Zoho CRM is an excellent CRM choice
I have used Zoho CRM for a very long time to successfully manage business development efforts for our organization. It is a top tier application with the features to go along with it.
Pros
Many features as well as integration capability with other Zoho applications as well as ability configure, even with the free level. Setting follow-up actions/tasks is probably one of the most useful features.
Cons
Would like better reporting features with more flexibility. Otherwise an amazing product.

It's a no-go for me
If you absolutely can't use another CRM, then go with this, I guess, but be aware that it will be a very long process to learn to use it.
Pros
I have nothing to share, I genuinely dislike everything about this CRM. The abundance of things overwhelm a first time user.
Cons
Organization, ease of use in general and the incredible abundance of functions that offers that are just there... It seems the sky is the limit but the most basic stuff it does wrong. You want a simple template that shows all relevant information for a client without fishing every corner of the screen for it or going away of the initial page to get all the relevant data. Seriously don't recommend.

Great for small businesses
The experience is perfect. I woulddefinetely recommend to use zoho. If your business is just starting or have few employees you should try it. And if you are growing fast is great too because the commercial plan is affordable.
Pros
It has a free plan where you can start working without paying. This is very useful for small businesses. Easy to constomize and up to 3 users freely. The documentation to understand how it works is very complete. The customer service is very good and fast.
Cons
The free version, of course, is limited in the configuration. But still works OK for a small business.

I just started using it but overall a good experience.
It has been positive and seems less expensive than other similar CRM options on the market.
Pros
Still learning but it seems to have what is needed for my startup! I am working to look at the Professional version. So far I have started with the free version. It also has a lot of potential as my business grows.
Cons
Unsure at this time. I am still very new but if you break it down piece by piece it is not difficult to use.

Robust when needed but ready to try the lightweight trial
Pros
The level of customization was intense but would be great for a larger, more developed organization that is using their CRM much more robustly.
Cons
I wasn't aware I went straight into the enterprise edition, which was so much more than we needed and actually prevented folks from wanting to get into the platform and play around. The free didn't offer the tiny bit of customization I needed so I now need to write a review to try out the standard. No worries, but wish I would have known more going into the trial.

ZOHO ONE and ZOHO CRM
Pros
Various pricing tiers, including a free version with basic features; user interface of Zoho CRM is fairly user-friendly; Great Customization options!; integrates seamlessly with other Zoho applications as well as third-party apps, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Zapier, and social media platforms.
It also offers automation.
Mobile Accessibility with the app
Cons
Zoho CRM is user-friendly, but mastering its full range of features and customization options requires time and training, especially for users who are new to CRM software. There is limited customer support with long response times and difficulty in getting timely assistance for technical issues or queries.
I personally have had a few issues with some minor glitches and the first response back is always some canned response that is annoying. After about 3 tries, they then ask you to send a video of the issue, and then MAYBE someone will help fix it all. There are still issues I am having after a year that have not been fixed, and these glitches are affecting my automation.
For complex customization, may require technical expertise or assistance from Zoho's professional services, which incurs additional costs.
Scalability: While Zoho CRM is suitable for small to medium-sized businesses, some larger enterprises may find its scalability limited compared to other CRM solutions on the market.
Other:
offline functionality of Zoho CRM is limited, which may pose challenges for users who frequently work in environments with poor or no internet connectivity.

Zoho CRM is an intuitive and handy tool for maintaining excellent customer relationships.
As crucial as they are, maintaining healthy customers relationships wasn't always easy for us up until we employed Zoho CRM to assist us. It has helped us to have a free space to interact with our customers which has seen us build very healthy relationships with them. More to just communicating, Zoho CRM allows us to manage our customers information with ease.
Pros
The automation workflows in Zoho CRM which are making our daily routine tasks less efforts and time demanding and more precise. The contact management that help us keep our customer information well organized. The customer communication features which allows us to interact freely with our customers at any time. Zoho CRM reporting and analytics features which are keeping us on the lookout for the ways to improve our customer relationships.

Zoho CRM for managing customers at fraction cost
Overall a positive experience for the price we have paid for this tool. As more and more users are starting to use this tool, I expect to have better features developed in future.
Pros
Cost is most important feature and graphics made available makes the tool more pleasing then just crunching numbers everyday. As install base is growing, we are able to recruit team members who have used this tool in some way or shape in their past lives. Internet calling feature to protect our identity is a great feature.
Cons
Internet calling phone numbers sometimes show up as spam calling on customers cellphone which is concerning.

Zoho CRM Admin for over a decade!
Pros
What help us choose Zoho CRM over other platforms is the customization. This allowed us to put together a custom tailored user experience. As our company has grown we have been able to take advantage of the integration with other platforms. Zoho CRM workflows i.e. automations are heaven sent! We have been able to automate so many of our emails, field updates, quotes and sales orders etc. To keep things simple this CRM is flexible, scalable and has a ton of options.
Cons
Because you have so much flexibility the learning curve can be a bit overwhelming at first. We are on a ZohoOne Enterprise edition and the ZohoOne team has help me countless times with Flows and integrations. When searching for a phone number it can be picky, for example if I have a phone number 888-888-8888 i have to include the hyphen. I can't just search the phone number 8888888888.

My overall experience with Zoho CRM was positive. The platform offered a wide range of features that were essential for managing customer relationships, tracking sales, and improving workflow efficiency. I found it to be very customizable, which allowed me to tailor it to specific business needs.
Pros
What I liked most about Zoho CRM is its user-friendly interface and customizable features. The ability to tailor the platform to specific business needs, such as automating workflows and creating custom reports, made it very efficient. I also appreciated the integration with various third-party apps, which streamlined processes and enhanced productivity.

Really Simple Dashboard and Nice Huge Fonts
Dashboard is clean and airy and colorful. The fonts are nice and big wich makes contact finding nice and easy. It doesn;t feel overwhelimg even if it's a CRM.
Pros
I love the simplicity of the dashboard. The fonts are nice and easy to skim. Contacts are arranged nicely and leads are easy to find and categorise. The dashboard isn't too crowded to a point where you can't find what you are looking for. I love the relaxing color choice of pink and blue: It makes work nice and fun. I also love that there's lots of fields to work with when entering lead data which enables us to collect as nuch information about a client as possible and hence create customised business solutions for out clients. It's esy to see the status of each lead and notifications come quick and in a way that's not too obnoxious or alarming.
Cons
The navigation bar can be hidden and confusing. Somebuttons have a tendency to be slow and to load slowly. You may be redirected to n ad landing page on certain features which can be frustrating given the pressure of work.
