> **Pros**: Leap makes a lot of things easier to control from both an administrative perspective and a sales perspective. When I need to change something, I can just change it. I don't need to tell each rep they need to do something differently. The ease in which an estimate turns into a contract is very efficient for the reps as well.

> **Cons**: I wish I had a bit more roof for customizations in the estimate (though it's not terrible), but also the documents. I can't use an existing pdf and have things autofill from the estimate. I wish that could happen. Supposedly it was in the works, but it hasn't happened yet. It would just be nice to easily make a prettier contract.

> Overall, this is still a great system. Well thought out, but like everything, still some room to get better.
