Amazing!!!
We have been using ChiroFusion for about 2-3 years. It makes taking notes a breeze especially when it autofills after the initial follow-up so you only need to change things instead of retyping everything in. It makes billing easier as well by inputting all the information needed per carrier. We hev used a couple other programs in the past but we are very happy with ChiroFusion.

Cons
There are not really any cons. Maybe that I cannot open more then one window of ChrioFusion at a time? When I do the billing while working the front desk I cannot switch between the tabs but I was able to make a separate login for just billing and can sign into that one on another tab to help with this. I feel like this problem wouldn't affect most offices though.

Run don’t buy
Horrible experience. The software isn’t efficient. Data is regularly lost. If you like rewriting your exams and notes and then seeing them disappear only to have to redo them, then this is your software. Their customer support is non-existent. You are on your own if you need support. Don’t expect to get a hold of a human via phone or email. Everything is sent automated and they don’t return calls.

The staff is first rate. The monthly fee is well worth the service.

The staff is always quick to respond to questions and the need to correct problems (mistakes on our end). The software is easy to use, I can enter my notes in real time. This makes the day run smoothly.

customer support is COSTLY!!! and Chirofusion will make you pay
any question you have are a pain, real pain to get answered. it will always cost you money, even trying to cancel your subscription willcost you if you have questions.
Pros
ONCE you learned how to use the program, it was easy to follow, but getting to know it was a problem. IF you wanted to speak with someone to ask a question, you had to pay them a fee for 3 months of questions.
Cons
customer support. sure they'll email you back, but they will tell you that you need to watch their video demo's to answer your question. and if you think it's easier to just speak with someone over the phone, better get your checkbook out, because it's gonna cost you.

Highly Recommend
Great, we have enjoyed the ChiroFusion experience immensely. Customer service has been wonderful and the help pages we can access answer the vast majority of questions we have.

Cons
Staff complains at time about having to do a lot of clicking in order to get to desired areas. This has gotten much better over time though.

ChiroFusion lives up to the promise of EHR
Easy of use in patient care documentation and the management of good, clean medical records is of vital importance and ChiroFusion delivers on that need. The ability to capturing all services for increased revenue has made the old superbill system obsolete.
Pros
ChiroFusion's method of documentation is by far the easiest and most thorough of any Chiropractic software on the market. The thoroughness and explanation of care is excellent for both patients and insurance carriers. The best part about ChiroFusion is the ease of use by the doctor and staff to document care provided and the ability to capture and bill for all services provided. ChiroFusion makes it easy to justify patient care plans.
Cons
Click boxes could be made more sensitive. Having to be exactly on the boxes sweet spot in some areas slows down the documentation and use, but it is only in certain areas.

First off, I can't thank the folks at ChiroFusion enough for understanding how to make a simple, affordable and user friendly EHR. I’ve used numerous systems in the past and will say this software is in a league of its own. The software is web-based and can run on any platform including Windows and Mac. This flexibility is important for us as we use a mix of Mac and PCs in the office and work remotely from home at times. The workflow is intuitive and extremely easy to navigate for everyone in the office. We were up and running within a week with zero setup required on our end. The online scheduling feature with integrated intake forms has been a game changer for us. Our patients can schedule appointments with our office 24/7 from their mobile device and all paperwork can be completed online before the appointment. The reporting component produces detailed notes in under a minute that are clear and professional in appearance. The integrated clearinghouse also saves time and money. Claims can be uploaded to Office Ally at the end of the day with one click and claim status reports are provided within a few minutes. Our previous software required us to export our claim files from the system, then upload them to a clearinghouse that was charging us close to $120/month to submit claims. The last thing I want to mention is support. ChiroFusion's support team is always available and quick to get back to us whenever we have a question.
Cons
I'm truly happy and can’t really think of any cons at this time. The staff are always responsive to our requests for improvements and welcome our feedback. It would be great at some point in the future to include electronic eligibility verification in the insurance component of the software.

Wonderfully simple product with everything you need as a Chiropractor
Wonderful! Professional, courteous, prompt and efficient.
Pros
The product can be as simple or depth as you wish. It makes it easy to do all your notes, export to insurance providers or other physicians and it keeps everything clean and organized.
Cons
When it takes a while for the pages to load or when updates are being done and it shuts down the system while working. Makes it difficult to schedule patients when this occurs.
