Watch the contract because it they then change the costs. We sent it back 3 times because of errors ( always higher) costs than agreed2) They have a long drawn onboarding process- and keep charging you fees along the way. Our onboarding took over 6 months3) When the product was supposed to go live we were told we can not take direct payments and were asked to build it and they would compensation us. 4) 1 month after they missed the onboarding deadline- they realized they can not send messages from the system for the region we are in. Then the call center Pulse we paid for during the onboarding all of sudden could not work internationally. 5) They knew we were an international company from day 16) Finally they tell you they can not offer you a fully functioning software and admit mistakes where made and they are sorry7) Refuse the give any of the money back that you have paid despite admitting they messed up8) \[sensitive content hidden\] does not respond to messages 9) C level management keeps blaming the other department > > It's feels like you are on merry go round at a fun fair. It's all bright and shinny but you just keep going round in circles with a mirage of some thing special.
