Overall experience for Bill AP & AR is great. Some features is easy to adopt. It's quite expensive for this software.
Pros
What I like the most is easy to use and user friendly.
Cons
You need to edit some fields to your Invoice once you received to your email, AI automation is not accurate for this features needs to improve.

We use this system with a specific client and it has made invoice submission and receiving so easy to track where it is in the process, it sends automated reminders on payment, and you have the ability to see when it is approved for payment submission, and progression of payment.
Pros
Incredibly easy set up to create, submit, and track invoices being sent to clients to ensure timely collection. Streamlined billing dramatically, ability to set up profiles for clients to make invoice submission a click of the button, with a lot of automation features that saves us hours.
Cons
The vendor gets charged if they want payment to be released to their ACH faster, I believe this should be on the part of the company receiving the services as many times we paid the fee because they were behind in submitting payment. For smaller invoices the fees add up.

Mixed Feelings
Overall, I have found that their customer service is good which is important when needed. Our other product, Xero, has ZERO customer service. If I had to decide between these two products mentioned here, I would definitely pick BILL.
Pros
This is easy on the eyes and very user friendly which important to me.
Cons
Our company has this integrated with Xero and I do not feel they work well together without duplication.

Perfect billing solution for businesses small and large!
Overall, I have been extremely happy using BILL. My clients are easily able to access and pay invoices, and I am able to set up my clients with recurring invoices, to alleviate extra work for me.
Pros
BILL is very easy to use, with lots of options for sending out invoices, receiving payments, etc
Cons
As with most software, BILL pushes hard for you to pay to upgrade your account.

Great app for simplified business accounting
All experience has been relatively simplified and one of the better business accounts to manage Business expenses, and cash flow
Pros
I like how easy it was to set up an immediately put to use in order to get paid from customers with various payment options
Cons
I don’t like that there aren’t more options for the subscription. All the options available are kind of pricey.

Bill.com is the slowest invoicing and funding provider of them all.
Worst ever. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes for an answer from chat support. It doesn't feel like anyone really cares about our time.
Pros
Bill.com is secure and it integrates with most accounting platforms.
Cons
The customer (not us) has a lot of control in scheduling the payment amount and date. The customer can also change the scheduled date even after it looks like its been paid. Whereas from our shoes we need to know we have been paid before we ship the product. After the invoice shows as paid the funding takes 7-8 business days or longer by ACH. This just isn't competitive. Its obvious that in addition to the 79 fee for use of the software that most of their revenue is generated by float on both our receivables and our payables. We don't want anyone to wait. It's important that all parties get paid as immediate as possible.

Best AP AR solution for smaller businesses
Pros
BILL accounts payable automated all the invoice processing of payments and approval, including vendor management. The user interface of BILL is also excellent and easy to navigate.
Cons
BILL does not support purchase orders or custom fields such project codes.

Very simple to use
Overall I appreciate the ease of use and all the features on BILL Accounts Payable & Receivable; it is very simple to use and very practical.
Pros
I like the timeliness of the invoices and it comes right to my app on my phone.
Cons
I thought it would provide an itemized breakdown of earnings but it does not automatically appear under the invoices. It is not very detailed.

Highly efficient program that every business should use.
The software has been instrumental in automating financial operations at my company and has had a profound effect on the effectiveness and precision of our bookkeeping.
Pros
Having several options for making and receiving payments is really convenient. We particularly appreciate the centralized accounting for both payables and receivables and the flexibility to modify approval methods.
Cons
There are certain annoyances and clumsiness that need to be worked out. If you click into one of the selected bills to view its underlying image, for instance, you will deselect all of the bills you have previously approved and will have to do so again.

My 2 years experience with Bill.com
Pros
- We use BILL(Bill.com) for processing and payment of invoices and to manage vendors. - We are able to use Bill.com provide timely payments and managing vendors. - AI recognitions of invoices is useful- Easy to enter bills, track bills and apply payment to bills which are already paid.- Availability of reports.- Availability of payment methods like Check and E-payment for US vendors and Wire for international vendors.
Cons
- Sometimes facing issues with connecting vendors to E-payment or Wire payment.- Tech support is only available by chat.- Sync errors should give more detail on what's causing the issue- There are no issues apart from above, if i encounter any issues in future i can edit this review.

A Fast Convenient way to pay bills for any size business.
Mostly ver smooth and efficient way to process high volumes of payments and insure accuracy in the payment amounts, payee etc.
Pros
I love that you can issue payments using a bank account or a credit card with a fairly quick turnaround time. The pricing of Bill is also very competitive compared to our other options.
Cons
Virtual card payments are not something I love. Also, Bill has automatically connected me with vendors that are not the vendor I had entered, so there is an opportunity for improvement in the network connections.

How I Use Bill.com
I think it's very useful, easy, well-structured, and allows users of varying levels the appropriate views. Our [sensitive content hidden] and our accountants use it much differently than I do, but we all get exactly what we need from it. I think that's what makes bill.com a great tool.
Pros
I like how it's a complex platform, but my tasks are bare bones and basic and I can navigate to information a variety of different ways and get answers. You can be a low level user and still see the information you need, without having to go down a bunch of rabbit holes. It's forensic and basic at the same time.
Cons
I can't think of anything I don't like about this platform.

Bill , automate invoices
Something that could stand out and that helps its use a lot is its interface is simple without complicated menus and easy to use, this makes it productive and easy to adapt to new users, since it doesn’t require as much training to become familiar with the platform, in addition to has predefined templates that are ready to use
Pros
What I like about Bill is that it helps to automate finances. In my company we use it to process invoices and it does so in a matter of minutes. I like that it can be done in many ways to upload an invoice from your computer, emails or from your mobile phone with just a photo, Bill is a great help for the digital transformation of finance. He is scalable and can quickly generate invoices. Bill has a track status system that notifies if an invoice has been sent and thus have better control.
Cons
Something I don't like is that customer service is very slow to answer, when you need immediate attention this can be critical, since it delays the process due to long waiting times. A problem I've had is that I can't send many emails since they take it as duplicates, but this is due to the slow response they give in this way.

BILL for Web Developers
Pros
It creates very professional looking pdf invoices and you can adjust the templates to however you like. The best thing about it is that it supports multiple currencies.
Cons
If you are moving from another billing software, it can be difficult to transfer all data and very time consuming to transfer it smoothly.

Getting our money on time
Pros
Some clients pay our invoices through Bill and it's so easy, Set up took a minute but after that, it's completely, well, non complicated. Like a good flight, when someone asks you about your flight you say "uh, it was fine.' because everything went as expected. Bill is the same.
Cons
Sometimes on high use days the interface is not as lightning fast as it is on other days.

Really great product that was implemented for a client and used for almost 2 years by us (supporting the client with finance and operations as they grew) and we recommend/implement this with ALL of our clients that need FP+A and related services; we connect this and other key CRMs to Mosaic Tech and make magic happen!

Bill.com saves us hours each week!
overall, we are thankful it was recommended to us bc it saves time and helps with record keeping

The automation of bill payments, invoicing from staff for reimbursements, direct deposit options, and that we no longer print any checks ourselves, this along has saved us hours each month. Also, keeps track of all payments for tax purposes.
Cons
Sometimes it syncs with QB but there are errors. Bill.com no longer syncs with Expensify, which adds another layer of work for us if reimbursements are in Expensify.

Worst Experience with Any Bill Payment Provider
Pros
We did not have any good experience with Bill.
Cons
Bill.com was been the worst payment provider our business has ever worked with. The customer service email disregards everything that you say, they do not allow you to call in with any questions or concerns. The company withheld funds for work we had performed for over 4 weeks without cause. This is a very shady and untrustworthy enterprise!
