It is a bit more bare-bones than some other programs, but it fits our needs and does so for a fraction of the cost. It keeps tracks of meeting schedules, agendas, and added documents for review. Our Board members are able to access the information for the meetings, and the system sends them reminder notifications automatically. The thing that I like least is that there are a couple of programs that are available for an upcharge that I would like to be included in the basic program.
