Easy, clean form-creation application that works well for my small business
Since switching to Wix for our website design and implementation, we tried a few form applications from ones built-in to Wix to others available on the marketplace for free or nearly free, but none could compete with Jotform. It is so easy to use, easy to design new forms, and the pricing is reasonable.
Pros
Clean, easy forms for application on your website to communicate with potential and existing customers.
Cons
The confirmation emails that are sent to customers often go to spam and there seems to be no way to correct this.

Creating beautiful designs and forms for any purpose.
A huge time saver and great customization options available.
Pros
Forms created with Jotform can be accessed anywhere, anytime online directly from the browser in any device. Has great form generator tools and templates which brings customization closer in terms of fonts, form layouts and design elements.
Cons
Jotform is just unique and tailored to our needs. It is however more expensive compared to its alternatives which makes it less popular.

Keep getting suspensed, but customer service is not helpful and
Very annoyed, since I am not doing anything wrong, I have read their terms of agreement, and I am following the rules. I clarified what they thought was wrong accepted my issue and went on to ignore it once again.
Pros
Found it functional. It’s easy to create logic paths.
Cons
I keep getting suspended for not good reason and customer service has not been helpful. I got suspended so I contacted the support team, I received a message saying that they could see that there was no ill-intend, but remained suspended. I then went on for 2-days trying to fix this, finally got an answer from someone saying it would be unsuspended and I asked what I could do for it to not happened again. I followed her advice to the letter and haven't gone into the account in five days. Today I find that it is suspended again. Not only that, but I can't seem to respond to customer service messages because the only form of communication is through a 'thread' to which they as you to log in. Which I am not allowed since my account is suspended. In the first time I was being able to do this, but not sure what is happening now. Please use another software.

Great data collection platform
Jotform have been easy to work with, the product is flexible and service is super fast
Pros
Jotform is an extremely flexible platform with the ability to integrate multiple business functions into one place with relatively limited need for technical knowledge.
It is robust, trustworthy and has great customer support.
Jotform are easy to work with and reasonably priced and feature rich vs competitors.
Cons
When on an enterprise account you have to add new users in blocks of 5, which is inconvenient for smaller enterprise businesses like ours

One of the Best Form Builders I've Ever Used!
Pros
From a design standpoint: I like the drag and drop interface, I like the clean, professional designs of the forms (especially, the one-question at a time form view). From a functionality standpoint: I like that you can essentially set up a simple form within 5 minutes, I like the robust features, particularly the conditional logic which allows you to customize the next steps (i.e. next visible question, thank you/confirmation page, etc.) based on how people answer certain questions. And I haven't even really explored all of the features so I'm sure I will find more to like.
Cons
I may be doing something wrong but I haven't been able to get workflow to do what I actually want it to do.

Solid way to capture client info
Overall I have been very happy with Jotform.
Pros
I have used Jot Form for a variety of projects. I love how it can capture and sort information from prospective customers, employees and current customers so easy.
Cons
As with all subscription based things, I don't love paying more for services than I have to. The pricing hasn't been bad though.

Good product, long time customers
Pros
Ease of use, anybody in the company can use it, but it's also powerful enough to fulfill all out needs.
Cons
The autosave is broken, frequently need to triple check that the form has saved, a manual button in addition to auto save would solve this. The fact you need to clear the form cache every now and again or the forms break also is bad.

Made our informal processes compliant
Pros
Jotform has helped formalised a few different processes that we have running in our stores where a contractual agreement and it being signed off is necessary. Previously we would have this in a more informal manner but we have had to change that for compliance reasons. More specifically, this helped us keep track of loan devices we provide by having the customer sign off on the agreement and the condition of the device prior to being handed over. The website builder is easy enough to use and responses/results are easy to share to other parties that need to view it. It was disappointing to find out that Microsoft Forms does not allow for a way to e-sign on forms but that was what drove the implementation of JotForm in our org. We also currently have it configured to integrate with Sharepoint so that the files are also being backed up there for an additional layer of redundancy.

Nothing in particular, helped us formalise some key processes in our business.

Very easy to use but a bit pricy.
Overall, I have found JotForm easy to use and am still learning much of what is available. Their biggest downfall so far is their customer services, they do respond but mainly with generic answers that really do not help with specific enquiries.
Pros
There is a wide range is fields available which makes forms highly customizable. The form builder interface is easy to use.
The final form is clean and well presented, even with the default overlay.
There are many integrations to choose from.
Cons
The price is quite high especially as there are alternatives available that are much cheaper.
Support is very sparse and a little erratic with questions being answered is a very generic way.
Integrations are not very straightforward to set up.

Essential, With a Touch of Fine-Tuning Needed
Overall, Jotform has been a real asset to us. It’s easy to set up, doesn’t take a tech expert to manage, and has made our workflows way more efficient. There’s been a huge reduction in paperwork, which means more time for us to focus on our students and community. For us, it’s become a core tool that helps everything run more smoothly.
Pros
The best thing about Jotform is how flexible and easy it is to use. We run a music school, and we rely on it for so many things—approvals, class sign-ups, financial aid applications, donation forms, you name it. The approval flows are simple to set up, which keeps things moving, and the integrations with our payment processors and Google Drive save us a ton of time on the back end. It feels like the platform just “gets” our needs.
Cons
I’d say the occasional glitches can be frustrating. Sometimes integrations need to be relinked, approvals don’t always go through, or buttons that were there yesterday seem to disappear today. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it’s enough that we’ve created a double-check system for ourselves just in case.

Best app for creating and managing documents.
My experience has been great. The platform meets all my company's needs and leaves me very satisfied with the aesthetics and organization of the documents I offer my clients and store easily in my company.
Pros
I like the practicality of the app, the way it keeps documents organized and the variety of documents we can create within the app. I like that I can create the document according to my company's visual identity and that I can offer easy-to-complete documents to my clients. I also like the fact that I have no trouble finding the documents I'm looking for because the app allows me to find the document I'm looking for using a keyword. I really like being able to offer the signature feature in the same document where I pass on information. Jotform really is everything a company needs to be organized.

Nothing. Jotform really meets all my needs at the moment.

No writing codes creating forms with Jotform.
It has been a very simple yet effective experience with Jotform and we are very impressed how everything has worked perfectly for us. It was so easy to learn how to use Jotform and it uses drag and drop form creation technology which is quicker and simply compared to writing codes.
Pros
Jotform drag and drop form editor makes form creation very undemanding for us. The editor is very much loaded with premium form design tools that help craft very beautiful forms for almost every functionality. Jotform advanced security helps keep all forms and their data safe from any kind of security threats.
Cons
Jotform has offered us everything we have needed to create forms and there has been no cons so far.

The true value of Jotform is its no-code form builder. It is very easy to use.
The overall experience with Jotform has been much more better than what we could imagine. It has helped us overcome all the hurdles we used to encounter when creating forms for our project work. Jotform form builder has great form design tools that makes our forms very stunning in design.
Pros
With Jotform, it is easily possible to create a broad range of file types which is time saving compared to using different products for different forms. The form builder uses drag and drop form design technology with makes it easy to interact with. Jotform has comprehensive data security features which protect our information and forms from unauthorized access.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing to like least about Jotform. All the features are satisfyingly very easy to use and responsive.

Jotform's DIY Apps are amazing
Jotform is a multifaceted hub for things form-related—and then some. My business considered them for an electronic waiver system, and I ended up using something I didn't even know I needed: their build-your-own app feature, for an employee training materials app.
Pros
A huge range of functionality. Even at the free (!) level, you can build your own app with a password to access it.
Cons
There wasn't much to dislike that I found. However, the coding is seemingly different for apps across different OS's; on Apple devices, it is difficult to save and access the app. There are workarounds (i.e. using Safari instead of Chrome to save the app as a shortcut to the home screen). On Android, it worked great!

Jotform for Non-Profit/PTO
Overall, Jotform has helped our non-profit look more professional and many of our volunteers are able to request a form and we can have that link ready for them within the hour. It has helped us with organization and has helped increase our yearly donations.
Pros
What we really love about Jotform is the ability to do customized forms, digital payments, and have a separate spreadsheet that collects all the form data. As a PTO our forms changed weekly and it was incredibly user friendly. We went from sending paper forms home to being able to send digital links with the instant ability to make a payment.
Cons
I don't really see any cons to this software. We pay for the software but its a manageable price.

Jotform Saved Us Hours
Up until April this year I couldn't fault it. The issue with the billing and the old plan we were on has left a bit of a sour taste, however, the product itself is a no brainer and we recommend it to all web devs.
Pros
As we are WP developers, there is always the issue of SMTP. Jotform solves this instantly. The quickness of deploying forms is impressive. The ability to have exactly the form fields we require is massive.
Cons
The pricing modal. We've been Jotform users for literally years. We were on a grandfathered plan that we had enjoyed for years. All of a sudden, our form limits were exceeded and view limits were exceeded. To the point where all of our forms were stopped. Speaking to support was frustrating at the time, however, we did finally manage to come to a resolution and received a reduction in price for the silver package.

I really like jot form and how easy it is to use and how quickly I can set it up.

I love that jot form is easy to use and very beginner friendly. Anyone can use it and it’s free!
Cons
I really don’t bbq want cons when it comes to jot form. It does exactly what I need it to do especially when it’s a free product.

Jotform is a smart and easy to use product for creating forms.
The experience is amazing and very seamless. Creating any form we need has become so easy for us with Jotform. It is easy to use and unlike other form builders, there is no code work.
Pros
Jotform has an e-signature function which makes e-signing so effortless. The form building tools are easy to use and very responsive making it easy to create forms. Jotform form builder is very flexible which allows us to create any kind of form with it.
Cons
Jotform ease of use has allowed us to be very comfortable using it. No issues faced.

The best platform for making forms for the last 5 years
My experience was, I think, in 2020 in another account. I have several accounts. I had to open several accounts because in my small business I cannot pay all the dues for the year because I do not use the website daily. I have some work that comes two or three times a year and I use it for only a month, which has made me not pay.
Maybe later, if there is a lot of demand, I will buy an offer and try

There are ready-made models that give ideas
The one-month free trial is renewable
INTEGRATIONS with other sites such as Google Sheet and others... is good
There are several uses that I have really benefited from
Cons
There was a point where the Arabic language was not accepted, but I think the matter has been fixed
Submissions, if you try to study the matter, add them to 200 or a little more
I don't think there are any negatives because the platform is everything you are looking for, except for those who do not know how to use the platform

JotForm is Efficient and User Friendly!
Jotform has been extremely beneficial to my role as an Administrator. It's user-friendly software that I can customize any way I like. I love the flexibility of choosing the theme, color, sequence of questions, types of questions, and the ease of sending out the form and having an auto set deadline for final submissions. It's been a real game changer for our organization and my role as the Construction Services Administrator. The import of information is also great because I can use excel to filter the responses and organize the data in easy-to-read format.
Pros
I love that I can customize everything from the color of the form to the types of questions I can ask (short answer, multiple choice, matrix style, etc...). Jotform really a One Size Fits All solution for our business.
We have several different departments and the Admin department uses it for builder surveys, voting on Building of the Year, ordering planners, equipment usge surveys, and more.
Personally, I use it to send information to our crews in the field. We have a lot of guys who are less familiar with technology and the customization of the form makes it easy to get all the information I need while making it easy on them. They love how straight-forward it is for the user. They click a link, answer questions, and submit!
I appreciate that I can create a custom link to the form.
I love how you can personalize it so much, we use our logo on all the forms we send which is a special touch.
It's super helpful that I can create a variety of forms and reuse them as needed. Some forms are used multiple times a month, and other forms are used annually; it's wonderful not to have to recreate them from scratch every time. They're just there when I need it.
It's so easy to import the responses into a spreadsheet for me to easily track and filter the responses.
Cons
I do find there is a bit of a learning curve as an Administrator of the program in trying to create the form. I sometimes get confused when trying to edit the different questions and how to do so. Sometimes it takes me quite a bit of trial and error to figure out how to change text in a specific form element, and other times, it takes me only seconds.
I also find the way the form shows responses to the matrix (multi-question) tables a bit confusing, as it jumbles all the answers into one cell/response. Thus, when I import to an excel sheet, it's almost like the questions do not separate, it puts all the answers in ONE CELL instead of a cell/column per answer. I don't like that because I have to go and modify it every time. The data collection portion is great, but the importation of data could use some work. However, I am referring to a specific type of data collection, not all are imported poorly.
