Wrike- transform the way you work
Wrike allows me to be flexible in the way I organize work, and see work with the dashboards. By using this I never lose track of my projects and tasks, and can easily communicate with other team members. It absolutely increases our work efficiency.
Pros
Wrike has a unique ability to organize work in the way that many other project management systems do not. It's a simple element of the platform, but it makes a world of a difference when you. start onboarding multiple teams across multiple departments. It also has strengths in cross-departmental collaboration, work and file sharing.
Cons
It take's some time to learn your way around the platform and get the full benefits from it. But once you do, the value you can unlock is amazing.
Reasons for Switching to Wrike
Wrike has better features for creative and marketing teams, and also has better organization for multi-departmental use- Industry: Machinery

Powerful and Customizable Project Management Tool
My overall experience with Wrike has been positive. It can significantly improved team collaboration and task management. The customization options allow us to tailor it to our specific project needs, though it took some time to familiarize ourselves with all its features.
Pros
Wrike offers robust project management features with a high level of customization. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to set up projects, assign tasks, and track progress. The real-time collaboration tools, such as document editing and instant notifications, improve team communication and workflow efficiency. Integration with other popular tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams adds to its versatility.
Cons
The learning curve can be steep, particularly for new users unfamiliar with project management software. The wealth of features and customization options might feel overwhelming initially. Additionally, some users might find the pricing structure a bit high, especially smaller teams or startups looking for a budget-friendly solution.
Reasons for Switching to Wrike
Wrike was chosen for its advanced project management features and high degree of customization. Compared to ClickUp, Wrike offered more comprehensive reporting and a more robust set of tools for managing complex projects. While Proggio has a unique approach to project visualization, Wrike's real-time collaboration features and integrations made it more suitable for our team's needs. As for monday.com, although it's user-friendly, Wrike provided a more in-depth suite of tools for project tracking, which was crucial for our workflow.- Industry: Automotive

It has a positive impact on project management.
Wrike allows us to have a complete and detailed view of the work that is being done with one or several projects at a time. The dashboard of this platform has allowed us to better organize collaborative work by being able to manage team tasks in a simple way, without so many processes in the assignment of tasks. This platform is not only another organizer for project management but also provides data efficiently to the main project administrators and thus be more effective with delivery times. The reports with this platform are the most important of all the benefits obtained with this platform since they are generated instantly and are very clear with the project data, they can be generated at any time, thus showing the status of the managed projects.
Pros
The most positive impact of this platform is the resources they have available on the website with examples of the use of all their tools. This has been quite useful since this platform requires enormous patience to be able to use it correctly and not get lost in the implementation process within a company regardless of its size. I also like the way in which projects can be viewed, I can have a clear visualization of the tracking of all employees involved in the different projects and know the status of each of their tasks, this has been able to help me manage collaboration in teams and know if the established deadlines are being met, all of this happening in real time. I feel that the integration has been one of the most complete features of this platform, practically any popular software or platform can be easily integrated into Wrike without requiring cumbersome configurations.
Cons
This platform is not intuitive at all, and it is even clear that it requires going through a steep learning curve to properly manage this platform and not get lost in the process, as well as wasting time when managing projects. The way in which the panels can be customized within this platform could be improved; there is not much flexibility with respect to the colors that can be selected. In addition, the configuration of the custom fields is very limited, so this makes me work with just enough and I do not feel that I have total freedom of customization. It is difficult to combine tasks with projects in the reports, even in the panel; I find it uncomfortable to have these separate sections when they should be in the same place with a detailed view of each of the tasks in the same project, so most of the time I have to resort to manually joining these reports that are generated separately.

I wish we could come back!
I think I can answer best if I go chronologically how it happened and how it affected me, good and bad. . I feel that will explain the roller coaster life of a sales assistant in media. At first, I was terrified, what was this new shiny thing? And how do I do my job and learn what all this does? Then while we were training, my eyes were opened to what I could achieve. Setting it up to work how I worked, and not having to do something a certain way just because that's how someone else does it, was liberating. Then it was taken away. That was a dark day indeed. We've gotten used to how it works now, but if I had an option I would go back in a minute. Using copy and paste cut down on the annoyance of having to note things more than once, and it's a small price to pay.
Pros
I liked how it was customizable, and I often would switch from board view to list view to get a different perspective and keep things fresh. I liked how quick the updates were, and the ease of use. None of us were familiar with Wrike, and we got a crash course. Some took to it faster - getting used to the sub-tasks and they went in much deeper. But that was what made it work for all of us. We all work differently and my co-worker may get a task done more efficiently by making multiple sub-tasks and working through them while I do better with a check-list. (Oh, how I loved the checklist!)
Cons
From an end-user point of view, my biggest complaint was that our sales team didn't use Wrike. This caused us to have to duplicate communications with the sales team. For example, we would have to put on our Wrike ticket that we completed the task and document how we did it for our management team, but then we'd have to do it again in Salesforce for the sales team. There was a good side to that as well though. It was as if we could use our Wrike tickets to freely communicate, and measure our words more carefully when we were writing to the sales team in salesforce. So even that wasn't so bad.
The main thing I didn't like was the fact that we don't use it anymore. We were told by upper management that we needed something more granular and that we had tweaked Wrike as much as we could. But, to be honest, I think it was the fact that we've used Salesforce for such a long time and I don't see that changing, so they developed a sales support request system that lives in salesforce. It works, but I do miss Wrike.
