Easy to use software
Since day one the admin team listened to my feedback and worked to implement better training. This enabled me to better train other staff members. I'm extremely appreciative of the time taken to help me better understand the software which has led to a great experience. I'd say at this point I'm very pleased.
Pros
As an early adopter I was responsible for understanding how to use the admin features such as adding staff, adding my schedule, and completing appointments. I enjoyed these features because I have used several softwares before and it was not as straightforward. The team listened to my feedback and I appreciated this most when working with them.
Cons
At the time they did not have a lot of features, but this seems to have changed a lot. I would like to have more admin features on the mobile app in the future.

It works for most of our needs
Pros
Scheduling is most impactful ensuring that it is user friendly for our team members and compliant with insurance billing guidelines (especially as Theralytics allows what we can do to be customized to the compliance guidelines of each individual funding source).
Cons
Data collection was not efficient and is slow as reported by RBT's. More customizable reports would be helpful when synthesizing data.

8 month review of Theralytics
Customer service is amazing and very helpful! Responsive team that actually wants to help resolve your issues. Theralytics is easy to use and does not require a lot of training. :)
Pros
It is user friendly for new BTs to the field, ease of filling out session note with ability to check off what was observed/used along with narrative boxes, ability to see billable hours with ease by month, and ability to upload a program bank for clients and customize as needed. App is great for BTs to use on phones and or ipads.
Cons
Graphs: need to be able to add in baseline data at any point in time, graphs connect data points along phase change lines, ability to make changes on a graph and can select to make that change for 1 program, multiple programs, or only for challenging behaviors. Ability to copy a program to another client. Ability to go through targets when on multiple pages and when making a change to a target on page 5 (e.g., update target status), theralytics will take me back to page 1 each time. Ability to select mass trial or random rotation for BTs. Discard maintenance tab and keep all targets (mastered and in acquisition) together so BTs can have better view of all targets together and conduct maintenance reliably. Scheduling: have a specific color/code for late cancels to use when conducting % of late cancellations and run report monthly.

Theralytics has been indispensable to our ABA practice
Pros
We are a relatively new company and we interviewed several Practice Management Software providers before choosing Theralytics. We found that Theralytics provided all the features we needed in one package. Others may have additional features we would never use making them overly complicated and some don't have some important features as part of their system. It is also useful that they offer data collection.
We were unsure how well the software would work and if it would fit our needs, but it has come through. On the occasion that there is a bug or something that needs a slight modification or if we need support, they are very responsive. We have had all our questions/requests to their support staff answered within hours.
Also, they take product suggestions/improvements seriously and have implemented a couple that I have requested.
We have grown quickly and Theralytics has been a valuable asset. We are very pleased with our decision.
Cons
The payroll functionality could be improved. Currently, there is no way to get it to calculate holidays as 1.5x rate, so I have to do some manual calculations.

Great Software!
My overall experience has been wonderful!

Theralytics is very worth the money!
Extremely satisfied overall! Will not be changing my program any time soon. Love the billing!
Pros
The 6 month free BCBA package deal. The ease of use (esp. for techs). Scheduling.
Cons
Can't figure out how to make phase change lines permanent and they need a way to calculated trend lines and display them on the graphs. More characters for behaviors to decrease description/comment box.

Amazing administrative features (i.e. document storage, payroll reporting, etc...)
They have amazing customer service. I needed to find a good solution for my client and Theralytics gave me all the information that I needed to make an informed decision for my client.
Pros
I recently explored Theralytics while I was looking for a solution that offers easy-to-use administrative features, like document storage and payroll reporting. Theralytics perfectly met our needs. And their customer service is great. They gave me all the information we needed to make an informed decision (a huge plus). Highly recommend!
Cons
They currently don't have intake forms as a feature. But I've been told by the team that it's in their development roadmap and will be launched soon.

Theralytics has exceeded all expectations!
Theralytics has helped my company grow more efficiently we have tripled in size over the past few years and Theralytics has helped myself as the owner to keep things organized. I love that I have the ability to review all aspects of my company at anytime from anywhere.
Pros
The customer service is top tier. All questions are answered quickly. I love that the Theralytics team will train our team how to use the system and really take the time to make sure it’s understood. Adding the billing service has been amazing!
Cons
We have not experienced anything with Theralytics that I would consider a con.

So far I have had a great experience - customer service is great and easy to reach.
Pros
I like the simplicity of the platform and my staff have reported the same - easy to navigate between schedules and data collection.
Cons
The data collection process can be a bit more streamlined. The session note platform should also be customizable to fit the needs of the practitioners.

1 year use
This has helped us grow our ABA program and be able to efficiently bill and get claims back quickly. We do not use Theralytics for data collection but plan to explore this in the future. Overall, scheduling and billing have been simple and straight forward and make things go much smoother on the business end of things.
Pros
Overall easy to use, staff was able to learn quickly on how to input and submit session notes. Their customer service is super responsive and we can usually get help on an issue same day. If they are unable to resolve an issue, they are quick to have the team on it and schedule calls accordingly to get the issue taken care of.
Cons
The start up was a little challenging and could have benefitted from additional training up front on all of the features. The scheduling piece is still a little clunky in terms of overall efficiency, mostly when trying to look at multiple schedules at a time.

Great interdisciplinary scheduling/ data collection software
Our organization has had a very positive experience with Theralytics. We have been able to use it across clinics and disciplines in a nationwide company with relatively few issues. Any issues that have presented are always addressed quickly and efficiently by their customer service team.
Pros
This product is user friendly in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Our organization used this software both for Speech and Language Pathology practitioners as well as ABA clinicians. Both disciplines used this software for scheduling, data collection, and billing and have had a great experience. It is one of the only softwares that we have come across that is so easily customizable across disciplines.
Cons
Occasional crashes on the app or website, but these are addressed efficiently.

Fabulous software
It gives us universal scheduling and everyone can be on the same page and have the same information. It has really made scheduling/changes and getting information to the right people very easy.
Pros
Scheduling is the biggest part of what we use. It is user friendly and staff have an easy time using it. Customer service has always answered in a timely manner and honored any requests we have had. They are very easy to work with and always accommodating.
Cons
At times parents have a difficult time navigating the software and need assistance. They would like for there to be a submit button once the schedule is completed. This way they wouldn't be notified of every change when the schedule changes.

Full ABA business support
It's been great.
Pros
I use Theralytics to handle all of my billing, scheduling, employee management, and data storage. It's very user friendly, the customer service is responsive, and it does everything I need it to do. It does all of the same activities as the larger aba management software companies do but for a fraction of the cost. As a small, new company, I need a lot of value for my money, and I get that with Theralytics.
Cons
Whenever I need to make a change for billing purposes, I have to go to several different locations and repeated make the same change.

Can't beat the customer service
Pros
Theralytics is a one stop shop. There practice management system is user friendly. The data collection although in infancy stage is effective. The team is also very receptive to feedback to better the software. The billing is also top notch. We all miss submitting claims from time to time before the weekly bill out. However all you have to do is email the billing department and your missed claims are immediately processed.
Their customers service is like no other and their [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is very responsive and supportive. The entire team is very dedicated to helping their clients no matter how big or small you are.

I truly am not disappointed. I would like to see the data collection develop more features, which have already been shared with the team.

Excellent team to work with!
The company as a whole has been extremely user friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. They always take the time to explain and confirm that the customer is satisfied before moving on to other customers.
Pros
The integration of data, practice management, and billing in one package makes this a seamless process. The information for all individuals is housed in one system so it is not necessary to import data into the billing software from another collection system.
Cons
I have had no issues to report. Whenever there was a question about a bill, or note the response time was minimal.

Reduces chaos and give you time to be more productive
The support from Theralytics is amazing. I've worked with other EHR and billing programs before and the customer service was low to mediocre. Theralytics is quick to respond and resolve.

I like that the program communicates with insurances and provides all remittance information.
Cons
The signature process is not as user friendly as we would like. There is limited options for affordably personalizing the software. However, the software is user friendly and needs minimal personalization.

I love that I can utilize Theralytics for general practice management. I feel prepared for an audit at any time. I also love that I can use them for data collection and billing services. I like having everything together with streamlined communication and top notch customer service.

The software is user friendly with all of the features you need to manage your practice, whether large or small.
Cons
It would be nice to have a way to archive programs or filter the program view. But, any time I come across something that I hope to see in the software, the team is happy to listen and consider adding that as a feature. They have even made some customizations for me.

Great Team behind the software ...
We have had exceptional customer service. We have felt very valued as clients to Theralytics with prompt troubleshooting and answers to any questions.
Pros
The software is user friendly for us as a company as well as our clients. Easy to navigate through and the option to work with their clearing house was a plus!
