The Best Inventory Managment System WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT(:
Overall, the best system I have ever found! Hits all the needs my boss is wanting.
Pros
It hits all the aspects needed to manage your inventory. It might seem a little perplex at first, but with their great support team I was contacted within minutes on the question I had about the system. They have even let me setup a day to zoom call! They answered all of my questions and show you step by step details on how to run the system that best fit your needs. I even gave them recommendations on a report I would like to see come from the system. They took it in consideration and the next day I was able to access that report!
Cons
There really isn't any cons. With a great system and support team you can't get any better than that.(:

An Inventory Software That Keeps You Informed About Your Stock
Overall, while I wouldn't call this the absolute best inventory
management software worldwide, it's definitely the best fit
for us. It's affordable and fully functional. The software
makes tracking inventory, creating sales and purchase
orders easy, and its reports are clear. The dashboard
showing open sales and purchase orders, along with items
to reorder, is really helpful. We're getting great value for
what we pay each month.
Pros
The batch import function in this software is a huge plus. You can
either import from an Excel file or simply copy-paste from Excel
or Notepad directly into the program. This is a big improvement
over other software we've tried, which required adding items one
by one. It also easily prints labels and barcodes and gives clear,
real-time inventory details like quantity on hand and availability
from a single item screen. There are many more great features in
this program.
Cons
The absence of a multi-currency function is a
limitation, and I'm hoping to see it added in the near
future.

Fantastic Software with an amazing development team!
Overall, I highly recommend their software and this company. Compared to others they are an absolute pleasure to work with. I will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future as that's how much I like their program.
Pros
The software is extremely adaptable to our needs. It functions for pretty much for whatever we need and has adapted towards it very well.
Cons
There aren't that many issues we've run into with them. Whenever we have we reach out to them and they fix them in a timely manner. Their customer service is extremely top notch.

Happy with C2W inventory
We're happy with how C2W handles our merchandise. It removed a lot of the guess work from our inventory processes, making our daily operations smoother and more efficient.
Pros
C2W Inventory has transformed the way we manage our stores non-medical merchandise. with clear stock level indicators, it's easy to know when to reorder items. The system allows for straightforward organization of products by different categories and locations, simplifying both finding and managing inventory. Also, its user friendly design makes it easy to learn.
Cons
while it would be ideal to manage our medications through this system as well, we currently use a different solution for that. Nonetheless, for all other inventory needs, c2w inventory performs great!

This software transformed our florist shop.
We never thought of using inventory software before,
but this free version changed everything. We used to
do everything manually in Excel, which was a hassle. With this software, managing orders, creating
purchase orders, and tracking our flower and supply
stock is so much easier. It helps us keep track of sales
and customer orders smoothly at our florist shop.
Pros
The best feature of the software is its capability to
generate unique barcodes and serial numbers for each
item, facilitating easy tracking and item location. Another
valuable aspect is the integrated shipping feature, which
provides real-time shipping rates and allows for the direct
generation of shipping labels from the order screen,
speeding up the shipping process.
Cons
So far, I'm quite happy with this free version, which
offers valuable features for managing inventory, sales,
and orders. However, I will need to see if it meets all
our specific needs as we use it more extensively.

We love the C2W Inventory system. It was super easy to pick up - no need for any special training, and their videos are right on the point if you have questions. It's been a game changer for our trading company, keeping our food stock in check and alerting us when it's time to order more. Have Been Using The Free Version For 3 Months and It Is Awesome.
I am so happy to have found C2W Inventory to manage my inventory. We needed a straightforward inventory control system for my 10 SKU products. The free version has been a great help in keeping our storage under control.
Pros
It is incredibly user-friendly and free! I really appreciate the reorder settings and alert features. Plus, you can view all the stock details on the current stock screen, including items with zero inventory or just those in stock.
Cons
Not found anything I don't like so far.
