I compared focusRo with multiple Employee Monitoring softwares and purchased it, The best thing is the support is worldclass. Also they allow you to customize the software to a certain point to your requirements, the screenshots can be blurred as per your requirement, there are many features which makes it worth the use. > > **Cons**: The only thing that I didn't like is they charge you for non active users, they will not charge you if you delete the user. They are right on their part but still I did not like this as the user data will not be accessible if i delete the user, which means i wont be able to access the data later, but as long as I keep paying it will be there.
