Craft Beautiful and Cutting Edge Websites with the Worlds Best Website Builder Weebly

My overall experience using Weebly is always great. Weebly has a free plan that enable anybody who wants to try its features to do so without incurring any expense and the free hosting option provided is a bonus as you can build a site and host it easily thereby its a powerhouse!

Pros

As we re-known website builder what i like most about it is that, Weebly has a variety of well crafted templates that are beautiful, Customizable and responsive. Coupled with the drag and drop features and a user friendly interface, Weebly ensures that even those with little technical expertise can build a simple site and host it with little guidance. Furthermore, it has a free plan with enough features thereby suitable for those who want to test the platform and also for personal use.

Cons

Everything about Weebly is wonderful. It ability to integrate with other third party apps extends its capability. Additionally, Weebly has a beautiful and easy to use interface that helps simplify the website building process. Thereby there is nothing i dislike about Weebly.

Easy to use but needs some new features to make it more up to date

I still use weebly for one website but its limitations mean I have my main website with another website builder.

Pros

It is very easy to use and simple to understand.

Cons

It is a bit buggy these days and doesn’t seem to have any new features

Alternatives Considered

Wix

Reasons for Switching to Weebly

Very easy to use and a sensible price. Have been using weebly for years and have tried other solutions to get past the limitations of weebly.

There are no real advantages to using Weebly

Overall Weebly was a good introduction to web design but I wouldn't recommend anyone using it long term. Play around with it if you must. But there are so many better alternatives - your time would be better spent learning to build on WP.

Pros

It's relatively easy to use for someone who's never built a website before. Also, the pricing is budget-friendly.

Cons

It feels really clunky and old fashioned.. it's so glitchy. Often doing something simple like adding a header takes 1-2 minutes. It's just not worth the hassle compared to other web builders. Also the ability to customize the designs is really limited and the support is total rubbish, don't even bother trying to contact them.

Alternatives Considered

WordPress and Squarespace

Reasons for Switching to Weebly

I chose Weebly due to its low price point and recommendations from others in the industry.

It has been great overall, no big complaints.

Pros

The ease of use and ability to have our backend system connected to it for web banners, subscriber listing, member join form and more

Cons

The only negative aspect is the template cache we need to use for we pgae updates. We don't use it often but sometimes forget to run it when doing big time edits which limits the amount of time a oage may be fuklly updated.

Easy to use

Overall Good. I could set up my portfolio site and manage it quite easily.

Pros

Easy to use and set up. I could create pages and layouts quite easily and it certaily offers more templates today than in the past.

Cons

At some point it merged Squarespace and the login became confusing. I had to move to a more flexible web builder, but I can recommend Weebly for quick and easy set up.

Success with Weeble

Pros

Weebly is very easy to learn, use and implement. The free version has so many features that its great to try it out before you buy it.

Cons

It can be tough to edit Weebly from the phone app but we haven't had a need to make changes on the fly, so it's been okay to not have phone editability.

Great for those who can make alot from a little

Overall Weebly is very cost effective and easy to navigate. This is great starter website for all who need a digital footprint online. For those who are more advanced it allows you to set up a secure website as well.

Pros

One of the luxuries is this product is that it is free. This website provides different themes to start you off and then you build from there. They make it easy to embed different links like payment buttons and pictures you want displayed. You can change colors, add text, titles and themes. Overall any administrator with a creative eye should be able to navigate this site.

Cons

My main irritant about Weebly is the "powered by Weebly"water mark that remains on every page. Everyone who visits your page will know your site is through Weebly. Also there are not many themes when getting started. You have a few to get started with but it's up to you to make it original.

Alternatives Considered

Reasons for Switching to Weebly

It was more cost effective. It started off as just trying it out until the website actually started looking good.

Things Change

I truly loved working with the website builder because it was quick and easy to make changes. I wish I could have continued using it because of that, but I couldn’t afford to continue.

Cons

Over time, features changed, integration lacked and syncing went away without notice.

User friendly platform to create a website using in built templates and publish it on web

Helps to boost the keyword ranking from an SEO point of view as it has a great drag-and-drop facility with various features and functionality to manage the website. Easy to have a backup with unlimited storage space and pages as well. Integration works smoothly

Pros

Safe and secure platform with free SSL certificate, as for the ecommerce website payment method is very easy because of integration with Square Online. Even, have e-commerce themes that are already optimized for SEO and all marketing needs including shopping cart, item options, inventory management, in-store pickup, coupons, Square gift cards and much more.

Cons

Unable to install any software, more design options can added moreover there is poor optimization for mobile user.
