> **Pros**: A part le commercial qui était convainquant, aucun aspect positif car nous n'arrivons pas à l'utiliser

> **Cons**: Trop compliqué à paramétrer et pas de réponse du service après vente pour nous aider

> Une fois la vente réalisée et réglée pour une année entière, plus de service client. Il est très compliqué de paramétrer l'outil donc après plusieurs mois impossible de l'utiliser et à part des réponses toutes faites de la part d'une responsable client, il ne se passe rien et personne ne répond et personne ne rappelle. On peut dire que ce n'est pas loin de l'arnaque.
