Really exceptional software i will recommend to my colleagues.
Pros
keeping appointments with my patients has really seen an increment of about 20 percent compare to the last two year. which has helped improve my time managment

Housecall Pro - HVAC Company Review
Overall, I love the software. It is constantly being upgraded, which is why we've stuck with it even when we felt there were other options better suited for our needs. This has proven to be a great move for us because they have added features that have greatly improved the software over the years.
Pros
Very user friendly, encompasses a lot of different tools into one platform and consistently adding more features to it at least quarterly. It is also very affordable compared to other similar software options.
Cons
Sometimes it would be nice to customize it a little more for our needs. Also, would like a better routing option (it is currently being built up better).

Housecall Pro is not for the Tech Industry
I was completely disappointed with them and stopped using them after they charged us for leads that where not relevant to our services and that when contacted would not pan out as leads ready to book and pay for services. TO many leads where cold or deceptive leads.
Pros
I did not find any pros with it. At least nothing that I couldn't get from some other service.
Cons
I did not like anything about house call pro. They made it to difficult to properly present my cumpany and services to potential customers. At the time they did not have good keywords nor categories for IT Services. Their pricing and cost per lead was deceptive and many of the provided leads where junk and they still charged us hundreds of dollars for them even when they did not pan out.

Housecall Pro for the Pros!
Housecall Pro has an amazing customer service team and there is always someone to respond to questions. I thoroughly appreciated that part of the experience with the app as it transpired to my understanding of how things work within it!
Pros
HouseCallPro is a wonderful product for the blue collar service industry. I love the way that you can process payments easily through the app. Everything is very user friendly after a little bit of practice and it really helps keeps all my clients data organized.
Cons
The only thing I had trouble with was the monthly costs for what I needed for my business personally. I am not saying it is not a good deal, it just had a bit more bells and whistles than I needed as a one man operation. I can see how if you have more than 2 employees how it can keep everything very organized when it comes to planning and setting up daily routes.

Great for owner operators
good experience at the level my business was at during the current time.
Pros
It was very customer friendly. It made us look professional.
Cons
It was not specifically good helping us quote moves and didn't have furniture listed. On the dumpster rental side, it didn't allow for inventory to be checked in and out by the driver.

Great tool for the trades
Overall my experience with Housecall pro was very positive, it helped maintain efficiency in the company I worked for at the time and it was a great tool to utilize.
Pros
It was very simple and easy to use. The layout of the app was easy to educate employees on and was easy to integrate into daily use!
Cons
It would sometimes glitch out, as to when you would attempt to open a job page it would restart the app.

It's been good. Need better support. When they don't have an answer or the problem or issue has not been addressed, they promise to bring it to the attention of ....

Able to enter important information to help office and field techs alike
Cons
Time sheets, needs more choices. PTO, breaks etc
While it allows for property profile information and attaching that information to an Job, that information does not appear on invoice

Housecall Pro is the best for service contractors
Pros
The appointment reminders and automatic communication with clients ensured we kept clear and consistent communication during the jobs. I loved that when a tech was heading to the next job, they could click on the button saying they are on their way to the job and it would automatically send a text to the client with the updated ETA.
Cons
The automatic invoice reminders caused some issues for our clients. We did work with real estate transactions that would get paid once the house went to closing. The agents I worked with got a lot of reminder emails and it was difficult to configure the settings around automatic invoice reminders.

this was a huge waste of time and cost us time and money, when doing nothing would have been better

auto populated address in customer window
Cons
every single way to edit customer address, estimates, lack of ability to sign across platforms, customer service not accountable, need one or two same people for same region, or accounts, otherwise they have no skin in the game

That my technicians try to attach pictures in the app and it is a hit or miss situation.

Housecall Pro simply works. The learning curve is minimal.
Pros
Comprehensive and easy to implement. Our employees like being able to see the schedule and their ability to log in their daily hours for payroll.
Cons
The interface with QuickBooks can be quirky depending on the customers payment method.

great option for an all in one product
an awesome product that fits most needs with little downsides.
Pros
scheduling jobs in a customizable way tailored to our specific needs and adding attachments that help know more about a job when its being completed from when it was sold.
Cons
it does not have inventory management. we have to use another app for this and there isnt anything that integrates in with housecall.

Not The Best For The Price
Had useful features and scheduling but ultimately fell short of expectations
Pros
It’s intuitive design and layout are easy on the eyes and pretty self explanatory
Cons
Spam with phone calls from a salesman every day until he subscribe to their service

Great software for the in-home service industry
It was critical in the insulation estimation / worker dispatch aspect of the business. We use it constantly from the initial customer contact all the way to a google rating request after payment has been collected.
Pros
Housecall Pro is very easy to use and set up. Most of the functionality can be done with a mobile phone. Very customizable and well designed.
Cons
Some more complicated functionality must be done on a regular computer, and the schedule can get convoluted and quite hard to read

THe Best of them Yet.
My overall experience is good I love this app and I also will be trying to. Intergrate the house booking consumer app as well in the future I want to try and see how they all go well with each other.
Pros
What I Love most about This great app, is that I am allowed to take away the stress of doing other things like payments and scheduling i also like that, I love that how it all just comes together for me.
Cons
How i only just recently started using this app so i have not come across any Technical issues or difficulties yet, wish me Luck.

Something to consider
I initially really liked the product but as I started using the app and features I noticed that a lot of options that my business needed were just not available. I would suggest making different options available based on the type of business.
Pros
The app is very easy to use. It is quite intuitive and makes tasks easier to manage.
Cons
This app is geared toward businesses that are in a specific niche. Like Handyman services and the like but for my business it was not a good fit.

The definitive solution to manage my service business efficiently.
It is very good the online reservation function has been very convenient, since my clients can schedule appointments directly from my website and it is very easy to do so.
Pros
I like this platform because with just a few clicks, I can schedule appointments, send reminders to my clients, generate invoices and receive payments.
Cons
One of the areas where I think they can improve is the customization of the forms and templates. Although there is a good selection available, I would like more customization options.

Time saver software for HVAC Service Calls
Service our tenants on time is our motto and using this software is helping us achieve this.
Pros
It is helping us in assigning techs to the HVAC service calls as per priority. The software has great tools to close work orders on time.
Cons
The reporting, report generation, and accounting sections can be enhanced otherwise all other functions are good.

It isn't awful and it isn't great. It is a good starting point, but can improve with more options and functionality.
Pros
It is affordable. It has an easy to understand user interface. You can reach customer service via email quickly.
Cons
It doesn't have easy customizable options. It has restrained perimeters regarding entries and invoicing.

Housecall Pro - A services teams dream.
Amazing experience. Helps us keep track of what needs to be done and where our service team members are. Invoicing in person or online along with notifications has allowed us to get paid in a timely fashion. Awesome product!
Pros
Housecall Pro is an amazing program that allows our service team members to be scheduled and on track. We can send notifications to employees, clients, rollouts, etc. Invoicing on the spot or online allows us to get paid on time. The calendar sync keeps our employees updated. Database with all notes, projects, contact information, etc. Perfect!
Cons
There is nothing that we don't like about Housecall Pro. Potentially being able to integrate into Insightly would be a nice touch, which I'm fairly certain that we can we just haven't integrated it yet.
