Beginner friendly advance charting software
Overall it is great to have Lucidchart if you can afford it.
Pros
This is most beginner friendly software. I got to know about this software while I was in college and it was so easy to understand that I didn't even need help from others.

Lucidchart User Review
On an overall basis, the experience has been pretty positive each time while using the software. There hardly has been any issues of any kind.
Pros
The variety of tools make it easy to design any diagrammatic representation. Adding to that, the tools are very accurate and easy-to-use as well. It is also optimised for every type of software.
Cons
There is not much which I don't like about it personally.

Lucidchart - professional working experience in Agile project
We used this at builder.ai for development of workflows in real time for the client and the team. It is very useful in detecting the actual work to be done, helpful in determining the milestones. We used it in our scrum calls
Pros
I like the issue management feature, which tracks down the deviations and later is helpful to monitor.
Cons
It has smaller set of features as compared to similar products in market for the same price

Lucid chart My Experience
My personal experience was neutral as it fulfilled my use even with the existence of a paywall.
Pros
The primary thing I loved about lucid chart was the drag and drop as well as the variety of diagram options essential for creating various diagrams during the planning stages before developing a software.
Cons
The primary con is that if you want to store numerous files it is blocked by a paywall which hampers the experience of certain users.

The best tool for collaborative visual workflow
It is a great tool that simplifies creating visual workflows & diagrams. The real time collaboration feature makes it a perfect tool for team projects. I would highly recommend it to anyone who need to communicate their ideas visually.

Lucid Charts Can be better
It was average, it is easy to use, but the product can be much better with story based auto- flow creation.
Pros
Simple, elegant, Easy onboarding. It has a sync and also a collaboration feature, that has been helpful at times.
Cons
The limits for subscription, these tools are free now, the payment / business model should be something simpler, and not forcing users to stop.

Great tool for a variety of business needs
Generally really good product with useful tools for a wide range of IT professionals, including Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers. However, it's user experience can be made frustrating when trying to do some simple diagram tasks.
Pros
Easy tool for creating process flows and creative images for a variety of business needs including system architecture and business policies.
Cons
The use of lucid as a planning tool isn't great. It's gantt charts are fiddly, and I found it easier to use other tools rather than lucid. Moreover, often when trying to connect and make a chart lines look uniform it can be difficult to quickly do.

Lucidchart is a powerful tool but more for Enterprise
Lucidchart is a fantastic tool with a lot of power but I would recommend doing an analysis to understand what you really need. If you are an agile business I would say Miro has recently toppled Lucidchart on many fronts.
Pros
Arguably the most powerful feature in Lucidchart is the library of pre-built templates. As a young startup, often we struggled to conceptualise how best to map out a diagram or build a BPM. The lucidchart library made this much easier to search through the library and choose pre built templates which could be edited to suit our needs. The export to PDF was also important and valuable as we often downloaded charts for reports.
Cons
Lucidchart is the leader but I feel like tools such as Miro have really taken over int terms of UX/UI. We used to all use Lucidchart but rather quickly, our team switched to Miro and started using that and very quickly this became the norm. Lucid doesn't have a desktop version which is a real blocker for a team in the tool all the time. Lucid also doesn't have a community driven library so all the templates are built in house.

Lucidchart just raised the bar high in diagramming.
Creating presentation diagrams and flowcharts has been a easy ordeal for me now that i have Lucidchart. It has been so easy to work with Lucidchart and the experience has been very productive.
Pros
Lucidchart collection of editing tools makes creating of flowcharts so simple. It offers next-generation AI features that gives diagrams a unique visual design. Lucidchart makes it easy for me and my workmates to create diagrams together on a collaborative working space.
Cons
I have not felt like Lucidchart has anything to dislike whatsoever. All features has been pleasing.

I love Lucidchart, helps me stay so organized with all my process! Allows me to document processes and share with the team to properly divide roles by customers on our team, which has been huge!
Pros
I love the visibility lucid gives to your work! It allows you to always have a whiteboard that never has to be erased and can be kept and referenced long after meeting times end! I do not miss having tons of images on my phone of whiteboards at the end of meetings!

Custom diagrams
It improved the way of displaying the information through diagrams that are more useful and easier to explain. I can interact with many diagram options that are pre-designed or modify them as I feel best.
Pros
This tool has been perfect for creating diagrams in real time and being able to share all the information in a simpler and better explained way. By being able to view the data, I can have clarity of the information and thus explain with real data for greater clarity. All data imports are done to the diagrams to reduce information, leaving the most important information and being able to have collaboration between the team.
Cons
There are no operating problems or errors, everything works perfectly and I like its functionality.

Amazing tool to create diagrams and flowcharts. Obviously there must be a way to monetize the product, and limiting the shapes makes sense, but it's definitely my least favourite part.

Love the collaboration and flowcharting capabilities
Great overall experience does a lot of what I need done, I love the collaborative expertise and just overall easy way to get all my random chaotic thoughts down and organized into some sort of way.
Pros
I love the flowcharting and the sticky notes, it makes it easy to collaborate and track my work and get all my thoughts laid out clearly
Cons
I don't love the notes and how difficult it is to add a note to a shape, I end up just using the sticky notes and setting the sticky note close to the shape I'm trying to add notes about.

Lucidchart has given us a great experience in visualization of our project work. It helps us bring together everyone from all the departments when brainstorming our projects and this helps us to have accurate visualization of our projects which makes it easy to control, track and manage our projects.
Pros
Lucidchart has grown to be a vocal product in our organization mainly because it allows us to join our efforts together and collaborate when brainstorming and creating diagrams and flowcharts to visualize our projects. It's scalability made it possible for us to customize it and set it up in accordance to our specifications and requirements. It allows us to use AI to generate flowcharts automatically and this reduces our manual dependency on such repetitive tasks.
Cons
The interface is not very smooth and it needs one to have some basic skills when manually drawing the flowcharts.

Love all the integrations and icon packs Lucid has. The AWS Pack was very helpful as I work closely with AWS for building architectures.

Lucidchart-High Recommend for Business
The overall experience with Lucidchart is great! The program itself is very user friendly and I find myself recommending it to other business as well as finding more projects that I can use the program.

What I liked most about Lucidchart is it is very user friendly. For an individual like myself that struggles with technology and programs that may seem intimidating, I found Lucidchart very easy to use from the start! I high recommend for small business because the creations with Lucidchart will increase your business productivity when implemented.
Cons
What I liked the least about Lucidchart was being able to fit my charts on the screen and be able to read the information. With our production flowchart there are quite a few steps and we had to sacrifice font size (which was then difficult to read) in order for our chart to flow the way it should on one piece of paper.

Lucidchart performance and review
Overall I say this is great software and that I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for software that does exactly what this does and especially since it is at a very reasonable price compared to other software.
Pros
What I like the software is that once I got over the short little learning curve it quickly became basically second nature to me and I began to be able to move faster than on any other software I've tried so far.
Cons
The thing I like least about the software is that I had to rearrange the layout a little bit to fit my screen size. But this is due to my screen being a smaller screen and I'm sure you would have the same problem on a bigger size screen.
