A hidden gem for managers
Excellent software witha good price point for small companies.
Pros
This software has really important tools which can be found in other software but done in a really accesible, enterprise connected way. Our company uses several zoho tools which had become essential in our functioning.
Cons
A little bit difficult, it lacks the simplicity of software like Monday, but it's amazing in some other ways.

Easy to use and intuitive
It was excellent, I liked it, maybe in the future we will take it into account as our project manager. In the meantime we will use the free

I like the interface that is easy to use and understand for the end user, and it is also quite intuitive.
Cons
What I liked least is that it does not have the option of a real time timer to record the time. (It is worth mentioning that if it has a section to record a time manually)

A decent option as a project management tool
We use Zoho Projects from time to time to manage the deliverables within a large project with multiple people working on it.
Pros
We liked the ability to be able to collaborate with coworkers on projects and set specific deadlines on tasks within the project.
Cons
As avid Zoho users, we found this app a little more challenging to navigate and use compared to other Zoho apps.

It was an average experience. Light tool for small projects works perfectly.
Pros
It is a very simple tool for tracking project progress based on tickets. Very basic tool would recommend it for a small projects. I liked the way search works in this tool and populates all the relevant items.
Cons
Reporting, graphs and many more featured like rich text editing are missing.

First Time User's Experience
Neither of us had used Zoho Projects before, but I was very happy with the way the app helped us stay on track and complete our event.
Pros
This app was easy for me and my assistant to use to keep track of the many steps in a large, complex event we produced.
Cons
I had not used an app like this before, and Zoho Projects is set up to handle a wide variety of tasks, so it took a bit to understand which parts I needed and which parts I didn't need. But it all made sense.

I can access all of our research files in one location with integrated document management. Project directors can monitor progress and make decisions in real time using project data, which is also very beneficial for project reporting and analytics.

Productivity can be negatively impacted by occasional lag or slow loading times, particularly on larger projects with numerous tasks and dependencies.
