Feature-Rich, Easy to Use, and Very Innovative!!
The Pulseway Team will work hard with you to get you up and running, the agent is light, deployment is straightforward and easy. Virtually all the tools you might need are there. It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good. The Pulseway Help site: https://www.pulseway.com/resource-centre is a good resource.
Overall for the price, Pulseway is an exceptional value.
Pros
What I like about Pulseway is that it is easy to use. When you open the console and go to a machine, you can plainly see all the options available to push software, execute DOS or PowerShell commands, send a message to the user, remotely control the PC, scope its hardware, check what software is installed. Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option. Webroot is light and fast and does the job. Our users never complain that our anti-virus software is causing their systems to slowdown or become un-useable. Oh and the Pulseway mobile app is revolutionary!
Cons
One feature that we have some issues with is the is integration between Pulseway and Webroot. When it works it works great, but here and there on a few systems the PC, Pulseway, and Webroot don't agree as to whether Webroot is installed or not. The fix to this is to do a comprehensive manual cleanup/uninstall and try again.
Tech support could be more responsive. I miss the old days when you could call and get help for almost any product, but that's not the norm anymore. Once you get hooked up with a Pulseway technician, they will work with you to resolve your issue.

A robust RMM solution that deserves your attention.
Overall, I've been very happy and at ease using Pulseway's platform. The fantastic UI and app support are great for IT workers who are on the go and can't always sit down at a workstation. Over time, I have seen small improvements that make things easier every year. For instance, the new device management page, where you can run a script or workflow on a single workstation rather than manually creating a new scope beforehand, is very handy. From my calls with my Pulseway manager and the various webinars explaining different integrations and features, I'm happy to see that the Pulseway team continues to innovate and improve the platform.
Pros
The platform is very accessible for SMBs to set up and use. I have only had to call support a handful of times for help over the years I've used the platform. The UI and mobile support are fantastic. When I first started, I had trouble getting quotes from other RMMs because of my low user count. I am truly thankful to Pulseway for making things easy for me. The pricing is very competitive from what I've seen, and this is also appreciated. As someone with a multi-faceted role where I can't spend all my time working solely on security, I appreciate the ease of use and polish that Pulseway brings. Pulseway's support personnel who conduct quarterly or annual calls, along with their general support, are fantastic and very knowledgeable about the product.
Cons
Pulseway, like any good RMM, comes with full PowerShell access to a single workstation or the entire fleet of workstations through a script or workflow. I wish they had more ready-to-use scripting templates for advanced IT tasks. I have noticed that they have released some nice reporting and script templates since I last checked. Their integrated remote desktop solution for accessing user machines could use some more polish. Additionally, I wish there were more dashboard templates to show other metrics.
Reasons for Switching to Pulseway
At the beginning my user count was lower, some RMM's minimum was 50 seats. Other solutions were harder to use or had a weak point that I couldn't get past.Response from MMSOFT Design

No better company than Pulseway
My experience with Pulseway has been nothing less than awesome! The team at Pulseway has been quick and helpful if we do experience an issue. I feel the Pulseway team understands the importance their role plays in the daily success.
Pros
We currently use PSA, RMM, and IT Glue through Pulseway. The most helpful feature is that all three applications integrate into each other, Azure and on-prem Active Directory. These products are easy to use and navigate once everything has been set up. We use all three of these systems daily, and the RMM mobile application helps us keep tabs on the systems when we are not in the office. The few times we've had to reach out to support, we received fast and helpful responses and solutions usually within a day.
Cons
It's tough to identify a downside of Pulseway. If I had to be picky, it would be that we cannot do everything in the mobile application that we can do with the web version of RMM. I understand it's tougher to fit all those features into the mobile application but if I HAD to choose something to make better.

Overall, the experience with Pulseway has been fantastic. My current Pulseway account manager, [sensitive content hidden], is fabulous. He listens to my concerns, and keeps them in mind while assisting me. [sensitive content hidden] attentiveness and response time is spot on. I wish all my account manager's were as quick to respond and attentive to my needs/requests as he is.
Pros
Ease of use. Cell phone app, hands down, is the best one we have seen. The phone app and web app work the same, so there is truly no difference. Very quick to respond to a support issue.
Cons
Update schedule. I wish they would publish the update schedule so that we can plan accordingly.

Best RMM for small MSP's
For a small MSP like me it offers everything i need to monitor and remotely support the systems i manage. The mobile app is definitly a huge factor. Also my account manager is regularly in touch which is nice (this was not alwas the case). The lack of integrations will make it more difficultto manage if the amount of systems grow but then again pricing is very fair, and did i mention they have a mobile app to manage your systems?
Pros
Pulseway makes it possible for me to monitor systems on the go. With the app I can preform most of the basic troubleshooting steps, even remote into the system. With the 3PP add-on i can update the OS and 3PP apps. For a small MSP like me its more then sufficient. I have tried Datto this year but renewed my contract with Pulseway in end.
Cons
You have less posibilities then a solution like Datto and support is not always as good as it should be. I also use Pulseway PSA which is a great tool but there are not a lot of 3rd party vendors that have integrations with Pulseway. Also the need for having a contract for everything is a bit annoying. I get it for backup, PSA and RMM but when i want to get a couple of SAT licenses contracts are a bit of a hassle.
Reasons for Switching to Pulseway
Pulseway is the only RMM as far as i know that offers a mobile app. All the functions i need (monitoring, remote desktop, 3PP) is possible.- Industry: Accounting

MSP drone to Stand alone Head of IT
[sensitive content hidden] has been great, she has been very helpful with understanding how to do certain things inside of the RMM, and i'm sure i'm not using it to it's full potential but i'm sure i'll get there eventually.
Using the software is nice, the interface could be a bit better but it's usable and gets the job done.
Pros
I love that Pulseway is mobile first in design. I have used other RMM's like n-able (formally solarwinds) and their interface left a lot to be desired.
I can be at home and monitoring my network from my phone instead of being at my computer.
Cons
It seems Documentation is lacking. While other RMM's have step by step tutorials hosted on their sites or youtube, trying to find information on how to do various things is lacking.
My Support person [sensitive content hidden] is amazing, but I am the type of IT person who likes to dive into the deep end when it comes to learning software and tools that I have at my disposal, so I hate having to send her emails on how to do stuff, and when I have to send her a question she is nothing but helpful in this.
The other thing I don't like is the up selling of other services offered by Pulseway\Kasaya, Let me know about it and let me decide if it's something i'm willing to bring to the partners attention, but that's not something that's inheritant to pulseway.

TSG Review 08-01-2024
I have been very pleased with my experience with Pulseway, Each of the reps in charge of my account have been top notch and have gone out of their way to be friendly and very helpful and Especially Ross who has made every effort to understand the needs of my company and how a one man operation needs to do business.
Pros
The ability to easily keep track of all of my customers computers and get alerts when there is a problem so I can be proactive in their support as well as Remote Desktop Access which works pretty good for both Windows and MacOS machines.
Cons
They don't yet have support for Linux Remote Desktop and that is really needed.

Solid, affordable RMM tool thats constantly evolving and improving.
Very pleased. I have grown with Pulseway, its good to see that Pulseway continues to push for new features and functionality whilst retaining the core competencies which brought Pulseway to my attention during my initial research.
Pros
It's affordable, easy to scale and has been reliable for the past 6 years that I've managed it. Over time new features have been incporated that have been valuable to our organisation.
Cons

A Comprehensive Review of Pulseway
Overall, Pulseway is a great remote monitoring and management solution for businesses of all sizes. It is easy to use, feature-rich, and highly secure. The cost can be a bit on the high side, but the convenience and peace of mind it provides is definitely worth it.
Pros
Pulseway is an incredibly powerful and user-friendly remote monitoring and management solution. It provides a robust set of features that allow you to monitor and control your IT environment remotely in real-time. The intuitive dashboard and alerting system make it easy to stay on top of any potential issues. The mobile app has also been designed for maximum usability and convenience, allowing you to access and manage your IT environment from anywhere.
Cons
On the downside, Pulseway can be quite expensive for larger IT environments. The cost of the solution can quickly add up when you need to monitor multiple servers and devices. Additionally, the mobile app does not offer the same level of control as the desktop version.

Pulseway is one of the best companies we have worked with
We wholeheartedly attribute a significant portion of our success to Pulseway and James Norris. Their comprehensive solutions, combined with exceptional support and guidance, have been transformative for our business. We are confident that our partnership with Pulseway has equipped us with the tools and resources necessary to thrive for years to come. Pulseway has not only met but exceeded our expectations, and we are genuinely excited about the future of our collaboration.
Pros
Pulseway, under the guidance of our dedicated Account Manager, James Norris, has been instrumental in our company's remarkable growth. Thanks to their solutions, we've seen a nearly $100,000 increase in new revenue in less than 6 months, a testament to their effectiveness. James consistently goes above and beyond, always available to answer calls and emails, ensuring we receive the support we need, when we need it. Their competitive pricing on services has been a significant advantage for us, allowing us to maximize our budget. Moreover, the consulting advice we've received from Pulseway has been invaluable in navigating the daily challenges faced by MSPs.
Cons
While our overall experience with Pulseway has been overwhelmingly positive, there have been occasional hiccups with integrating some of their solutions with other platforms commonly used by MSPs. However, these instances have been relatively minor and haven't significantly impacted our operations.

Does exactly what I need for my small business.
Overall Pulseway has done exactly what we wanted, by providing a professional system for monitoring and managing our IT systems remotely. As I run a small business I don't have the time to individually check machines, so the peace of mind knowing that I will be alerted of a problem is great. Automation is also a great benefit.
Pros
Pulseway allows us to easily manage our IT systems whether they are out on deployment or based in our office. The integration with Slack allows notifications to easily be sent to groups of people highlighting to us potential issues before they become more severe and cause downtime. The iOS app is also very handy, allowing me to see the status of any computers on the go.
Knowing that Pulseway can grow with the business provides nice peace of mind as I don't feel like I'm investing in a system that I will some day have to replace.
The integration of BitDefender has been a great help too.
Cons
I'm not an IT engineer or expert in IT management so I found that there was a fairly steep learning curve. I'm more knowledgeable than the average person but kept getting stuck navigating the web portal, especially at the start. The menu system isn't as intuitive as it should be in my opinion. I think there should either be a "simplified mode" for people who just want to get started with organising their IT systems but don't need all the advanced features.
Another note is that I find the difference in features available for managing Windows vs Mac clients to be disappointing. For example, you can't automatically install BitDefender via Pulseway on a Mac you have to go into the BitDefender client.

We Love Pulseway
Pulseway has gotten better and continues to improve on their service offering. They have partnered with Webroot for antivirus and security training and Unitrends for backup. Both services we use and neither has let us down. I highly recommend Pulseway and we are very happy with their service. Give them a test drive and see for yourself how admin friendly they are.
Pros
We have been using Pulseway for 3 years system wide. Our IT team has until this year consisted of just me to support 14 sites. Most of my sites are relatively close with my closest at 1 mile and furthest 90 miles away. But I have one site in Colorado and another in Florida. Pulseway lets me manage all sites seamlessly. With their recent addition of 3rd party software updating, it is a more complete offering that makes our jobs so much easier.
Their phone app is what sold me on Pulseway and continues to provide the best remote tool that I’ve ever seen.
Cons
I come from a small MSP consulting background where we tried several different RMMs & PSAs but ended up using Continuum for our main system. I’ve also used SolarWinds in the past, Pulseway handles most of the tasks that Continuum and SolarWinds do, not 100% yet, but the few parts that are left out is room for improvement and growth.

Pros
The user interface and mobile app features
Cons
The remote control program organization is weird. We ended up removing policies just so we could organize the clients how we wanted to. The file transfer for remote control sessions is horrible. You can't sort or manage files, you can't type a directory path, you can't send directories.

Pulseway controls the activities of my system and keeps me always informed.
All those moments in which we were slaves of our teams where our presence was necessary, with the acquisition of Pulseway has been forgotten, because with this excellent tool we can monitor and control all activities presented by the teams and servers of the company from any mobile device. There are many occasions that we have avoided major inconveniences to hardware and software for our sastifaccion.Me I like the particularity that this system has to be able to integrate amounts of third-party services, among which we can mention are Zandesk, Slack, Pagger Duty, etc, that can expand solutions that help to obtain greater value of infrastructure management services.
Pros
The installation of Pulseway in our equipment was very simple, we also delight with its user interface. This system has kept us aware of all the activity that can present our servers at all times, as we are always receiving notifications in advance, with this platform we have no problems in browsing files, operate maintenance windows, manage network connectivity and much more. We can monitor and control operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Mac, as well as any other applications if we use the monitoring API. It has a mobile application for IOS and Android devices, which means that we can track and manage all IT resources remotely, in the same way to advanced automation, so we do not have to spend a lot of time on routine tasks, copies security and security controls, etc.
Cons
Pulseway is a wonderful system, which means that it is difficult to find defects.

AWESOME Software for Server Monitoring
Easy server monitoring from the Pulseway Phone App. Custom alerts to ensure servers are functioning properly on a daily basis.
Pros
Very affordable for the services provided. We installed this on about 20 critical servers to monitor their status. We would receive real-time updates as soon as the server went offline. When we would get offline alerts for all servers, we new immediately this was possibly a power outage and we would work quickly to safely turn off the monitors. Also allowed to add access to specific modules such as SQL queries or Active Directory. The Active Directory module is great for anyone that manages user accounts. Often times if we were in a meeting or out of the office, we could easily unlock users, reset passwords, etc from the mobile application. It is very easy to install and the interface is very straight forward. Allows you to have many options for specific alerts (when the server goes offline, when storage space is being maxed out, unauthorized logins, etc).
Cons
There wasn't anything I did not like about this product. I highly recommend this to be added to any organization with critical servers.

Pulseway
I've used several different systems like this and Pulseway's UI and functionality is top notch. As always for software there is room for improvement, but they have been working towards stable and useful additions to the software and I'm hopeful for the future. My Solution Specialist representative is great to work with and is always helpful!
Pros
Very nice improvements since version 6.0. The organization of the logins and systems is much nicer and easier to use since v.5. Also having the integration for antivirus and 3rd party patches is a very nice to have.
Cons
-Sometimes the service times out and disconnects from the server and the service will need to be restarted.
-Can't save or locate the webroot product id in pulseway. You have to login to the dashboard of webroot to get this.
-needs an at a glance note on each system to identify primary user of system.
