Not having to change the system over and over to run weekly payroll, like I did with Quickbooks. It was a nightmare before we switched. Weekly 941 deposits and quarterly UTC6 reports are completed without a single late payment--that seemed to plague our in house system. The accuracy is incredible and job costing is effortless. > > **Cons**: First Con turned Pro: Recording time cards into the P4C systems, seemed redundant, time consuming, and left room for error. We are working with WorkMax and now upload reviewed and approved time cards automatically into P4C in seconds. Second Con: We rely heavily on direct deposit and on the rare occasions we have to print a local check we always have to have help. Too much time in between occasions a real check is required has kept us from performing this task with confidence. However, we always receive help quickly when needed. > > My experience with P4C has been great\! When we initially began we were using QuickBooks and it was amazing how our trainer/coordinator handled the account numbers and workers comp codes in QuickBooks. The main reason we we changed our accounting system over to Foundation was because of the professionalism and positive experience with P4C.
