Great Software
Very good software, i have spoken to them several times regarding learning the new features and explaining how we use the software. They are very approachable and willing to listen to ideas for improvement and feature requests to make running a buisness easier.
Pros
It’s flexibility to our multi trade business it allows us to customise to sure each and every type of servcies, from regular window cleaning to one-off big construction projects.
Cons
I feel the limit on the number of users should be higher considering the amount you pay on the top tier plans. You can add additional users at additional cost which i don’t feel is priced low enough. I also feel that some of the new features they are implementing should not be additional cost and should be included as part of the grow plan.

I can't imagine going back to the time "before" Jobber.
It was really hard for my and my manager to fully learn and then immerse our company into Jobber parameters. We are there now and still finding ways to use the tasks, events, reminders etc to help us keep things running smoothly
Pros
Jobber enables my company to retain more information and service more client homes. With Jobber's help, we have been able to build 40% more business this year over last year. I don't think we could have done that without the software to manage it all. Payments come in quickly, we have less cancellations due to the reminder notifications. Tipping has gone way up with the tip feature in Jobber payments. We likely win more bids due to the professional appearance of Jobber. It has upped our communication with clients to a higher level. Integrates well with our reviews program in NiceJob. The request form is so valuable to us as we have it connected to our website and it funnels leads in the back door. The benefits are many and the pain points few.
Cons
sync errors with Quickbooks are many, automated job timers don't function for us so we can't use that portion of the system, sometimes the tipping function is hard to find for our customers and they end up not tipping, automated reminders cannot be cancelled or retrieved short notice, several other little things but these are on the top of our list

Great for starting out
I feel like we will be outgrowing Jobber in the next year. I don’t like that I am being pushed to pay more for additional features. I feel like customer service is now sales.
Pros
I DID like the communication and customer service. Now I feel like everything revolves on what you can sell me. Jobber is easy to learn and works great when you use it for the basics. We started using just the scheduling and the invoicing.
Cons
The inability to dig deeper into job insights, the fact that we can only create quotes, not estimates. I feel like Jobber is great for cookie cutter jobs, but not so much for custom jobs. When there are so many unknowns in a job, the system does not make it easy. We are constantly having to figure out work arounds. I don’t like that customer service no longer has time or answers. We will most likely switch to more of a construction CRM in the next year or so.

Software that changed my life
Easy to understand along with great customer support as needed when getting started or while training my next best employee. I love the options that allow my use of Jobber to grow as my company grows…adding just the features that we need and not paying for what we don’t use.
Pros
Ease of operation and how it allows a small business to operate just as professionally as the larger businesses. Jobber is also regularly updating and improving to be even more relevant and practical.
Cons
Nothing really. It’s been excellent from the very beginning.

Jobber Review
We have really enjoyed our experience. One of my technicians has told me that you guys will do partnerships via social media sometimes. I would love to visit more about what that would look like. We don't really have a following or anything like that, but I feel like we are a decent size company that would be good for your advertisements. If there is an opportunity there, please reach out.
Pros
The scheduling, we can schedule out as far as we like. The guys enjoy seeing their future schedule as well.
Cons
Not much, of course we would like to see some changes. The progress billing could be better. The other thing we have noticed is it would be nice to move a quote directly to invoice instead of first having to make it a job.

Happy customer
Excellent when we decided to use jobber our business has become more organized and efficient it helps keep track of our returning customers and our new customers, also helps with communication with our customers by email we use the marketing opportunities to run special each month to generate business, stay on top of quotes, keep track of routes, employees profit proformance and overall company revenue. Hands down way better than the old fashion way of paper and pens we used to use. Jobber has helped bring my company from the mom and pop company of old to one of the major competitive company we have become.

Not much haven't had to many complaints, my employees find it easy to use and office staff like the way it keeps things organized. Customers seem to like the online payment opportunity and the abilities to review their account. Communication with custom is also a plus the online request helps keep the phone lines open for new business to call.

Jobber has been a pleasure to work with!
Overall Jobber has been a pleasure to work with, has saved me plenty of time, and is a great all in one software to increase productivity.
Pros
Jobber runs smoothly, and does a great job of keeping everything centralized and efficient in our back end office as well as keeps the field well informed.
Cons
There are some tiny efficiency improvements or specific things that would greatly increase the value of the product. I find that Jobber still marks clients that are not active as active. (I don't archive them, perhaps that's the work around?) The schedule isn't shown while scheduling jobs or assessments, another small thing as I open a tab on a separate screen, and I was hoping to be able to leave notes for our staff at each step of the client journey, pertaining to that specific step. That is not a feature. The biggest thing is jobber has two time clocks but doesn't separate the hours when integrating with your payroll service. I pay 2 separate wages, one for driving (general time) and another for cleaning (Job time). I have to manually log the different times and then edit the payroll. It would also be helpful if I could set tips paid to auto distribute to employees that worked on that specific job compared to manually sourcing them and distributing.

Would Recommend
Really good.
I am involved in a business coaching group and we hear about CRMs quite a bit from other similar industries. It does not seem like the grass is greener somewhere else and Jobber has my vote for what I think is the best for our organization and what we do.
Overall the CRM is going to be one of the most important pieces of a small business so... it's REALLY important that you gain a pro-level understanding of its functions & capabilities. Sometimes it's necessary to adjust your process to fit within those peremeters.
Pros
We have 20 employees and onboarded 50+ new clients in some of our busier weeks. We absolutely could not manage that without a great CRM. From new leads to quotes, follow ups to scheduling... Jobber allows us to manage our new clients, existing clients, and team to get the job done.
New features like Marketing and AI are some great tools we have been getting to know and implement. We have been especially pleased with some of the marketing tools that have allowed us to choose certain groups of clients from our data-base and email them. We've had a pretty solid conversion rate on those emails and plan to send out those emails every few weeks.
Syncing with Quickbooks is a huge value add and allows us to maintain a very small "bookkeeping" footprint.
Cons
It is somewhat basic in functionality, There have been a lot of small things that we wish we would have had.... ei more functionality in quoting, follow-up, and project management capacity - but the basics are there.
There have been a lot of new additions in the last few months that have really increased the value Jobber brings to the table, especially when it comes to quoting templates and AI for reporting purposes.
With the volume we deal with, its not realistic to think that any one CRM is going to check all the boxes, but with a couple of reports and spreadsheets, we can get all the information we need from New client channels, Conversions rates, team metrics, and financials. Jobber is somewhat limited in its ability at this time to have a detailed dashboard like the one we rely on.
They keep on adding new functions and capabilities which is nice, but there have been a few that should have been a thing years ago. The "leads" tag is one of these, We have had a new client lead special field for 3 years now only to get that as a standard option in the last few weeks. This is fundamental for a business to understand where leads are coming from and where to invest marketing funds.
I do like the chat team quite a bit as you are able to chat with a live person with questions. They can answer basic functionality questions very well, but often we have heard "We will pass that on to the development team."

Perfect for small to medium businesses
Very good customer support, very good service level. It's rare there are any issues to be honest; and when there are it's normally a feature request not a bug.
Pros
Jobber has streamlined a lot of our workload and enabled us to bring on less skilled staff to take on some of the administrative rolls by providing easy to use tools. Our customers love the interface they get and we've had many customers commenting on how smoothly the entire interaction was because of what Jobber brings to the table and how we've implemented it in our business.
Cons
I don't like the AI features at all. They are poorly functioning clutter and I'm disappointed they don't provide an OFF button for them.

NJ HVAC Company Loves Jobber!
We actually took a break from Jobber and tried out a more sophisticated CRM that came highly recommended to us a couple of years ago. The monthly fees were way more expensive, and that CRM offered many more tried and tested features and "benefits" that would help our business grow. It just wasn't for us. It was complicated, hard to integrate, and harder for my employees to navigate. My field and office employees really enjoy Jobber much more. It meets every aspect of of my business' needs. I appreciate how I can add on and integrate other programs we need to my choosing. I am always able to contact customer support - not wait days for an email reply in order to schedule a zoom call a week from then. We have also seen the upgrades and changes Jobber has made over the years, which we have implemented and used. All in all, our experience with Jobber has been fantastic!
Pros
Jobber is a very user-friendly CRM, both PC and mobile. It meets the needs of my small company with functionality for specific tasks within estimates, jobs, memberships, and employee performance reports. We also appreciate how easy Jobber integrates with other programs like payroll, GPS and marketing. Also, whenever we need it, there is always excellent, friendly customer support staff who do their best to help answer any question.
Cons
There is nothing to "dislike" about Jobber. As there is always room for improvement, certain areas can be improved upon, such as merging duplicate clients, or being able to make progress payments on not just one-off jobs.

Love Jobber and highly recommend it.
I love Jobber. It's allowed the service division to become more efficient since introducing Jobber to our department. With the efficiency we've had trackable growth.

I wish there was an option to have more than 1 request form. We have multiple types of jobs that could be integrated into our website if additional request options were available.

Jobber/ Small business owners
Jobber has been great! They make you aware of changes and maintenance scheduled coming ahead of time. I'd like to actually help jobber with a few items I would like to see and program for future use as a small business owner.
Pros
I went from using a large paper calendar on my desk top to jobber with weekly, bi weekly, monthly and commercial clients! It truly was a hassle to cancel white out and reschedule clients! I highly recommend jobber to everyone for small business!

Nothing really. They have updated and kept up with the most recent trends of what a business shall need.

Jobber has the tools your small business needs to get the Job done!
I've been with Jobber for quite sometime. Jobber was one of the first platforms to put together a system for a small business with just one or two vans on the road. I've looked at other companies that cater to just the HVAC industry over the years, but I've always been met with extremely high prices, terrible on-boarding and/or pushy salespeople. In my opinion Jobber is the best platform in the market with regards to price, support and ability. Jobber has the tools your small business needs to get the Job done!

Cons
Maintenance reminders for my hvac clients has been a chore.

Great and soon it will be greater.
It is the best on the market for our business, but it is still lacking in some areas. I have no doubt one day they will be perfect but there is definitely growing pains as our business grows with jobber.
Pros
The customizable fields to cater jobber to your business. New features like Sales rep statistics is a welcome addition. We didn't know that we needed it but once jobber set it up we find ourselves pulling the reports for data.
Cons
Customer service isn't the best. After you get through the ai bot usually the representatives say that they will follow up to the developer team. I do not like when the display changes four times within a season.

Overall we have been with Jobber for 5+ years and it does everything we need and more. Highly recommend it to any company in the service industry.
Pros
The automatic invoicing, syncing of data to multiple different platforms, integration of reviews and marking, and ease of use! Jobber takes a lot of the follow-up and day-to-day busy tasks off our hands! Allows us to get back to what we are good at!
Cons
I'm not sure if it's a Jobber issue or a Gusto issue, but sometimes the timesheets don't sync. Other than that, no complaints!

New start up service business can't loose with Jobber!!!
Really, Really love it!! There have been times I am in the field and finish my service calls with time to spare. I can contact my dispatch, see if another call can be added to my schedule, and I am all set to go!!

The Ease of Jobber
I have had a great experience with Jobber from the beginning in 2015 to today. I expect to continue to use it as long as I am in this business. Their responsiveness to questions and concerns is great and the functinality of the software for our purposes is exactly what we need.
Pros
I love that Jobber gave me the ability to organize all my crews' schedules, job notes, and invoices all in one program. Then having all clients info job related info stored in an easy to access platform is awesome experience for us and the customer.
Cons
The timeclock management or tracking is probably the feature that I think could use the most improvements.

Service plumbing company thoughts
The system is great and make my life way easier. No need to ever sale plumbing, only present options for my clients and homeowners.
Pros
System is modern, clean and efficient. Multiple options for collection of payments and app to finance. The price book is just wonderful. My clients really appreciate the investment of the system and makes things so smooth to present to them. The internal processing is clutch and simplistic. Notes, photos to attach to jobs, invoices and requests. Hands down a great product. Must try for your business.

So far none to be honest. I really do love the system.

Best field management software
overall experience with jobber has been great since 2015. I’m used to the set up and don’t have any plans in trying anything else as this one works perfectly fine for all of our needs.
Pros
Pros are saved for Jobber. It is very easy to navigate through all of the different features invoices can be made and sent within 30 seconds automated invoice follow-ups are a great feature. The platform is really good and friendly stuff on hand to help the new AI bot works very well as well.
Cons
Nothing really it works really well for everything I need.

With Jobber, processes in companies are easier
Everyone on the IVM Seamless Gutters team loves Jobber. With Jobber we can have a good organization, with schedules, work times, materials and above all communication with our clients and company collaborators. We are a local Seamless Gutters company in New Hudson, Michigan and we really take advantage of all the benefits that Jobber offers us, it helps us to be organized and stay focused on the quality and love of service that we always want to offer. Thanks to Jobber we continue to grow and our clients can feel secure when making their payments and seeing when we are going to do the service and knowing that what they pay is fair.

Everything is practical and easy to follow, we have had good experiences and it helps us a lot to be organized and have good communication between workers.

We have only had one drawback, previously the automatic messages had been sent at odd hours to our clients, long before the services were performed or when the service had already finished, that our installers were going to arrive at a certain time when they had already finished working.

Many improvements needed
We have used them for 2.5 years now and are looking forward to switching as soon as our year is up (also, stick to month to month because you're not getting out of that annual commitment come hell or high water). Whe we have asked about small changes needed to better fit our operations, the only answer we've ever gotten was that something wasn't possible, or we needed to increase the amount we pay for a negligible service improvement.
Pros
It is fine for doing exactly what the designers of the software want it to do. It's simple to use.
Cons
There is zero flexibility without upsell after upsell. If you want any customization at all, there are no options.
