> **Pros**: Easy and straightforward to use; People of all computer skill levels find this software easy to use; It is easy to fix mistakes; Like having auction templates which makes creating new auctions a quick process; Can run an auction at any time, day or location; There are many different choices in terms of the types of auctions which can be created using the software, including live auctions,  online auctions, timed auctions.

> **Cons**: Just a very minor issue such as having the items in the  "Filter by Category" (column on the far right side) appear in alphabetical order rather than the current method of listing.

> Excellent software and excellent customer support; Have used this software for more than 6 years and have been happy with its performance.
