> Member365 is a cloud-based association management system for associations, professional societies, certification bodies, professional development organizations, and member-based nonprofits that need membership, events, payments, communications, engagement, and education integrated into a single system.

Member365 is designed for organizations that have outgrown disconnected tools, spreadsheets, and manual workarounds. Instead of managing member data in one place, events in another, email lists somewhere else, and payments or education records separately, Member365 connects core association workflows around a single set of member and contact records. This helps staff reduce duplicate data entry, manual reconciliation, reporting uncertainty, and reliance on individual staff knowledge.

The membership CRM helps teams manage members, non-members, prospects, organizations, committees, notes, applications, renewals, invoices, payment history, event participation, communication lists, portal access, certificates, transcripts, and engagement activity. Staff can use segmentation, tags, smart lists, and reporting to communicate with the right audiences and better understand participation across the organization.

Member365 supports membership applications and renewals, automated renewal reminders, recurring billing, online payments, invoices, receipts, member and non-member pricing, online event registration, attendance tracking, email marketing, surveys, directories, discussion forums, committees, resources, job boards, continuing education tracking, certificates, transcripts, and reporting.

The member portal provides members with self-service access to common tasks, including updating profiles, renewing memberships, registering for events, making payments, accessing permitted resources, participating in community features, and downloading invoices or receipts. This gives members a clearer place to manage their relationship with the organization while helping staff reduce repetitive administrative requests.

For organizations that run events, Member365 connects registration, pricing, attendance, payments, reminders, and reporting back to the membership CRM. This helps teams understand who attended, what they purchased, how they paid, and how event activity relates to broader membership engagement.

For organizations that manage professional development, certification, or continuing education, Member365 helps connect education activity to the broader member record. Teams can track learning activity, certificates, transcripts, and education-related workflows alongside membership status, renewals, communications, and engagement history.

For finance and operations teams, Member365 helps bring membership payments, event payments, invoices, receipts, refunds, and payment history into a clearer operational view. Reporting tools help staff prepare membership, event, payment, and engagement updates for internal teams, leadership, finance, and boards.

Member365 is best suited for organizations where membership is a core operational function, not a side activity. Strong-fit organizations are usually trying to replace fragmented systems, reduce spreadsheet dependence, improve reporting confidence, and build a more reliable foundation for long-term member management.

Member365 provides guided onboarding, training resources, a knowledge base, webinars, and support from the Member365 team. The onboarding process helps organizations make practical decisions about membership structure, data import, payments, portal access, reporting, and launch priorities so the system is configured around real association workflows.

Member365 is not intended to be a standalone tool for only one function. It is built for associations and member-based nonprofits that want membership CRM, renewals, events, payments, communications, engagement, and education to work together within one connected association management system.

## Reviews

### "Member365 Helps Us Succeed" — 5.0/5

> **Dalyce** | *31 July 2022* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Member365 was easy to use and the onboarding team was excellent with helping us set up our integrate and execute\!
>
> **Cons**: I wish there were some additional features in the eBlast, especially to be able to set a time for distribution and more features that other third party providers have. It would be nice to see an upcoming more modern-looking platform and membership portal eventually. Also, it would be nice if M365 partnered with MySpreadshop or other merchandise third party vendors, so we can cut bac on using other third party companies.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]
>
> I have been extremely satisfied with Member365.

### "Member365 took our organisation to the next level of professionalism." — 5.0/5

> **Kathryn** | *25 July 2025* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It has all the features we need and it is very user friendly. It helps us to work better as a team and the customer support for onboarding and continued support is fantastic. Member365 is always willing to take on feedback for product improvement too.
>
> **Cons**: There are lots of settings and it's not always easy to work out what they mean. I suspect this is a language issue. What makes sense in Canada, doesn't always make sense to other English speaking countries. A few more definitions might help.
>
> Not only has the product made a huge difference to our organisation, but it has been fantastic working with \[sensitive content hidden\] They are so willing to help and genuinely seem interested in helping our organisation be successful.

### "Not recommended for ANY association to use." — 1.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *28 September 2022* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The user interface is nice looking and appears easy to learn. Their price point is at a mid-tier level for association budgets.
>
> **Cons**: All of the functionality is broken. This system has many software/ programming issues that their team is unable to fix. Their sales representatives claimed it could handle different membership tiers, our membership, etc. Their team was unable to provide solutions to support tickets. Since implementation, we submitted around 50 to 60 tickets due to system glitches, issues, and software problems. Their team would answer support tickets but only to delay any real solution.
>
> The overall experience was the most unprofessional experience for any association to have. Between their \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and other team members, the company is around 10 or so people, no one was supportive, helpful, and refused to fix many programming issues. This caused massive issues with our membership management. There is zero integration with other products. Functionality that they said was on their roadmap has never been implemented in years.

### "Wonderful Customer Service" — 5.0/5

> **Sarah** | *10 November 2025* | Writing & Editing | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: They've been very helpful with any questions or concerns we've come to them with. Recently do to budget issues, they were very accommodating to helping us keep the program at a lower cost. They've always been helpful with our questions and with training when we've brought new people in.
>
> **Cons**: My own inexperience with it, sometimes makes it less intuitive to use, and I often wonder if it has more tools than I really need, but overall, there are no cons.
>
> Overall, it's been a good experience. Excellent customer support. A very thorough system, and it's easy to manage our members with it.

### "User-friendly, secure and accessible" — 5.0/5

> **Alyssa** | *19 March 2025* | Government Administration | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Our team has been using Member365 for nearly a decade now and we are consistently satisfied with the services and the platform. As a small team supporting a pan-Canadian portfolio, we require a tool that enables member access to our files and information in a secure environment with Canada-based data storage. There are very few options available to meet these requirements, but Member365 does all of that and more. It is just a quick sign-up for our members to access information and the files they need, and it is very simple on our end to manage membership and permissions. The variety of options for storing our files and materials makes project management streamlined and organized, as we can easily create document categories and sub-folders and include information in both official languages.
>
> **Cons**: There are some features of Member365 we don't require, but it doesn't impact anything.
>
> As a small team managing and navigating the features of the site, we find the Member365 team to be very responsive and helpful. They are readily available to provide us with training on the use of their platform, and they’ve done so on several occasions, particularly when we were exploring the range of the platform features and options tailored to our needs. Member365 is user-friendly and intuitive, so we haven’t required much training and onboarding new team members has proven simple. If you need a secure platform for sharing information and files, enabling collaboration across organisations, and Canada-based data storage, then Member365 is the tool for you.
