One of the Best!
Great overall. It's better than most. Room for improvement (if not in price points) than in a UI/X and less to no errors.
Pros
Constant Contact has the BEST customer service. Top notch!
Cons
At this price point, there should be NO bugs in usage. Still, however, there are issues when trying to do a few things. As good as they are, and better than most, there if much room for UI/X improvement!
Reasons for Switching to Constant Contact
Mailchimp was not worth the barely cheaper cost since I was already familiar with Constant Contact. And the Acumbamail UI/X needs improvement to compete with Constant Contact...even at a lower price point.- Industry: Nonprofit Organization Management

Amazing Software for any organization!
We started using this when our organization was founded and it has been our staple software since. We use it to track how many people are engaging with our community. We can see if folks click through to go deeper, it truly is amazing! We've thought about changing over the years, but just cannot fathom not using it!
Pros
The variety of templates coupled with the opportunity to track who reads, clicks, etc. is invaluable at our knowing who is engaging with our community. Also, the variety of "offerings" through Constant Contact. It is more than an email system.
Cons
There are a few quirks with the system. Example - we have multiple admin emails in the system, but it will not allow us to choose a different "from" email as the default. It is one of our employees and needs to be a different one. This is not a game changer, you just have to remember to change the email if you start a brand new email stream. Talked with Customer Service and they said this is something they are working on.

MailchimpReasons for Switching to Constant Contact
The amount of Constant Contact stands out as a better choice than Mailchimp for many users due to its simplicity, robust customer support, and practical features. Its user-friendly interface makes it accessible for beginners, offering straightforward navigation and tools that don’t overwhelm. The platform excels in contact management with intuitive tagging and grouping features, making audience segmentation seamless. Additionally, Constant Contact provides clear engagement tracking, offering actionable insights to improve campaign performance.- Industry: Automotive

Great Software, Lacks Reporting
The product is great to use, however, the lack of in depth reporting makes it difficult to target our campaigns
Pros
Easy to use drag and drop email template editor with a nice set of features.
Cons
The lack of reporting to the degree we require as a business.

Expensive but world class
Constant Contact is a bit more expensive compared to some other email marketing platforms, but I feel like you’re paying for the ease of use and reliability. It’s definitely one of the more user-friendly tools out there, especially if you’re not super tech-savvy. For the features it offers, especially the event management it’s worth it, but I do think there are cheaper options if you’re just looking for basic email marketing.
Pros
CC has amazing delivery, honestly there is no better provider for making sure your email gets to the inbox. On top of that everything is very easy to use and their support is world class. Not always available but always helpful.
Cons
Really expensive to be honest. Also they can be very strict about what your allowed to send.
Reasons for Switching to Constant Contact
No one has delivery like constant contact. If you want to be sure an email gets through their is no better option.Response from Constant Contact

Hi Michael. Thank you for your review! I'm glad that your experience was good overall, however I want to clarify that unsubscribed contacts do not count towards your billing amount. Bounced contacts count, but there's still a possibility they are valid email addresses that just need to be investigated and cleared away, if necessary.
I hope that helps!

Constant contact makes it easy to manage relationships
Pros
Easy to maintain customer contacts and leads list. Good for scheduling texts and emails.
Cons

Constant Contact is a game changer for marketing communication and so much more!
Amazing! Constant Contact covers most of our marketing communication needs with their many tools, ease of developing a campaign or email, and their customer service is there to help every step of the way when you need it.
Pros
Their customer service is amazing! Also, the flexibility, ease of use, the many templates, not just email marketing, but surveys, event registration and management, ability to test your message before it is sent, and what you get for the price is also attractive. It is overall the best for marketing emails, event registration, tracking success, managing your database of contacts, surveying, and it is easy to learn. Plus, everything is managed in one place so you can do data segmentation for targeted marketing, manage your information more effectively, run reports, and maintain the information you capture easily.
Cons
I have used Constant Contact for several years. There hasn't been many cons. Sometimes your emails will end up in Spam, but they do everything to try to provide suggestions to mitigate that. They have continued to invest and listen to their customers.

Reliable Newsletter option
Overall I enjoy using Constant Contact, it's easy to create good content. Tools are accessible.
Pros
I like that it's easy to create new mailings and add/delete sections, photos, etc. I like the library where I can organize my uploaded pictures, posters, etc for easy access. I like that I can quickly copy an old mailing into the next week's mailings.
Cons
When I am using my desktop, there is a new AI feature that blocks the delete button for text boxes. I figured out how to scroll over and find the delete button but it was not intuitive and really slowed me down last week.

Constant Contact - excellent template & drag and drop builder
I like the interface, it's easy to use and I understand the appeal of using Constant Contact as a emailing application
Pros
It is VERY easy to start from scratch with constant contact. Even without design experience, it's easy to bring your brand kit into the interface and begin sending out your first newsletter.
Cons
The price. There is no free plan (for let's say up to 500 contacts). If i'm just starting to build my business the price is prohibitively expensive.

A solution that works and does not require major effort to setup
It just works and did not require a bunch of back and forth with support like some cheaper solutions required
Pros
Was very easy to get setup properly with subdomain to send emails using custom subdomain for marketing purposes and not impact normal email domains.
Cons
It is a luttle expensive but you do get what you pay for so the added cost for less hassle is a worthwile return

I love that in constant contact we can integrate with various third-party applications and platforms, such as e-commerce systems, CRM tools, and social media, which enhances its functionality and allows for a more unified marketing approach.
Pros

A User-Friendly Email Marketing Platform
Overall, Constant Contact is a solid email marketing platform for designers, offering a user-friendly interface and effective tools for creating and tracking campaigns, but it may not provide the depth of customization that more experienced designers might prefer.
Pros
It's easy to use and offers a variety of customizable templates, which is great for graphic designers who need to create visually appealing email campaigns without starting from scratch. The platform also provides useful analytics to track the performance of email campaigns, which helps designers understand how their designs are resonating with audiences.
Cons
While the templates are customizable, they can sometimes feel limiting compared to the full design freedom a graphic designer might want. Additionally, the platform’s email builder can be clunky, and some elements may not always display as expected across different email clients.

Produces regular campaigns and provides accurate data
Constant Contact supported our marketing plans and organized campaigns at all stages, and the data maintained continuity in evaluating campaigns and taking lessons for future campaigns.
Pros
Constant Contact creates regularity for email campaigns, as the completed campaign becomes a reference for future campaigns, giving the workflow a unique smoothness. The templates are wonderful, and cooperation is guaranteed with Constant Contact. We jointly adopt a main campaign and divide it into sub-campaigns easily. I love how easy it is to break down the main menus and easily link them to their designated part of the campaign. The collected data is expressive and rich in detail, and we always benefit from it to find those who are most seriously interested in our products.
Cons
The negatives are not many, I just hope that Constant Contact lifts some restrictions to modify templates more freely, and I would like more wonderful templates.

Constant Contact is one of the best but not the cheapest
I like Constant Contact. Setting up and beginning campaigns didn't take long, and the template library makes it even easier. Like most business owners, there aren't enough hours in the day, Constant Contact, unlike some competitors, is straightforward and your first email campaign is just a few clicks away.
Pros
interface is good, system is easy to use and has a lot of templates to choose from.
Cons
I found it a little pricey with the top tier at around £70 upwards a month. As a small business it was a big ask. A company with a larger turnover would find it more cost effective.
Response from Constant Contact

Dive deeper into digital marketing channels
Best tool to define goals, target and develop a digital marketing plan that reaches the audience. It also provide direction for a given campaign and a framework for evaluating outcomes.
Pros
This tool is the centerpiece of my digital marketing activities. It represents products and brands in a clear and memorable way leaving a lasting impression on the target market. It is mobile friendly and easy to navigate. Has a great email marketing approach which sees to it that transition of leads into customers is smooth and effortless.
Cons
Everything is fine. It is an affordable tool to avoid the challenges faced in the digital world. However, the main challenge my colleagues have raised is the difficulty in cancelling the subscription. Some of them wanted to withdraw but it was hard for them.

Constantly Contact the Contact
My overall experience with Constant Contact is that it delivers what I need in making quick and easy forms
Pros
What I like the most about the Constant Contact is the ease of use of the program and the different templates that can be found in their library, and the presentation of the analytics of the feedback of the users
Cons
The least that I like about the program is the UI in needs a room of improvement, but nonetheless it is still easy to use.
