Simple and great
Timetastic is great for me to see the dates all employees have requested time off, it's easy to see who needs time off and when.
Pros
Simple and easy to use. Love the way the vacation amount is calculated based on the start date, very helpful. It also makes it easier for people to check other people's booked holidays before submitting a request, which reduces the time it takes to confirm a time.
Cons
The calendar layout and wall view overview could use an update for more flexibility. It would be nice if you could cancel part of the holiday instead of canceling the whole request and rebooking.

Easy to use, Easy to deploy, Easy to manage
Strong experience. Can't fault it. Never fails, easy to use. Simple yet effective.
Pros
Timetastic is a great piece of software for any company. The ease of use and most importantly the visibility / clarity is second to none in terms of other products I've seen.
Cons
Not a lot, it does what it says. Perhaps better reporting would be beneficial. It's annoying that we have a system for this and a second system for HR management. Would be better if we had this as an all in one. Long terms we'd move away from timetastic once we get something that integrates both.

Easy to use but needs to do more
Pros
It's easy to use, the notifications for requests are clear and make it quick to approve. The Slack integration works well and allows everyone to see who's off on a given day.
Cons
I don't feel the integration with anything else I'm using is good enough. We integrate with Slack, but that's it. I'd like to be able to pull it into the scheduling software I use (Harvest/forecast).

Timetastic the tool every HR manager needs
It's a great tool that has simplified the process of managing and tracking all types of leave for our employees. The process is simple for employees to request and track their own leave and for admin/managers to approve or decline. You can add all different types of leave including maternity, compassionate, sick leave, training, lieu and holiday plus more. You can view everyones calendar and scheduled leave all at once showing a snapshot of who is off when. Timetastic is an excellent resource for HR managers.
Pros
As a small non profit it is incredibly affordable and efficient. Before this we were tracking leave inefficiently on a spreadsheet. Timetastic has been a gamechanger for us and is a system thats well worth it.
Cons
There isnt anything I dont like about Timetastic

Good System
Pros
I like the ease of being easier able to view staff holidays

Timetastic: It's Fantastic
In the end I'm very satisfied with Timetastic. It allowed me to let my employer know when I wanted to work and when I didn't, all without having to leave my desk. As a freelancer, it was a very beneficial addition to my library.
Pros
Timetastic is a software that lets you keep track of employee hours that they have worked or have yet to work. It contains a calendar with said hours, and offers notifications to let you know when someone is supposed to be on schedule (it also lets you plug in desired vacation times, which isn't something I've seen in other time-tracking apps). On the off chance that the boss isn't available for a period of time, someone else can be put in charge of the team (on the app) so that they can approve the hours as you plug them in. This allows everyone to keep working their desired hours, even when the higher-ups are out of town. Finally, despite its origin in Manchester, Timetastic can be used in the US, which is always a plus.
Cons
It did seem to run a bit slow on my phone, but I'm also using an iPhone 5s, which is somewhat outdated.

A simple yet robust solution for staff management
Timetastic has made the management of my team a breeze. The developers have clearly focused on good UX principles and making the day to day usage easy - all while allowing for more powerful features underneath. While I believe Timetastic could provide some more integrations out of the box, the fact that they provide an API more than makes up for this fact.
We experimented with using the Bradford Factor in our company, a method for determining the risk associated with an employee's pattern of absence, and I was happy to discover the API during this process. I easily pulled in the data for each employee, the absence types, and then used this to calculate a score for each employee. In the future we plan to integrate Timetastic into our project management system so we can avoid booking developers in for tasks when they're not going to be in the office.
Pros
Ease of use, clean and friendly interface, powerful underlying features.
Cons
Could use a few more integrations with popular software

Timetastic Review
As I outlined above, it works brilliantly for the size of team we have. It give us a simple way to request annual leave, sick days and working from home days. It has cut down the level of administration required for such a process. Previously we were using email/instant messenger requests and Google calendar for tracking. This was a messy approach and quite time consuming - TT has solved this problem for us.
Pros
I have been using timetastic for approx. 3 years and it is very easy to use. It is quick to set up and gives you enough flexibility for different teams and approvers.
Cons
I have never had any trouble with Timetastic - it works brilliantly for the size of team we have.

Timefantastic
It was a company process prior to me coming into the company but it's been really easy to use and if I want to do some changes more often than not the user face is intuitive enough that I can figure it out even without going to the help section.
The integration into other tools is cool too. Our Slack now notifies the company of people on holiday through timetastic integration to remind them X won't be in the morning or Y is on holiday, which saves confusion or having to communicate ourselves.
It makes it really easy for us to communicate with staff about holiday and any other anomaly days we organise.
Pros
Generally it just keeps the organisation of something that's important to staff but not necessarily always on the top of our priority list as management really simple so we can keep on top of it and stay organised whilst they stay satisfied.
Cons
There's not anything I dislike about it, it does exactly what it says on the tin and we don't need it for anything massively complicated, we are not a huge company.

Excellent Software
We have used Timetastic for quite a few years now, during its time as a BETA site in a paid for site. The guys at Timetastic respond quickly to any issues and took on board my comments during the Beta phase making changes as they could. We have had very few issues since the site became paid for and overall find the site excellent and great value for money.
Pros
The ease of use and clear display. It does exactly what I need it to do.
Cons
There were a few things in the early days, but these were improved and now the software works as I would like it to.

Great Starter Tool
Timetastic was a great application for us to begin with, however now that we have grown our requirements have changed we have moved to a more all around HR Solution.
I would recommend Timetastic to any other business looking to make the step forward to a self serve employee time off solution.
Pros
Timetastic was a great tool for us initially as a small business. It was a low cost and easy to use for management and employees.
Cons
It would be helpful to have multi level authorisation for time off

Timetastic Review
This is a quick and easy solution to register leave with having to allocate a person to administer the holiday chart.
Pros
The ease of use, setting up quickly and the ability to approve leave on the move.
Cons
You cannot fast forward to a date in the future, you have to scroll through each month. Also it would be nice to be able to edit a calendar entry rather than cancel it and re input. An example is adding the reason for the leave.

Simple, Well-Priced, Functional
We manage teams in 2 different Geographic locations, with different state holidays and I was surprised to find that Timetastic caters for that scenario so well.
What concerns the regular, 1 geo location team management, i think its pretty flawless..
Pros
The simplicity, users pick it up very easily. Its intuitive, so no need for special training whatsoever.
Cons
Not sure, seems pretty ideal. Hope they won't over-complicate with too many functions.

Beautifully simple
Brilliant simple solution that is very cost effective.
Pros
We were looking for something that only did basic annual leave tracking and we found it. It's very simple for our staff to use.
Cons
I would like to be able to mark day 'on' with a status too, e.g. we currently mark days traveling or working remotely on the calendar but althought not counted as off, they look like days off.

Simple and effective
A hassle free and cost effective way of managing staff holiday.
Pros
Very easy for all of the team to see when colleagues have time booked off and plan their own holidays. Also very simple for managers to asses and respond to any requests. Link to Google Calendars very useful.
Cons
No real negatives. Can be a timelag before updates feed into a Google calendar.

Simple to use, integrates seemlessly with Google accounts and Slack
Great experience, solved our business need without any issue. Time out of office with approvals is something totally solved, it’s never something we have to think about.
Pros
Fit our needs exactly, and integrated well with our existing setup. Instant adoption with employees since it’s so easy to use.
Cons
It didn’t support real well our international employees that have different leave policies. We got it working but have to do some additional tracking in a spreadsheet outside the app.
