs page I wish there was better organization between active and inactive targets. The page gets busy/ disorganized.

Review
It’s easy to use and easy to adapt to and to look at data and instructions.
Pros
I like how it’s easy to use and look at data.
Cons
I don’t like how when new programs are added it mixes the order of the other programs. I also dont like how you have to fix the order of programs every day. I don’t like how you cant see past data.

Accel Review.
Pros
Accel is very simple and easy to use on the web application. Developing programming in Accel was somewhat intuive to figure out.
Cons
There are features that are missing from Accel that are common practice in other ABA data collection platforms. Some of the details of Accel are not easy to figure out and/or there is nowhere to read about all of the features that Accel has to offer. There is no ipad/apple application available for Accel which puts it at a disadvantage as it is only accessible on small screens. Data collection is not able to be done from the web.
Response from Accel Practice
iOS application for iPhone and iPad will be available in Feb 2022. The data collection feature on the web app will be available in early 2022. Thank you for the feedback!

Easy to Use
Overall I really like the application. It is user friendly and easy to use. It is great for when I have to see 2 clients at once I can switch between the 2 clients easily and record each of their data. As a BCBA it is easy to access on the desktop and see raw data.
Pros
I like having the application on a phone it makes it easy for Therapists. It is easy to collect data and there are various data collection methods (I.e., prompt, text etc)
Cons
Sometimes my data doesn’t save and goes unnoticed until the BCBA provides supervision. It would be helpful to be able to add data on the desktop and not just through a phone.

New ABA Data Collection
I have enjoyed using Accel and as a therapist who works with your clients, it is easier to take data while on the move. Using an iPad was difficult because my hands were full but Accel keeps data right in your pockets.
Pros
Accel is easy to use because it is has a simple, modern user interface with the ability to switch up how the user view targets. Users are able to customize their experience which makes the app less aversive to the user.
Cons
The only thing that I personally do not like about Accel is that users can be logged out after one hour of inactivity. This is a minor issue with an easy fix.

Accel
Pros
Easy plus or minus for data collection, easy to learn the program, and easy for tracking behaviors
Cons
Doesn’t refresh programs while in session, data isn’t inputed into graph if you forget to end session, must double verify that session to be started is on correct date because it doesn’t automatically go to the day of.
Response from Accel Practice
Thank you for your feedback. The most recent version of the app will automatically show today's date, which is most likely the date of the session.

Intuitive, super easy to use
Pros
Both web app and mobile apps are easy to use. The layout of the screen is beautiful. The mobile app makes it very easy to collect data even when clinicians are working with more than 1 client at a time.
Cons

User friendly data collection app
Pros
Data collection is simple and the app works well. You can pull up trial data and graphs for each program and adjust date settings for the graphs right on the app.
Cons
I wish there was a trial sheet with #independent trials/total opportunities. So that I could pull up all the data from the session at once and I don’t have to go into each program and look. This would decrease time it takes to pull data for notes.

Overall, a great APP for ABA
Pros
I love the ease of taking data most the time and how it’s compatible with small devices such as a phone.
Cons
I don’t like how it’s only accessible for android and how difficult it is to delete accidental data collection (for example If a client gets ahold of the device and bumps a button)

Great for taking data
Pros
Taking data and writing programs are the greatest benefits of this software, as the mobile app is very straightforward and easy to use compared to competitors.
Cons

Accel review from BT
The app was easy to learn and made recording data simple. There was no issue recording then seeing the progress in the programs.
Pros
The product was very easy to use and fit all the important on one screen.
Cons
The function that was least liked was the lack of labeling the side bar buttons. Had to push them all before figuring out what they did.

Cons
There is still no option to make the graphs black and white and no option to had horizontal goal lines. This is required for funding sources I work with.
