My first question is why is Toast taking $100 for a gift card when the business is closed? Of course, when I learned the restaurant was closed, I called Toast's customer service. They said I need to get the refund from the restaurant, which is ...closed. They said there is no way for them to refund me. \[sensitive content hidden\] got right snippy too when I asked for a supervisor. He said I could not talk to anyone else and told me since I have nothing else, he was going to hang up on me. So, basically, I now am out $100 because they have no oversight. Like many of these companies, it's all good until there's a problem.
