Funnel has embraced our requests for new product features, accepted our criticism and ideas, offered countless one-on-one and group training sessions, produced personalized training materials, and so forth. They clearly place a high priority on long-term customer relationships, seek to provide dependable workflows, solutions, and connections, and ultimately care about our success.
Pros
Compared to other CRM systems I've tested, it's more user-friendly and offers more user-specific settings. Prospect outreach and acquisition have never been more reliable thanks to automated email and SMS auto-marketing responses and insightful, significant, and prospect-converting discussions with Funnel's Virtual Leasing Agent and ChatBot. Funnel has communication covered, from encouraging prospects to self-schedule tours to telling potential residents that their application has been approved.
Cons
The deployment of Funnel is a complicated procedure, but it can be successfully completed with the guidance and support of your account's designated Customer Success Manager, who is responsible for overseeing the whole implementation process, and Funnel's easily available Support Team.
