Powerful Software with Great Customer Support

Ohanafy brings resource, sales, and project management all under one roof. We track all of our production inventory, process, and finished goods, as well as various accounts and projects. It has proven to be a very efficient and flexible platform.

Pros

The Customer support during implementation and deployment have been amazing! Yes, the software is powerful and bringing us a whole list of new tools to use, but the process has been so much easier and more efficient with the stellar team behind the software helping us each step of the way.

Cons

I have not found any strong concerns with the software, yet. So far, anytime I have questions or problems, the team addresses them directly.

Inexpensive but valuable software

Using Ohanafy has had a small learning curve but nothing too crazy. It has been a pleasant experience working with the folks at Ohanafy. Ohanafy has been an amazing asset to our brand since we started working with them. The customer service is exceptional. Everyone is receptive, flexible and pleasant to talk to. They treat you more like a human than just a number to help them get paid. Strongly recommend this service for anyone looking to organize production, sales, inventory and total revenue management for their brewery.

Pros

This software has a very user friendly setup that can show us exactly where we need to focus our efforts.

Cons

I can't say there is anything at this time that I like the "least amount". It's new and we are working together to work out the kinks.

Best Reporting and Customization

Pros

The ability to create custom reports and visualize them on dashboards is second to none. I can see graphs updated daily on the health of my business. Anytime we need help, the team at Ohanafy is quick to respond and loves incorporating our feedback to enhance the product.

Cons

They haven't been at it for long, so we are finding little issues here and there, but as soon as we report them, they get fixed. I'm impressed at how much functionality there is, given how young the product is. Many of their competitors that have been around for years lack much of the functionality already available in Ohanafy.

Ease of use, customer service, price is very competitive

Cons

It is a new software, so there are bugs that need to be fixed. That’s why the customer service is so important, they nail it!

Superb Product and Supoort

Excellent!

Pros

Great product, great team! Set up and support are superb. By far the most hands on tech company that I have encountered in all of my years in business. Information that I didn't think was needed turns out it is!!! Information that I wanted included was easily added to cater to my specific needs. Would highly recommend Ohanafy to my colleagues over any other brewery management system.

Cons

I can't think of any at the moment, the Ohanafy team has been great during implementation and go live.
